How often do you log onto the server?: I log on as much as I can everyday or just not show up for 1 or more days depending on the occasion.

Have you ever been banned, If yes when and why?: No, I have never been banned.
Can you ensure that you will often come on: I can ensure that I will come online as often as I can, knowing I am pretty much active. I may be offline at times since there is no need for me to be in a situation that does not need me in such a way.
Do you recognise that you can be ICly fired?: Yes, I am aware of myself being fired for inactivity, inappropriate actions, etc.
In as much detail as possible, describe the role of your chosen school employee: As a school nurse, I intend to help the students and other faculty members around me with minor injuries, as I cannot handle bigger ones since I have heard there is limited supplies and limited times you would have to be there.The school nurse supports students as well to success by providing health care through different trials and errors. For example- assessments, interventions, and also try to follow up with the children in the school setting. Since nurses are limited to many health situations, they usually would work with children who are addressed within the physical, emotional, mental, and social health needs to break their way to a treasure of goals they have always dreamed of. Oh- the head nurse is also there to be the one to coordinate anything to their assistant and take lead. This is the strongest position as a school nurse, knowing they have good leadership and good communication.
Do you have any past experience in this type of roleplay?: Yes, I do have experience in this specific type of roleplaying. I used to be a surgeon at the KH, and I have managed my way through with other hospital staff to interact with them and help them out when needed. I have roleplayed with both school and EMS nurses to learn different traits between both of those roles. It made me understand what concept they do in a situation so I can get a better understanding of the roleplaying experience.
What experience, in general, do you have in roleplay?: I've been roleplaying since 2013. I role-played on many different servers and games. I make many friends from roleplaying. I get to enjoy experiencing different types of genres from different role-plays. Every role-play has a different twist to it, which is pretty neat so you can learn from a it and put it in a day-to-day bases.
Are you familiar with what your job does? If so, describe it: Like I have said in the previous question somewhat related to this one, I am familiar with what the chose job does. School nurses are there to maintain and help the society/community of the school that the children are working in. They want to assist anyone who is in the state of emotional, physical, mental, and social needs to get them to where they want to be- or what area that is right for them to put them on the line of success. School nurses also help with assessing ill or injured students. Administering treatment or first aid, and deciding if a student's parents or emergency services need to be contacted.

During a workshift a student starts cursing at you for being pathetic, how do you react?: I would shrug and ignore the student for their lack of behaviour. If they do it multiple times, I will put a heavy punishment over them and would have a nice talk with them and the principal or any other school staff about their actions.
You are doing a hazadrous job requested by the School Principal, how do you react?: I'd Kindly ask more information about the job. Depending on the task, I'd respectfully decline the given task, or would just take the risk of doing it. If I decline for how risky the task is, I'd tell the principal that I would suggest you to hand over the task to someone else not me. I will try my very best to do most of the tasks that have been given to me.
Another school employee is doing something very dangerous on the job or acting out of order, how do you react?: If any of my peers are doing something dangerous, I would inform them that they are doing something that shouldn't be done alone or shouldn't be done by anyone due to how dangerous the job is etc. I'd then inform a higher up about my peers actions since they shouldn't be doing it because it is not appropriate for a type of situation, or it may just be as immature. I would ass well ask questions on why they are doing this and if they are aware of it.

Motivation for Joining KHS: My motivation for applying as school nurse is to be there for kids who are in need. I have been surrounded by medical life since forever. My sister was a surgeon and during her times of working, she did interact with many children as they had to undergo a hard time. I looked up to her a lot and played a role to take care of the younger peers I have met. This job may not get me near an EMS role, but at least I am somewhere in the medical field.

Why should you be accepted over the other applicants?: Reason I should be accepted over other applicants because my sister was a surgeon for quite some time and I have learnt very much from her during the times I have been around her. She may not be a nurse, but she does have experience. And I have learnt from that. I also feel committed to this role since I feel very familiar to it and understand the basics and other situations to it. I have also interacted with the school nurses during the time of availability and other situations with them. So I do understand the concept of what is what and taking within the mind of leader to protect the community and society of the school.
