How long have you played the server for?: In December it will be 2 years. But my ar check is about 55-60 days on my main account. I plan to shift from my main account over to my alt account and turn that into my main.

What is your motivation for applying?: I’ve seen how Itsumi (Lovely_Ocean) roleplays in the hospital and looks like a lot of fun! It looks really interesting and I’d like to be around the hospital more. Hospital Rp looks like so much fun and I really like the idea of it. My characters would really fit in with the role. I want to help the citizens of Karakura and maybe even save some of the injured ones if I can.
What do you know about medical practice?: My mother is a nurse practitioner and with that growing up I was taught a lot of hospital/medical terms. She taught me a lot of things about the human body. I don’t have the desire to be a doctor in real life due to the fact that I can’t handle blood but in minecraft I don’t really have to worry about it. If I ever have any questions about anything medical I can always just go into the next room and ask her. I have multiple medical books around my house along with many documentaries about medical practices. I was always around medical information growing up and still today. My siblings are mentally ill and with that I was always in and out of hospitals because of them so I had insight on what goes on. I have different mental illnesses and physical illnesses so therefore I have to know about the medications I’m taking and what they do and such. I’ve always been interested in different illnesses and medications so I’ve always looked into them. I watch medical documentaries in my freetime simply because they entertain me as I find them interesting.

CHARACTER KNOWLEDGE
How is your character during and off the job?
Katsuo is a calm and collected individual who always keeps his mind set on his job. He rarely gets distracted and is always sure to do his job thoroughly and efficiently. He's rather cold to new people and friends but when it comes to close friends and family he's soft and caring. His family is always his main priority and he'd do anything to help them. He is usually seen with his boyfriend Kei or with his friend Asahi. He isn’t very social but when it comes to meeting new people he holds a very mature and grown up attitude.
What do they look like?: Katsuo would wear a muted indigo button up shirt with light buttons. He’d have silver blue hair neatly styled with strong eyebrows. He’d have a strong jawline complimenting his dull blue eyes. He’d be Japanese and he’d have dimples. Katsuo would stand at 6’5 with a strong stance. He’d be athletic and would have a teal rose tattoo on his left forearm. He’d have a scar along his right eye.

What makes your character unique?
Katsuo was the son of a man named Isiaki and Anami.
His father was rarely home while his mother worked 3 jobs. With strict parents like Katsuo's he had to exceed his parents expectations giving him a scholarship in nursing school. When Katsuo was about 12 his father was diagnosed with cancer. Kat went to the hospital everyday to visit him so he was around medical terms and knowledge a lot. A couple years after his diagnosis his father perished. Kat wants to become apart of the hospital now, in memory of his father. When Katsuo went into medical school he moved away. He went to join the Hakye family and is now living a comfortable happy life. He loves his nieces and nephews with all his heart along with his brothers. Katsuo wants nothing to do with his old mother and father as they may have raised him well but he was never happy with them. He’s found his home and he wants to make a living in Karakura caring for those that are in need of care. Katsuo usually spends his days with his boyfriend Kei and his friend Asahi. He owns an apartment for the Hakye Family and is usually seen there while his nieces and nephews go in and out. He’s usually seen with a smile when he’s out with Kei or Asahi. He’d be known for his warm heart, caring, and thoughtful personality. He’d be well respected and wise.
