How old are you?: 17 years old.
Do you have any previous bans?: No.
What Country are you from?: U.S. but my sleep schedule goes AWOL from sleeping all day to sleeping all night.
Do you have Discord (if so, what is your discord username?): Yes, Holo#6796.
Do you understand that most answers are found in the roleplay documents?: Sure. I mean yeah.
Do you acknowledge that if you are inactive you will be demoted?: Yeah, that's a given.
Do you understand that all classroom activity must be documented on the "Teacher Roster" thread?: Yes, I checked that out.

Describe your activity on the server & on the forums?: I pretty much log all day on the server, sometimes I stay up all night as well. My brain can't decide when it should really sleep. It's kind of an issue. Mainly, I'm pretty active on the server. As I have myself in the game, I always keep the forums open. I like to check up on discord, forums, and the game to hope to god I'm not ignoring anybody or stepping on anybody's toes. I post some threads and status' here and there out on the fly. Sometimes I hit up some profiles that has taken a liking to what I put out on the table. I want to show that same love they show me with genuine sense of care.

Trivia

What is your motivation for becoming a teacher?:
I do love getting to know the people that play on this server, it's always a joy for me- mean or nice. Getting things done really does a number on achievements as well as getting that cash. But enjoying the people in it itself is what kind of drives me from not quitting. With the time I have on my hands, I could be doing anything else. But for right now, this is hitting home-base for me not going to lie.
Do you have any experience in Roleplaying?:
Yes I do.
Have you read the Faculty Handbook?:
Yes since I do have a habit of not really acting like somewhat of an authority figure, I read everything from CoC to handbook from alphabets to punctuation in that entire thing. Well I read CoC, the handbook had an error on the page. Probably removed, I don't know.
What are the classroom logs and why is it important?:
The classroom logs are notes being taken for what really goes down in the classroom with the teachers and the students. It's important because it lets officials know that they're doing their jobs and things are getting done. You already get to know what goes down in the classrooms along with how much participation is really being put out.
You want to start a school field trip; how do you do that?:
Well in real life, field trips would be ran through by the upper officials, aka student councils, Principals, Vice Principals, and basically other teachers to let them know whats up. In this case, it would be that and/or moderators and administrators.
As a teacher, what are the strict rules when being in a class?:
The language has to be restricted because we all know that one kid with no filter. Sometimes teachers get the feeling when they have one of those moments with kids. Shove it way back down into tiny boxes and make those boxes tinier. Not able to be performing unofficial duties during work hours without permission. Oh this one's good- being a role model. The suits or the dresses even. It's a little much since I do got my own little duck brand. Showing decency in speech which I can do, of course. Psychological violence sometimes it will roll off of the tongue for teachers but I mean- it can be progressed out-.
Summarize your previous RP experience's (both in general and on SchoolRP):
My RP experiences are not going to lie, harsh at times. It's not all that realistic when there are kids thinking this is what really happens in High School. Reality looks a lot better than fake mentality. Off record though, the role-play is really good. The students are mainly very well-mannered, the teachers do their jobs just like how they would in reality. There's friends at every corner. Most of the punishments are very reasonable. I'm sensing a few grey areas with the rules. Always chilling and having a good time out in SchoolRP though. Sometimes we need a little bit of some fun here and there that spices things up.
Describe the ranking system of teachers:

- HD: So I guess this one would actually make sure everyone does what they need to do and manages that while doing what they need to do altogether. They stand as a summary of what needs to be done in the department.

- QTLS: This one is for teachers who already know what to do, they get things rolling without needing any help. They know what the jig is, just whip out some quick lessons and chill until pay-day.

- NQT: This is for the new teachers who are brand new to the idea and occupation itself. They have to have some type of supervision or have someone maybe a teaching assistant as well? To keep them in check. Basically, they aren't really that prepped yet but they showed great potential to become a teacher that would eventually learn the ropes.

Teacher Knowledge

Present to us your knowledge about Teachers in-game and out-of-game, what purpose do teachers serve. What salary do they get? Include a paragraph about the way teachers teach, what they do in their spare time in general. For teachers in game, they secretly keep these kids learning even when they just get out of school in real life. They get that brain working even when they don't want it to work. Serving as a good role model, they keep the kids in check as well as watch over them. I don't really know the salary but I've been told 15 classes is 250k yen and every 5 more is 50k yen? So if 5 classes is 50k, that would mean it's 10k yen for 1 class. The teachers do all sorts of things to get the minds of the students working, help them participate along with thinking ahead most of the time. They use participation with games or books when you actually have to write down the answers to questions. The games keeps their attention and minds working at the same time. In their spare time, they come up with notes, lessons, all sorts of things to begin another class, and even spice things up. Always thinking ahead.

Why are teachers important to a SchoolRP server?:
This entire server is basically evolving around the word "School". The name itself is yelling at people that this is school role-play. Teachers are the main points to SchoolRP server because it can not only create a reputation but put students on the spot. They make players who are going to school in real life, go to school again in a game. Although, quick psychological check, they actually like it and play it as a hobby. These teachers are low-key hypnotizing the children into more school after in real life classes, making their minds work until they go to bed. Not to mention, training the new generations in real life while they have free time not being in school. It's more school time basically, meaning more learning, meaning our generation becomes 5 times smarter on a daily basis without even knowing it. It's called progress overtime.
What lesson planning system does the school work on?:
I'm not quite sure about that one but on my perspective as of now, is that it seems to be in their own free time. They pull up lesson planning on their free time to get a class going for when its actually time to host. I never really had full details but I do observe a bit about this whole 'system' that is going on.

Character Knowledge

Tell us everything you know about the character you will be playing in a few paragraphs. How does he look like? What makes him unique and different? What is his outlook on Students? What about the other teachers? What is his personality like? What is his plan for the future?
She actually looks very feminine and not a 'he'. Thanks. She acts like a 'he' sometimes though. Nah but she looks like a tomboy, really fun. Pretty unique in her own way making things go her way and always does the right thing even when people aren't looking at it that way. She has her own opinion and owns up to her mistakes. Not going to lie, she brings out a lot more to the table than just fun and giggles like having the best understanding when it comes to the people she meets, people around her, very relatable, never purposely tries to step on someone's toes, and stands tall with her own two feet. The outlook on students is they aren't really that bad. They want to be cool, they want to have friends, and they want to have fun. Sometimes you just got to let them know that the things they do aren't really that cool and it doesn't make a lot of friends. That's only sometimes. As for the other teachers, I think they do their jobs just fine. They are very professional, get things done, and has the right idea when it comes to teaching with the right kind of strictness. Her personality touches up with some chill charisma and a good sense of humor added into that mix. Though she knows when to get serious and always pulls through for everyone when it's expected of her. The plans for the future is get a good job, find a good 'ride or die', and chill out to see where the time takes her. [Literally.]

Scenarios

You find a gang of delinquents in the hallway cursing and swearing, what do you do?:
Tell them to knock it off without a doubt. If taken far enough, they would need to deal with some other authority or detention perhaps. For not listening to teachers and such, it is very much against the rules, nonetheless.
No one in your class is listening to a word you say, what do you do?:
I'm not going to lie, when this happens, I catch the class just being dismissed because it's useless. I think it should be known that there is no fear-RP being played out and nobody is listening to the teacher when they are actually suppose to be listening in class. Otherwise, why join it at all? It's a waste on the teacher's time and the students' time. So the class gets dismissed short, unless I'm wrong, you're welcome to correct me.
When in the teacher's lounge, how does your character act?:
Honestly, kick back, relax a little before getting back into the heavy business. Eat, have my piece, have a little chit-chat, and just let a little loose but not comfortable.
Provide at least 5 detailed /me's of your character inside a classroom:

/me looks up at the girl/guy who raised her hand first and nods. "Yes, [Name]."
/me is taken back with the language that student just pulled and looks at him/her with questionable vibes. "I-I'm sorry? [Name], let's not repeat the history I just witnessed or else the next room you'll be walking into is detention.
/me walks up to the girl casually and puts her hand out. "Are you going to cough it up or do I have to wait? Last time I checked, phone calls take a rain check in this classroom dear."
/me smiles and nods with a tilted head at the student with acceptance for that answer. "Very nice indeed-"
/me takes a good look at the classroom that just walked in and prepares for what's going to happen next from the looks of some of the 'obvious delinquents'.

Backstory

[Earlier life, I'm thinking in case the character died? I'll add it in just in case along with the previous life.] She didn't have any siblings. Her parents traveled a lot so she got pretty lonely and use to being a class clown because she knew that she wasn't going to stay all that long anyways. She lost her parents and now she's alone at the moments but doesn't dwell just get back in the hustle at the age of 18. It made the bonds of her friends as close as family, maybe to fill some voids that were left behind. Well to be quite frank, this character became pretty known and a teacher in one of my classrooms knew me. They were leaving the position for a better one and I was recommended to apply for this one. They thought I was a good fit. Her life would be not that full but just right for her cup of tea. There was no romance and no man holding her down and there was nothing to lose. She was vibing straight out from her exotic traveling. For the first time in her life, she stays in one spot and makes herself known out at the cheer-leading tryouts and then for roasting some mean wanna-be cheerleaders. Always on the good side of things making friends where she went, she keeps her dignity, modesty, and integrity all in check. Never fakes out, she pulls up for her friends no matter the situation. It's really hard to get on her bad side. Her friend was trying to strike up a conversation with the wrong people and he got himself in some trouble. Knowing she couldn't just back down and take what was happening, she leaped into the opportunity of taking action without even thinking. He got killed way earlier on and she didn't know about it until it was her turn. They were separated midway, after a day of confessing something real and personal was there, they died separated. So here comes Momo 'Duckie' O. G. taking her place I guess. She ended up becoming a teacher by simply being told the position was open for applications. [Recently made up with Holo's makers because of some misunderstandings and mishaps~.] Very easy to hang out with and fun to get to know.

- The overall tone of your application is rather informal for a good majority of your responses. Additionally- some of the IC information does not add up. The 'age' in the IC information is meant to be the age they will be once given the teacher role- not the character's current age.
- Their overall graduation and college information.. she can't have graduated in 2020 whilst eighteen and becoming an employed teacher now.
- I hope one of her languages is 'Japanese' so your character can actually communicate IC'ly.

Good luck in the future!
