can someone please fix this or help me I am getting kicked for spamming and I did not even spam my username is Lumexis please help

Don't use 1.13

As of now, Minecraft’s version “1.13” and “1.13.1” are incompatible with the server. Though you’re able to join with the versions activated, your chat restrictions are limited seen as you will be kicked for saying two different things. We suggest you use “1.12.1” or “1.12”.
