Describe your activity on the server & on the forums?: I usually check the forums everyday. I usually write applications once every 2 weeks, but that's only when I have an idea and need it to be applied for. Other than that, I usually look at applications and get understandings, like before this application I've been looking at some other teacher applications to get an idea of how I properly would write this application.

I've also written 2 college applications but I cant send them. One was denied, the other one got accepted then denied for being expelled.

What is your motivation for becoming a teacher?: My friends who want me to have more fun on this role play server. This server is School roleplay. Being expelled, there is no such thing as "School" for you anymore. Me wanting to change that and actually have some more fun experience on the server, I wanted to become a teacher. I'll be on constantly! Im Usually playing at 2-3 Pm Eastern Standard time, and I continue off my day until about maybe 10:50 and get off so I can actually get some exercise. Sometimes I'll get on at about 1 AM on my time, so if there are teachers whom are not available and have a different timezone, I can get on and teach that timezone so they don't miss out on the "School" role play experience.
Do you have any experience in Roleplaying?: Yes I have a lot of roleplay experience. I've been playing on the server almost 10+ hours daily. Currently making this application I've played for an estimated total of 16 days and 4 hours. I've also been playing on a lot of medieval role-play servers and much more. I've once held a role-play server then eventually I couldn't fund it. I re-opened it and played on it only with friends and I faced the same "Funding" Issues and eventually there was realms that came with the free trial. Now sometimes I'd play on that and roleplay with friends, I know it only says you can play for 30 days but I have a total of 9 alts. I only use 4 of them considering the other 5 I gave to friends, but I still use the realm duration on those accounts. Usually when SRP is down me and my friends hop onto that roleplay server and have the time of our lives!
Have you read the Faculty Handbook?: Yes I've read the faculty and book and I'm planning to read it every day from this application and onward.
What are the classroom logs and why is it important?: The classroom logs are basically a system where Teacher's can keep monitor of the activities that are occurred in previous classes. This system is made so Teachers don't continuously repeat the same lessons and students can get the education necessary. It's important since it doesn't only keep track of what the student's activities are, it also keeps track on teacher's lessons and if they're doing their jobs.
You want to start a school field trip; how do you do that?: In order to start a school field trip you'd have to fill it out under the [School Field Trips] Section.
As a teacher, what are the strict rules when being in a class?:
- In order to use the bathroom, or ask questions, students must raise their hands before asking something to do or get information out of.
- No swearing, or saying anything that can hurt a student's feelings or make them feel offended.
- You must come into class appropriately and not wear anything that's gang related or offends anyone, and wear proper clothes.
- No physical violence
- Harassing a student or teacher physically or verbally is highly against the rules and must not be done.
- Technology use is prohibited in class, you're not allowed to make a call while the teacher teaches.
- Food's drinks and other edible items (Including drugs, medicines) are not allowed in class unless you have a doctors note.
- Students must not disrupt the class, copy others, argue with the teachers.
Summarize your previous RP experience's (both in general and on SchoolRP): Although me being an Expelled student. I still do have an understanding of what a teacher faces. A teacher has to be prepared for the students who won't pay attention and will attempt to back-talk them. I've observed them for a while from the time I've been in grade-12. I've also friended a teacher on discord and I speak to them about their experiences. I usually don't simplify when speaking, I'd only write things that are auto-filled like "Idk" "Np" "y" But, when there's other things that are not auto filtered like "Wydm" "ig" then I use proper grammar.
Describe the ranking system of teachers:
- HD: Head of department. A Hod Teacher are considered to be in charge of both QTLS and the NQT. They are head of the subject they are teaching and they usually organize and create plans for the classes.
- QTLS: A QTLS is a Qualified teacher. They are below HD, but above the NQT. They teach their own classes.
- NQT: NQT are Newly Qualified teachers and need permission to teach classes from the HD.

Out of the game, I know a lot about teachers, (My biological mom use to be a teacher and she use to tell me stories about her life in teaching, of course now me being adopted, I lost connection to my mother. Beside my mom being a teacher, My friend's parents also use to be teachers) I know a teacher can make between 35000-45,000 annually (USD). Teachers are an important part of an adolescents life. Teachers provide education and create and teach the new generation of students impacting our world. They give us knowledge and without the knowing this stuff, we cant have a job. Teachers are a critical part in life and without them, our world could be a different place.
In the game, I know a couple things about teachers. Obviously I don't know the things I've been told on discord but from my time of observing i've figured out students will usually do ANYTHING for a good prize. I myself wont usually use the money for much but maybe i'll buy something like a vr headset and the best student will get it. Of course bribery won't be my best scenario and wont be the thing i'm going to do to get the student's attention. I've also seen how teachers have everything prepared onto a document onto google and copy and paste it into chat. They have to also be aware of the first student who says the answer and whether or not if they've raised their hand. Teacher's usually have a hard time and struggle from the lack of attention students have, so you to add a bit of funny moments to keep the students on track.
Teachers in their spare time usually prepare things for their next class and help out students who are struggling. Teachers first off post on the logs of their classes and then get prepared and ready for the next class they will face for the next day. A new class means new research, teachers will need to go online and find new research and back it up with MORE research to make sure it isn't fake.
Why are teachers important to a SchoolRP server?: First and foremost, it's called 'School Roleplay' Without teachers there'd be no school. There'd be just a roleplay of people outside and doing other things. This wouldn't be exactly realistic. School is something most people face in their everyday lives and without it the server wouldn't seem realistic at all.

Maxwell Clean was a young boy born in the Netherlands in a rich family. Maxwell enjoyed being outdoors and leaning new things about culture and he'd enjoy being social towards people. The boy would appear around 6 foot tall and wear glasses. He'd have brown hair and dark eyes, his clothes would usually change.
Maxwell grew up as a strong public speaker and enjoyed going to school assemblies. Due to Max's smarts, he sometimes was chosen to talk during the announcements for his ability to fluently speak Dutch and such a young age.
Due to Max's curiosity in life and him wanted to explore more parts of the world. His family sent him to visit a lot of places. He's visited many places in Europe, like the UK, Italy, and Spain. He's also visited America for a while but he left due to him finding it boring. Max enjoyed a lot of places but one place stood out to him the most. That was Japan. Japan was a very unique place and filled Max with joy, as being over there, he learned new things everyday.
Max loved Japan so much, he decided to disband his family to go live in Japan at the age of 15. Now he grew up In Japan with the Japanese culture. Soon Max got tired of the rush that occured throughout the city he lived in, so he decided to move to a more subtle area. Karakura, Max still enjoys exploring and learning more about different culture. His favorite thing was exploring old cites, he loved visiting places like the Colosseum, the Lincoln Memorial, the Statue of Liberty, he enjoyed seeing such historical cites.
Max soon wanted to calm down on his exploring, he wanted to stay in Japan as he loved it so much. He decided that he'll become a teacher, a History teacher. He loved learning about Historical topics so he decided being a teacher he can research and earn money to teach students about history! A dream for Max, to have a job that's teaching the new generation all about Historical topics. He'd promise to himself not to make any students fail, and for all of them to exceed and do their best.
Scenarios
You find a gang of delinquents in the hallway cursing and swearing, what do you do?: Without hesitation, I'd inform the students to stop cursing, swearing or doing anything they are doing that's against the rules. If they are to deny, and retaliate, I'll be sure to inform the principle. Even if they were to attack me, I'm not going to attack them, I'd simply inform the principal about the students behaviors, and their actions, and I'll never hit the students.
No one in your class is listening to a word you say, what do you do?: I'd advise them to listen to me and if they wont. I'll say I'll be passing a test and this if you aren't paying attention, You'll get an instant fail. If they are again not to listen, I'll contact the principle!
When in the teacher's lounge, how does your character act?: I'll be acting polite and asking teachers about how their class has been going. Most of the time I'll be with my good friend the Library Auxil and write some textbooks for the next class. I'll make sure not to drink and act as if I'm partying, but I'll crack some jokes here and there.

Backstory

Max's father sent him to America, there he was the Lincoln Memorial, and the Statue of Liberty. Next he was sent to Italy, he got to see the Colosseum in all of its glory. Max also got to visit other amazing places like Spain, and Greece. He enjoyed his time at all these places. Max soon came back to his dad and went to college. He studied all about History in college and he wanted to become an expert at it. Max soon came to love a place- he absolutely adored Japanese culture. He decided to go move to Japan, a very beautiful place. He enjoyed the wonderful food, and the beautiful architecture and culture Japan had developed. He loved it so much, he decided he'd live in Japan for the rest of his life. Max re-applied and got into college In a Japan. He continued to work hard In his History major and wanted to be an expert on the topic of History! He soon graduated college in 2003 and wanted to share his knowledge to kids willing to learn. He soon moved to Tokyo Japan, Karakura. He found a wonderful school there with a bunch of attending students. After examining and learning about the school's policy's and all its faculties, without hesitation, he decided to apply to become a History teacher at the school. Max wanted to teach students all about the topic of history and inform them all about ancient times.
