What is your motivation for applying?:
I have always been into the medical field, and currently in school I am studying to become a nurse. I would also love to experience what it is like to be a nurse on the server. I believe it would be a lot of fun and also very helpful for my experience on the server. Medical careers have always appealed to me, but especially becoming a nurse. I love caring for people and helping anyone hurt or injured recover, and I would love to put that into RP. I'm online most days except for if I had any plans for a certain day, but I believe it would be a nice experience to roleplay as an adult. I would love to be a nurse so I can not only see people recover from their injuries or illness, but helping to also prevent any further damage to occur.
What do you know about medical practice?:
I know quite a bit about medical practice. I know first aid, CPR, how to identify and treat all injuries, hospital safety, patient care, communication, and all types of infection. I also know that medical practice is mostly executed by Doctors and Nurses, but mostly Nurses. Nurses are the ones responsible for a diagnosis and to then watch and care for the patient. The Doctor will treat the diagnosis and form a plan for the patient affected.

How is your character during and off the job?
During the job, Sage is a very patient, observant female. She's a welcoming type of person, and always makes sure the patients are comfortable and feel safe. She takes her job very seriously, but not that kind of serious where she's impatient and strict. She is very obedient but will also speak up if she truly think there is something wrong with a patient.
Off the job Sage is very social. She loves being surrounded by people who make her laugh and who she trusts. She loves being outdoors and exploring. Her attitude changes to be more open than when she's on the job.
What do they look like?
Sage is a 5'5" Korean female. Her skin tone is porcelain, and her facial features are soft. She's have an hourglass body shape, but lean arms and legs. She has medium length, chocolate brown hair. Her eyes are a warm, ocean blue color.
Do they have any mental or physical illnesses?
Sage does not have any physical or mental illnesses.
What makes your character unique?
Sage has always been interested in the medical field. From the young age of three everyone around her could see how she strived to help people, and her very noticeable amount of empathy.
Sage Mae Toh was born March 10th, 1992. She was born in Busan, South Korea. She was an only child, so a lot of pressure from her parents weight her down quite a bit as she got older. Taking a step back, when Sage was 3 years of age she was always drawn to the hospital shows or any talk of helping someone in need. Sage was not a social person in the beginning of her life, she always settled on operating or playing pretend nurse on her toys. At the age of twelve, Sage's family made the decision to move to Karakura. Not having many friends, Sage wasn't too upset about the move. After settling in for a year, Karakura High offered her quite a bit of medical education. She was very dedicated and passed with flying scores in all health related classes. During these times Sage learned a lot about herself. She became more social while balancing out her studying in the medical field.Year of her graduation, Sage had gotten back the letter from the College she'd applied for, UCL (University College London). Sage went on to continue her intense studying to become a nurse, and a couple years later, she graduated with a Master's Degree in Nursing. Sage also got her Master of Science in Nursing (MSN). Right after her graduation from College Sage put in a total six years of residency in multiple local hospitals in Korea. After those few years of residency she moved back to Karakura in search to pursue on her dream to become a nurse.
