Yes I have, I usually got banned/warned for like metagaming for like 2 years ago, I didn't know much but as I gained more experience through other platforms, I don't do anything like it.

Yes, I will ensure I can come on most of the time.

Counseling is designed to help student achievement, improve the student's behavior and possibly attendance, but most importantly, the student's motivation with socializing. School counselors both provide counseling and serves an educational role in and around Schools. Overall It’s supposed to maintain Students overall and make sure the School is in It’s perfect condition.
Do you have any past experience in this type of roleplay?:
Yes I have experienced this type of roleplay, just even without being a School's The******. I’ve experienced School type situations and talking about someone’s well being in SchoolRP.
What experience, in general, do you have in roleplay?:
Of course I do! I've been roleplaying for the past 4-3 years, I learned a lot from roleplaying on different servers and also on multiple platforms.
Are you familiar with what your job does? If so, describe it:
I am familiar with the job of being a School The******. You are responsible for dealing with Students and making sure the Students are mentally healthy, and making sure the wellbeing of all students under you are healthy. They are responsible for treatment plans for certain students. They also help students to improve behaviour and for them to develop socially with others.

During a workshift a student starts cursing at you for being pathetic, how do you react?:
I'll ask them to come into my office and ask if they have any sort of issue or problem they would want to talk about it, of course if they don't want to talk about the issue I'll always let them know if there's anyone who needs help, I'm always there.
You are doing a hazardous job requested by the School Principal, how do you react?:
I'll ask them if another employee to help out with the job, if it's something harmful it would need a two person job just in case one passes out of inhales harmful chemical.
Another school employee is doing something very dangerous on the job or acting out of order, how do you react?:
I'll ask them to come to my office if something is bothering them or if they need a hand, they shouldn't do things alone if it could hurt them in any sort of way. If things get worse, I’d notify the Principal.

Motivation for Joining YHS:
As being a student throughout my high school years and facing tough difficulties, I decided to help the troubled students if they needed anything. My friends always had a tough time growing up and many students don't always know what to do, or how to exactly face it. I realized that helping students made my feelings happy over mostly anything I did. Just making someone's day or seeing someone's smile, I always loved it. Helping tons of people from strangers just hearing stories are absolutely fascinating.

Why should you be accepted over other applicants?:
I believe that I should be accepted over the other applicants because of my experience, I even went through a the****** myself and just hearing what other people went through are quite inspiring and it makes me want them to continue. Living is tough enough to survive through as most of the people could be a bit rowdy. But with time they'll learn to deal with things and possibly help others. My purpose is to help the troubled and get them through a tough situation even if it's just simply motivational speeches.
