How often do you log onto the server?: Daily unless something important comes up.

Have you ever been banned, If yes when and why?: 1. 4 warnings. 2. I came onto the server with an alt account, unaware of the "bypass" rule, I've since been un-banned.
Can you ensure that you will often come on: Yes, I'm positive I can be on and put many hours in each week.
Do you recognise that you can be ICly fired?: Yes.
In as much detail as possible, describe the role of your chosen school employee: I'd serve mostly as a helper around the school, cleaning, helping teachers if necessary, helping students, stopping problems should any arise (fights, contraband, etc.).
Do you have any past experience in this type of roleplay?: Yes.
What experience, in general, do you have in roleplay?: I've been roleplaying well over 3 years now, along with SchoolRP for awhile now, in several different roles.
Are you familiar with what your job does? If so, describe it: A janitor is generally a caretaker of the building they work in. In most cases, cleaning, picking up trash, etc. They also help around the school in events, problems, among other things.

During a workshift a student starts cursing at you for being pathetic, how do you react?: I would calmly handle the situation, if it were to escalate, I'd give the student a detention, or send them to a teacher for punishment.
You are doing a hazadrous job requested by the School Principal, how do you react?: I'd do it to the best of my ability, if it comes down to saving a child's life, it'd be them over me.
Another school employee is doing something very dangerous on the job or acting out of order, how do you react?: I'd confront them, and if necessary, remove them from the situation, and more than likely report them to someone.

Motivation for Joining YHS: I've put a lot of time into this school, and now I'd like to contribute to the community a bit more by becoming a staff member. I've never really gotten to experience highschool as much as I would've liked to, but with this I can have my chance to go back, make some memories, friends, and money. I've always had a good work ethic.. so I think I'll fit in well with this job.
Age: 24 years old.
Why should you be accepted over the other applicants?: Honestly, I probably have the best work ethic out of everyone I've ever known. Day in, day out, I work hard to accomplish my goals. I hardly ever see a janitor around, I do, however, see dirty floors, desks, and dust everywhere.. I believe I can do this job to the best of my ability and make memories, and friends along the way.
