How often do you log onto the server?: I usually log on daily.

Have you ever been banned, If yes when and why?: I got banned about 5 months ago or more, I was abusing cosmetics which I have learned from my actions and shall not disobey that rule again. I am truely sorry for what I have done.
Can you ensure that you will often come on: Yes. There may be some times where i'm out with friends but thats only rarely happening.
Do you recognise that you can be ICly fired?: Yes.
In as much detail as possible, describe the role of your chosen school employee: A school mentors job is to support children in any way possible, meaning sitting down to have a talk with them, supporting them in any disabilities or any other illness that could cause troubles in learning, Being a school mentor means you have a very important role to inform their teachers of something that may trouble them or to lead that student throughout the year to having a better way of learning things.
Do you have any past experience in this type of roleplay?: No, I do not have much experience of this roleplay, but hopefully I'm able to learn throughout the days of being a school-mentor and hopefully able to guide kids easier through their highschool years.
What experience, in general, do you have in roleplay?: I have always been a highschool student, but due to watching other teachers and school employee's do their job I have a pretty good idea on how this is supposed to work, I've been focusing mainly on school mentor's because I believe their job is amazing, I have learned some things about what a school mentor is supposed to do.
Are you familiar with what your job does? If so, describe it: A school mentor is someone who is able to support children of their disabilities or personal struggles with anything deticated to school or even outside of school. If a student is having troubles in learning, you never give up on them, you're always supposed to guide that child through their struggles.

During a workshift a student starts cursing at you for being pathetic, how do you react?: I would calmly ask them to sit down or lead them outside of the room, if there is another person there to take care of the other children in the room I may go outside for a while to talk to them about what's going on and why they chose to do that.
You are doing a hazadrous job requested by the School Principal, how do you react?: I would always do it depending on what I'm doing. If I do not feel comfortable with doing that, I shall kindly request to back away from the job.
Another school employee is doing something very dangerous on the job or acting out of order, how do you react?: I would ask to speak to them alone depending on what they are doing, If that school employee is yelling at a student for something personal, I would immediately stop the teacher and speak to them about it away from the student.

Motivation for Joining YHS: I was motivated by all of the hard working people who have applied to become these roles, I have also seen many school employee's and teachers working. I believe it would be an amazing idea to try something new and to attempt to try this job, I believe being a school mentor would benefit me in other roleplays like this. I think it would be just amazing to have a chance to become a school mentor.
