What is your motivation for becoming a teacher?:
My motivation for becoming teacher starts off with my personality. I love working with kids and helping them.
It is just very exciting to see a kid you have once taught became an amazing person. It also gives me more experience with kids. I want to change the lives of kids and make them even better. I want to improve the quality of education and make it easier for kids to learn, I once was a kid who did not know anything. With the help of my Teacher, I gained more knowledge and strength. I would love to do the same one day.
Do you have any experience in Roleplaying?:
I have a lot of experience in roleplaying on this server and outside of this server. I have role played as a teacher and many more. I take my time and put a lot of dedication and perseverance into roleplaying. I am a very bold person and, with roleplaying I think that is a big part depending on your character. Mainly because you have to use a lot of communication skills. Now, I have not yet did some big role-plays in this server but me and my friends are deciding to do a little halloween skit.

Yes, I have read the Handbook. I always make sure to read over at least 3 times
to refresh my memory.
What are the classroom logs and why is it important?:
The classroom logs, are where teachers put their data of their classes they have just did.
It helps track all the teachers and see if they are doing their jobs. They need fill it out or they do not get their 150k a month which they earn by doing 15 classes each month. Without this, some teachers may be lying about doing 15 classes like they are suppose to and just get money like that. So, it is very important to have these classroom logs.
You want to start a school field trip; how do you do that?:
You would have to inform the Vice Principal or the Principal about the field trip.
Later on if they say yes and agree, you have to write an application about your field trip and where it is located at. Most importantly, make sure to write a good detailed application to get accepted. When you are accepted and if your field trip has a date you may proceed.
As a teacher, what are the strict rules when being in a class?:
1. Don't be shy and share your own ideas. It may great and very helpful to the class.
2. Be respectful to anybody talking, that would be disrespectful if someone was talking over you.
3. Be a learner not a finisher. Finishing may be fun and exciting but not so when you rush and get it wrong. Learning is very important practicing and taking your time is better than just rushing.
4. Own your education. Do not worry if you got a F yes it is not a pleasing grade but, you could always bring it up by learning what is best for you. Own your education and don't own others. Following the path you need to be an excellent student is what matters the most.
5. Do not eat or drink the classroom. The computers are quite expensive. I buy the books and the paper you need so any drink spilling on it would be awful. ( Drinks are only allowed if you are on a prescription)
6. Do not cheat, remember own your education. Everyone is on a different path than you. One day you may cheat and find out they were wrong.
Summarize your previous RP experience's (both in general and on SchoolRP):
My experience role-plays have been quite an adventure. Once my school has a roleplaying club there are around 20 people in the club. Out of every new member I was chosen to do a skit about my favorite anime movie called "Silent Voice". Surprisingly, everyone loved it a lot and it got hanged up in the best skit wall. I have done teacher roles and some main lead roles. I love doing roleplaying it is still one of my favorite hobbies. When it comes to it I am very professional as I can be. For a fun fact one of my biggest role plays for a Minecraft role-play was Hamilton. For SchoolRP I have not done many roleplaying with my friends yet, as I stated before me and my friends are doing a halloween skit. I sadly do not have enough time to role-play on the server, as me and my friends usually talk about our skit we are making.
Describe the ranking system of teachers:
- HD:
HD stands for, Head Department. They look over QTLS and NQT. Their jobs are very important they have to notes and mainly what is happening and report it.
- QTLS:
QTLS stands for, Qualified Teaching Learning Skills. This person has gone through NQT and knows a lot of more information than them. They get an ability NQT do not have. They can create their own plans for their class. They still keep on working harder and harder as they can.
- NQT:
NQT stands for, Newly Qualified Teacher. This person is new and they are still practicing and training to slowly become an QTLS. They do not have low abilities or either high ones. Sometimes they have a lesson they have to do sent by someone. Or if so with permission they create their own lesson.
Teacher Knowledge
Present to us your knowledge about Teachers in-game and out-of-game, what purpose do teachers serve. What salary do they get? Include a paragraph about the way teachers teach, what they do in their spare time in general.
Teachers, do a lot of things. Teachers, are here to help kids learn better and get more knowledge into students brains. Teachers get a salary of 150k each month. They can only get this beautiful salary if they do their 15 classes a month and, then jog them down on the classroom log. Teachers, try to make the work as easy for the students. It is half of their responsibility to make sure that they at least teach them and they just have to listen and pay attention. They make sure that every single student is listening and paying attention just like I said. They will try to make a student passionate about the subject to help them love it even more.
They have to be professional at times there will be jokes but to help the students focus Teachers have to keep themselves straight too. They do things in their spare time, like any normal human being. They usually check over your homework or papers. If they can plan the next class and more. Then if they have extra time they may spend it with their loved ones or they may shop, read just like any other person.
Why are teachers important to a SchoolRP server?:
Teachers are VERY important to a SchoolRP server like this one. First, off they help us to be successful and be a better and brighter us. Without Teachers in a SchoolRP server would there be any need for a school? They give guidance to prepare us for the world out there.

Chen J Sulli, would be 5'4 feet tall. She would have short brown hair silky and smooth. Her clothing would fit in with the others. She would have beautiful light brown eyes. Chen would weigh 120 pounds, she would be a Korean female coming from a wealthy family, that had a very bold personality. She was very calm and understanding then other normal teachers. She pays attention to her students a lot. She spends her own money on the students needs as in books, pencils, and pens. She always goes around and help the students in need. She would make the work easier for the students to do. Even though she may have a lot of spare time she still spends half of her spare time tutoring other kids. She communicates with other people very nicely indeed. Most of the time she likes it to be nice, cold and quiet in her classroom. She does not envy any teachers. She does sure hang around them and go out with them a bit but never was she jealous of them at any point. She is a very bold person and a very eye-catching person. In her future she plans to have some kids of her own. Her love of kids is what brought her to teaching in the first place. She would love to have a quiet life in her future and someone to love and adore.

You find a gang of delinquents in the hallway cursing and swearing, what do you do?:
I would first, tell them to stop because what they are doing is not acceptable. If they are not listening and continue using swear words. I will tell them to go to detention. If I find out they do not go to detention I will report to the Principal and they would get suspended for a period of time.
No one in your class is listening to a word you say, what do you do?:
I would ring my classroom bell a sign to show the students to be listen. If nobody listens I will begin to write down the names of the people not listening. I would give them one more chance and, if they don’t listen still I would put them to a corner, until they behave. Then I would give my class a little reminder to listen next time and continue with my lesson.
When in the teacher's lounge, how does your character act?:
In the teacher’s lounge, Chen would print out and write down papers for her lesson. She would have a few chats with her co-workers here and there. She would grab a cup of coffee and began planning her lesson. She would talk of her mind often. There were moments Chen did not agree with anything a co-worker said and thought it was disrespectful but she kept her mouth shut that time and kept professional and quiet.

Chen J Sulli was born on June 10, 1994, in Seoul, Korea. As a child, she had many things any kid wanted cool mini cars, silly bands and more. Despite all of the good things she has, her education was way more important to her. At a young age, she wanted to be a teacher. So even with all those toys she just studied and studied. She soon became the top of the whole entire school. Every year Chen beat her grades it was amazing. One day in the 5th grade Chen was terribly bullied for being too smart for the other kids she was called weirdo, a freak show and many other things. It hurt her feelings and wondered are kids going to bully when I become a teacher she thought to her self. But that did not stop her. She kept on working as hard as could. She started to practice Korean even more. She wanted to learn English as well. She later would have mastered Korean. Everybody thought she only studied and studied and studied but that was not true at all. She would have drawn in her spare time or tutor other kids. Adults believed she was truly a talented kid. She had 2 main best friends. Kaiya and Te-Yua they were the best friends she could ever ask for. Sadly, near Highschool Chen had to move to Karakura, Japan. She was sure lucky that learning Japanese was on her list. It was kinda hard for her to practice being a teacher in Japan she got b’s but she later got them up to an A. She decided she wouldn’t work as that hard and started exploring herself. She got her nails done and hang out with friends. She later would have gotten into her dream college. She later would have graduated and gotten her master's degree. Her parents are so proud of her. They say they are the most grateful parents in the whole entire world.
