So I just joined today, the server seems good guys! Roleplay is great and I'm loving it so far. Bad thing is, my rank is broken. I started out as a Year 7, as everyone else and yet I am not a Freshman, and I am no age apparently. I've been here for two hours. All of my friends are Year 8's and are 14 while I'm stuck as an eternal 7th year. I feel like the eternal Genin from Naruto rn. The only way to fix being stuck as a grade 7 is contacting staff to help fix it for you. Not sure how long it takes to rank up but try playing a little longer to age up since I don't know if two hours suffices. You can do /archeck to check how long you have to play to rank up.

If you look at my name in rp it only says grade 7. It doesn't say Freshman nor does it says my age (which according to mods is 13 which I am currently nothing)

Again, did you do the archeck command? If so and it is indeed broken, contact staff through either discord or forum conversation. I'm pretty sure it's about an hour of playtime before you become grade 8, so it most likely is broken.

From what I can tell, she is stuck in the weird "[Year-7]" rank which used to be present on the old SRP days. The best way is to contact staff about it. You can also TRY waiting, but I don't know if that will fix it. As a person who had the same issue, I can say that this is probably the best way.


EDIT: If you're in [13][Grade-7][Freshman] just wait.
If you are in some other weird rank, contact a Senior Admin or higher.​

no its locked as Year-7, only way is to manually change it to the current group

Dude you could just make a convo to staff or put it in BUGS, but it will probs get fixed soon.
