How often do you log onto the server?: I’m normally online for roughly 1-3 hours multiple times a week, mostly depending on when I have free time.

Have you ever been banned, If yes when and why?: Yes, three bans that I remember with all of them being in 2016; A month long ban for advertising, a thirty minute ban for cosmetic abuse, and one more that I don’t necessarily remember the reason for though it was a short amount of time
Can you ensure that you will often come on: Yes, after coming back to SRP I have played pretty actively for the past year, and doubt I’m going to stop for quite a bit of time.
Do you recognize that you can be ICly fired?: Yes, I know that at any time if I’m doing something I shouldn’t be doing I can very well be fired with no warning.
In as much detail as possible, describe the role of your chosen school employee: A private tutor is a person who works directly with students, taking on a similar role as a teacher, though with only a singular student, or small group of students at once. They work directly with the students to help them understand the chosen subject better, with the goal to help them up their grades, or just their overall understanding of it.
Do you have any past experience in this type of roleplay?: I’ve never personally roleplayed as a private-tutor or any adult based job in general. I’ve always stuck to being a student, with that being what I’ve always preferred to do.
What experience, in general, do you have in roleplay?: I’ve roleplayed for the past four years, starting out on creative servers with the roleplay boxes. Since coming to SRP I’ve played quite a few different student-based roles (cheer team, volleyball team, etc.), with also at one point going onto another roleplay server (LOTC) for a bit. Throughout this time I’ve never actually played an adult character all too much, so this would be a new experience for me.
Are you familiar with what your job does? If so, describe it: Yes, as described in one of the previous questions I know what a private tutor does
[Situations]
During a workshift a student starts cursing at you for being pathetic, how do you react?: If this were to happen, I would tell the student to stop, as this isn’t the time or place to be doing something of the sort, though if they continue I would report them to someone who could do something more about the situation than I personally could.
You are doing a hazardous job requested by the School Principal, how do you react?: I would do the job to the best of my ability, assuming it is something that is legal. This is my job and if it’s something to do with the job itself, it’s my responsibility to do it.
Another school employee is doing something very dangerous on the job or acting out of order, how do you react?: It would all depend on the situation, if it’s a situation easily solvable then it would make the most sense to just go to them directly, and try to stop them from doing whatever they are doing. If the person on the other hand was doing something that was VERY bad, and they knew this I would go straight to a principal/vice principal. At this point they should know what the rules of their position are, and that what they are doing is wrong, so it’s their fault if they continued to do something like this while knowing it’s wrong.

Motivation for Joining KHS: After recently moving to Karakura, I would prefer to not be nothing other than a jobless adult roaming the city all day. I’m going to need a form of income to actually support myself with me planning to live here for a while, and I already have the knowledge and schooling required for this job
Age (Minimum age is 25): 27
Why should you be accepted over the other applicants?: I personally believe I have the ability to work well with students. I don’t think I could handle an entire class, though a small group, or one on one session with a student would be fine. I enjoy the entire idea of teaching, and being a private tutor would give me the ability to still do this, while also keeping the group smaller than it would if this were an entire class. With this I also understand that I need to cater to the students personal needs in the process.
