I am applying to be a Private Tutor.
How often do you log onto the server?:
I am quite a frequent player on the server, I come online daily and play for relatively long periods of time. As expected with most other players, if inactive It may have will usually been due to a real-life situation or any computer difficulties I may encounter, but apart from those two reasons my activity is high.
Do you have discord?:
Yes, I do have discord, it is my main social platform so I am constantly using it. My discord username is coru#6666.
Do you have a microphone?:
Yes, I do own a microphone. My microphone is quite good and is unlikely to encounter any difficulties, if so does happen I have many replacements and backups such as headsets or even my phone, these may not be the best quality compared to my current microphone but they are usable, so I do not really have an excuse for not speaking through-out voice calls.
Have you ever been banned, If yes when and why?:
During my time on SchoolRP I have received two bans on the server (these of which were on my main account, kleptomaniacs) I apologise for any mistakes with the information so pardon me. My first ban was during November of 2018 I believe, I was banned for trolling and ItemRP. My second ban was this year and it was during the beginning of January, I was banned for spamming rolls and OOC harassment. Thankfully I was unbanned after both which I am grateful for. Even though my most recent ban was not that long ago I can assure you I have changed since past experiences and have been opened to many new opportunities to prove that I’m serious and not a troll-like player.
Can you ensure that you will often come on:
I can ensure you that I will be an active player, as I have mentioned I am already a consistent, active player on the server. Though this is an alternative account I am applying for the role on, I know myself I can and will make the time to play more frequently on it, especially as it is an important role to the school system on the school roleplay server. I can also make the time if it comes to an event or situation I must attend.
Do you recognise that you can be ICly fired?:
Yes, I do recognise that I can be fired ICly, as I am informed with this information already I will not get angered by being fired if it happens.
In as much detail as possible, describe the role of your chosen school employee:
The role of a private tutor is very self-explanatory, they are there for students who are often having difficulties with certain subjects and believe they need more support with it (this is often the case, though there may be other reasons such as just wanting the extra help to maintain their grades). Private tutors do not necessarily have to be a qualified teacher, but they should be providing good and effective education to their students. Often times a private tutor will be teaching the student on a subject that the student may be having difficulties with, as mentioned above. Inside the class, the tutor will go over whatever part of the recent lesson the student has taken and give expand with more information or just provide more support with helping the student. Private tutors once again are there for students to be expanding on their own learning skills and give easy to understand revision. Private tutoring is very impactful on students as is gives the student a one-on-one feedback session with the tutor, this can leave an effect on the student such as more confidence, patience and surprisingly excellent communication skills. As I have stated above, private tutors do not need to be qualified teachers, but they do need at least some sort of qualification such as a degree of some sort, this can ensure that the tutor understands themselves what they’re speaking about and what information they give to others is correct and also understandable. Being a private tutor also means you are an influence to the students you may be tutoring as well as you’re their caretaker for the amount of time they stay, you have the responsibility to look after them and ensure they’re understanding the problems they face and give it your all to make sure they leave the lesson with full acknowledgement on how to face their problem.
Do you have any past experience in this type of roleplay?:
I do not necessarily have experience in private tutoring, but I do have experience in teaching. This experience is not on the SchoolRP roleplaying server so I imagine that they teach differently compared to previous servers I have played on. Though I do not have the exact experience, I still believe I can give off a well decent private tutor.
What experience, in general, do you have in roleplay?:
I have been roleplaying for over 5 years, so I have experienced many different types of roleplays and quite a good amount of experience in general roleplay. Often times I roleplayed with friends, so I am always accompanied by others I know and am familiar with. As I have mentioned in the previous question, I have roleplayed as a teacher on servers apart from SchoolRP, now to be clear these other servers I played on did not go out and give you a role for being a teacher of some sort, you’d often be left with voluntarily playing as the teacher as many other players preferred to play younger characters who could cause trouble. As a surprise, I enjoyed playing the role of the teacher and continued to do it multiple times after. As of answering the question of other experiences, I have also roleplayed as a student, as of now a cheerleader on SchoolRP. On other servers prior to playing SchoolRP I have roleplayed as teachers, a member of a family such as a parent, a doctor/surgeon. Many other things are mostly general roleplay such as basic communications.
Are you familiar with what your job does? If so, describe it:
The job of a private tutor is quite simple as it just consists of providing more support to students who have been struggling with certain subjects. A private tutor is not a replacement for a regular day-to-day teacher, though tutoring can be daily it still does not replace the regular teacher. Inside a class when it comes to private tutoring, the tutor is there for your needs, students should not be afraid or hesitant when it comes to asking a question, even if the student believes the question may be ‘stupid’ in any way. The tutor is there to answer whatever question you need and give you more support with your education, therefore enhancing your education in general. Tutors will often do one on one sessions with students as it can make the individual more comfortable and confident with speaking. The tutor will go over whatever the student has chosen and help the student understand the problem better, there is no limited time when it comes to this, as you want the student leaving with full knowledge on the topic. The limitation may be from planned, scheduled lessons which go on for multiple hours until the session is closed.

During a work shift a student starts cursing at you for being pathetic, how do you react?:
As you’re an adult and also an influencer to the students I’d stay calm on them, knowing that they’re only young and can really do no harm to you. I wouldn’t raise my voice in any way, I want to ensure that I am giving off a sense of being carefree to the student as I do not want to show any weakness to them. I would explain to them that vulgar language is not needed and if they have any criticism they are welcomed to tell me. I’d also explain to them for their reasoning being in my lesson, as they need extra support with their education due to their struggles, I would tell them they’re welcomed to leave as they are not forced being in my classes if they find it being ‘useless’ or a ‘waste of time’. If the student continues to act with bad behaviour I would ignore their presence in the class until they have cooled down, then forwarding to contacting their parents on their recent behaviours.
You are doing a hazardous job requested by the School Principal, how do you react?:
If comfortable with the job I am being requested I will not hesitate on doing it. If in any case the situation seems extremely dangerous and makes me feel like I'm in danger, I will explain to the principal my concerns and asked if there was any other way in helping the situation, such as calling on extra support. If there is a case I would have to do the job I would give an attempt on it, if still too deemed as dangerous after an attempt I would decline the offer on taking on the job and excuse myself from the situation calmly and continue my day and job normally.
Another school employee is doing something very dangerous on the job or acting out of order, how do you react?:
Out of concern, I would ask the individual if they feel comfortable doing this job and if they would like assistance, I’d also mention if they had permission to do the job to ensure that no malicious activity is going on in the scene. If the scene is deemed to be malicious I would report it to the principal immediately, I’d inform the principal of my doing being there as well, explaining how I saw the suspect do malicious activity and if I recognise or am familiar of the person, I would give details such as name, gender and appearance.

Motivation for Joining YHS:
During my years growing up I have taken private tutoring lessons as well due to my own struggle in the past, I did originally want to become a teacher but I found myself wanting the role of a tutor more than a teacher as I felt I had more confidence being a tutor rather than the usual teacher. I prefer smaller groups of young people as I feel I can contribute more time into each one of them rather than teaching a full class of say maybe 30 students and not have enough time to hear all their needs. As I myself used to find it hard to maintain stable grades, my only resource as a child was private tutoring, even though it was expensive. That experience really did inspire me as I found it quite useful and it felt easier to learn as I got that one on one experience. I want to provide this to the students in Karakura as I know myself that education is difficult, and you always do need help even if it is something small.

Why should you be accepted over the other applicants?:
I believe I should be accepted over my fellow applicants, as I can provide very high-quality education and give students a wide range of new skills to help them in their future and their careers. My experience in the past also gives a good impression as I have a hand on experience with situations as such. I am an outgoing, kind, and confident in my work and confident with everything I provide and everything I can provide in the future. I put time and effort into my students, to ensure they get the best quality lessons they could be getting, and I can always make more time for the students if necessary.
