What is your motivation for applying?: I believe it would be a great opportunity for my character since she's always trying to do the best for others and help them out mentally and physically, since she's a caring person. I also would like to be apart of the SRP Hospital due to my interest in medical activities and research
What do you know about medical practice?: I know that medical practice is important and is needed to stay alive and healthy. For example, checkups and bandaging a wound. Both are easy, and I am fully capable of doing so. Whereas,
What are the basic color codes in a medical emergency and hospital?: The basic colour codes in a hospital and/or medical emergency are blue, red and black.
BLUE: A medical emergency that could determine life or death. Practically, someone's health is plummeting quickly.
RED: Usually signifies a fire/smoke emergency within the medical facilities.
BLACK: Signifies a bomb threat or the fact that there is someone with weapons/explosives within the medical facilities.
PINK: This means that a young child or infant has been abducted.
ORANGE: This means that a hazardous material is within the hospital facilities or a spill has occurred.
SILVER: This means that there have been reports of an active shooter.
VIOLET: A violet report is the report of a violent or aggressive individual.
YELLOW: Some sort of disaster has occurred, whether it being man made or natural.
BROWN: Severe weather, such as a tornado or lightning storm has been reported or is nearby.
WHITE: An evacuation of the hospital.
Do you acknowledge that if you are inactive you will be demoted?: I fully acknowledge this, and I do not plan to be demoted as I am frequently online anyway.

CHARACTER KNOWLEDGE
How is your character during and off the job? Cher is a very responsible adult - she is an older woman, which makes her less active in things such as gangs, so yes - you can be sure I'm not related to any gangs, yet still active enough to do physical activities such as running - extremely capable of, in fact. She also spends a lot of time caring for her family and trying to help others in any way possible.
What do they look like?
Before you, an older female would stand at 5'5". She'd smell of roses & lavender, and would have grey-ish hair. Her eyes would be a sorrowful, pastel blue, and her look would be completed by light makeup and a modern outfit.
Do they have any mental or physical illnesses? No, but Cher does need a cane for her left ankle, which is sore, but nothing serious. She doesn't require her cane often, though - good for her job.
What makes your character unique? I believe that the fact that Cher is slightly older makes her a great candidate for this particular job. She comes across sweeter and more trustworthy, since she seems so old and innocent, I personally believe.
Cher Evelyn Capitani stayed at home frequently when she was younger. She rarely happened to go outdoors, just constantly studying. For hours on end, she'd study and work towards her dream job - Nursing. Something about the job just made her feel the need to do it when she was older. After being accepted into Nursing, she adopted her first child - Conann Capitani, 17. Later, she also adopted another child - Elijah Lycan, 18. I believe this also gives her some motherly hints - It goes without saying she has a good idea of how to take care of others, too. She now continues to work to her best ability in Karakura Hospital as a Nurse. Hopefully, one day she may be promoted.
