What is your motivation for becoming a teacher?: I have been playing on this server as a student for a very long time and I want to start a new era in the server. And, recently I have been thinking about how cool it would be to become a teacher.
Do you have any experience in Roleplaying?: Yes, I have a lot of experience in Roleplaying.
Have you read the Faculty Handbook?: the Faculty Handbook is not on the website.
What are the classroom logs and why is it important?: A log book is a way to record and keep track of events in your classroom. Log books are important classroom management tools that can be used in a variety of ways such as logging tardy students entering the classroom.
You want to start a school field trip; how do you do that?: I would talk to the principal about it,I would go over what the trip is about, where it is, and why it relates to the class.
As a teacher, what are the strict rules when being in a class?:
1. No talking while the teacher is talking. This is to prevent some kids from disrupting the whole class.
2. No talking on the phone during class. This will help the students concentrate on work and listen to lessons.
3. All students must keep their eyes on their own papers.
4. No fighting or throwing things at all during the class.
Summarize your previous RP experience's (both in general and on SchoolRP): My RP experiences on SchoolRP has only been as a student. On DarkRP I was an S.A.T agent for a brief period of time.

Teacher Knowledge
Present to us your knowledge about Teachers in-game and out-of-game, what purpose do teachers serve. What salary do they get? Include a paragraph about the way teachers teach, what they do in their spare time in general.
Teachers are meant to teach the students the appropriate things to the students, so that they can progress to the next grade. In-game, they do the same thing that I mentioned (first sentence), but I’ll try my best to help the students best as I can. Spare time, teachers are grading papers, working on future lessons, and helping students before and after school.
Why are teachers important to a SchoolRP server?: The teachers are the backbone to the server. It would not be SchoolRP if there was not any teachers.
What lesson planning system does the school work on?: SchoolRP Highschool uses the MoSCo system, this might be outdated because this information used to be in the faculty handbook which was removed not too long ago and replaced with different documents that don’t discuss the lesson planning system.
Character Knowledge
Tell us everything you know about the character you will be playing in a few paragraphs. How does he look like? What makes him unique and different? What is his outlook on Students? What about the other teachers? What is his personality like? What is his plan for the future?
My character has blond, brownish hair, which lays on his forehead. He has a scar over his eye which he got during his time in the Japanese Army. He talks in a raspy voice, and smells of Playboy body spray. He is unique because he is very energetic and tries to make his students excited to learn. Most teachers write on the board, have kids take a lot of tests, etc. Not Mr.Takashima, he likes to use more activities when he teaches to help the knowledge sink in, but this is just sometimes. he knows that you should always have traditional methods to use when needed. Mr.Takashima is often a fan of his students, in class he will try to relate to his students and talk to them before starting the lesson, outside of school he would be a lot more relaxed with his students, often seeming like a friend. Mr.Takashima is a fan of his co-workers, often talking to them when ever he can. In school he sometimes will talk about their lesson plans, offering to help them plan. Outside of school he talks more about exciting things, like his past, sports, the city, international news, things like that. Mr.Takashimas plans for the future would be to get married, buy a new nice house and retire, while always letting his students stop by for help with homework, or just to talk. He is a rather energetic man, always smiling, complementing everyone. The only rare times he ever gets mad is if people push him with insults, or physical stress.
Scenarios
You find a gang of delinquents in the hallway cursing and swearing, what do you do?: He would tell them to watch the language. If the cursing continued I would give them a detention.
No one in your class is listening to a word you say, what do you do?: He would raise his voice and say "hey!" Then say sorry for yelling and ask nicely for them to listen, then continue back to the lesson.
When in the teacher's lounge, how does your character act?: He would act friendly, an example of this would be how he would offer to buy fellow teachers a drink, or a snack. He would talk to other people asking about a lot of their days and always smiling. He would also ask them if they needed help with lesson plans, or if they needed to find a student, he would volunteer to fetch them.

Backstory
Kazito Takashima is the son of Matsu Takashima, the owner of the city of Takashima(Similar to how the Herringtons own Karakura) He lived a happy life, his father was very caring and he had a lot of friends.That was until school was shut down and the riots started, when he was involved with a lot of gang crime. After seeing his close friend Kyle, die in a fight and nearly being killed himself he was around 18, so he ran away to join the army. While he was there he was sent into Takashima to attempt to control the riots but it was no use, they raged more than ever when he arrived. Seeing how combat was like he chose to become a Drill Sergeant which is how his teaching career began. He did 11 years before departing from the army. His love for history began during his time in the army, when he started reading about past wars, and highly decorated soldiers. He learned so much during the time in the army that he thought he should share it with other people, So he went to college and started to study to become a history teacher. after he graduated at the age of 33, he took some time off of becoming a teacher to move to america and join the army. This was due to his desire to go back to the military. He chose the American Army because he wanted a fresh start somewhere else. He attempted to become a Drill Sergeant once again, but he flunked out of school. He then chose to become a photographer. He was sent around the world and took photos of generals, awards and much more. He did 4 years in the army before moving to Karakura to get to know the people and the feel of the town before becoming a history teacher.
