On forums, I write some applications for a little and I be exploring the forums to see what else is there and I applied for some languages and custom scripts and look forward to grading my rank. On the server I mostly play for at least an hour or 2, roleplaying and being goofy.

What is your motivation for becoming a teacher?:
My motivations are my teachers! My teacher in 5th grade was a great teacher. She would always help me in all my work, she would let my class watch movies whenever we were doing good and when we did all our work. She was better than my previous teachers, so far I liked 5th grade better then 3rd, 4th or 2nd. Since I have been seeing teachers teach for years, I think I know what it takes to become a teacher if I do it right and if I follow the rules.
Do you have any experience in Roleplaying?:
I have been playing for a few months or weeks now so yes I have some experience in roleplaying. Most of the time Im with my friends roleplaying with them.

What are the classroom logs and why is it important?:
The classroom logs are for Teachers to log when they are teaching and what they taught the students that period. They are important for staff so they can see if a teacher has been in-active for too long. If there is an issue with a teacher then they are able to sort it out so the students have as little inconvenience as possible. Generally a teacher will log what they taught the students and proof of the period. The logs also keep track of how many classes a teacher has taught, which helps staff with the pay for the teachers.
You want to start a school field trip; how do you do that?:
I would have a meeting with the principle to see if I can go on a field trip with my class, and first I would tell him where I was going, how many students were going, and if they needed clothes incase they were planning on staying there for a day or too to explore where every they are going. If the school had enough money I would use it to buy tickets to use a plane or if we needed shaprones to drive there.
As a teacher, what are the strict rules when being in a class?:
-No eating
-No drinking
-No talking to your neighbor, only if you're asked too
-Swearing is not tolerated in my class
-Always be prepared for a test
-Do not be disrespectful
-Do not fight anyone in the class or you will get detention
-Do not talk while some else is
-No sleeping or day dreaming
-Make sure you have supplies for class
-Be prepared for an emergency like an earthquake or a fire drill.
-Do not bring anything inappropriate to class
-No devices out in the classroom
-If you drop trash in the classroom I will make you pick it up
- I do not tolerate violence in my class
-If you fight a teacher like me, I will give you 2 days of detention
-If you prank 2 days of detention
-No pets are allowed in class

I have been playing for a while now and i think Im pretty good with the rules, I don't get to many warns or bans and I think Im doing fine as long as I follow the rules.

- HD: You plan all the lessons for that department and train the new incoming teachers. HD is the highest teaching rank.
- QTLS: You are a real teacher and can have class when you like in a school day, but you must discuss and organize with the other teachers.
- NQT: You have the skills to run a classroom, but still need permission from the HD. You also need to get the lesson plans from the HD.

Teachers are supposed to learn about the subject they want to teach. If you are teaching highschool history you must learn grade 12, 11, and 10 history in order to teach people about the history of japan and more. Teachers make sure they have lessons to teach, and need to make another plan for the next period. Teachers get paid every month(irl)when they teach 5 classes and more. When teachers are done working they can go with some friends to the bar, read a book, and be themselves, but when it comes to school I think that they should be more serious about teaching. Teachers want students to have a good future not a bad one so they must teach every student about history and more.
Why are teachers important to a SchoolRP server?:
Teachers are important because they need to teach kids about what ever subject you have. There needs to be teachers because there is a school, if theres no teachers at all whats the point of having a school. Teachers care about there students education and they try their best to teach. I think that there should be more teacher assistants because they can help the teachers grade work and help them teach to put less stress off the teachers back.

James was born in America, his parents were filipino. In America, James had a good life there, his parents had enough money, he had good grades, and he wanted a future. Growing up with Anorexia behind him he had always kept a shape of his body and that shape was to skinny, he had been eating and he turned fat, he has been eating less and now he's not. Every month this happens so he needs help. But having Anorexia doesn't keep him down, he has played sports like football, soccer, basketball and more. James was better at soccer, he has been practicing and practicing to get better. James has been a good friend to everyone, he always helped people in need of help, and always gave money to the homeless. James is a nice loving kid, he likes wearing colored contacts, but when he doesn't he shows he beautiful brown eyes which his mother says is beautiful. James loved to play video games, but his favorite was BlockyCraft, he loved playing roleplay servers on it and always played on it since he was 10 years old. James always wanted to move to Japan so he did, he was so amazed at how cleaned the streets were and was also amazed on the numbering of cafes, he'd always visit a cafe every week or so. James has moved to a town called karakura, he loved it there. James has been planning on going to college now and he has the write amount of money to join, when he is ready he will go to college. He has made friends and he loved going to cafes with them.

You find a gang of delinquents in the hallway cursing and swearing, what do you do?:
If they do not stop swearing I will warn them not to again and if they still keep swearing I would call security for them to kick them out so they can stop disturbing the other students learning or chilling in the cafeteria. I would also send them to the principles office and give them detention.
No one in your class is listening to a word you say, what do you do?:
If no one was listening to me, I would slam my fist my desk to scare them and to get there attention, and if they were listening I would give them a quiz to do about the history of japan, if no one was listening at all I would give them detention.
When in the teacher's lounge, how does your character act?:
James would acted natural and would talk to the other teachers and maybe take a drink of coffee. He would just sit down and relax till next period.
