I log onto the server every day and stay on it for the whole day unless I have to do something else.

I have never been banned from the server.
Can you ensure that you will often come on:
I can ensure you and other staff members that I will come on every day and if for any reason i can not make it online i will notify staff.

Yes, I recognize that I can be fired ICly for slacking off or not doing my job in a professional way.
In as much detail as possible, describe the role of your chosen school employee:
The person who is in position of head nurse is responsible for the direction, organization and planning of the nursing unit within the area of the healthcare facility. This executive is involved in assessing, evaluating and setting nursing care standards and objectives for the organization.
Do you have any past experience in this type of roleplay?:
I do not have the expirence of being a nurse but on the server, every now and then, my character would help people get back to standard health.
What experience, in general, do you have in roleplay?:
I have been playing on various roleplay servers for a few years now and have watched videos form a lot of different peope on roleplay. I have also been playing on the server for nearly two years and believe that playing here has given me good knowlege.
Are you familiar with what your job does? If so, describe it:
After spending the time to search and read thoroughly about what a head nurse does I have found that a head nurse is in charge of teams of nurses or divisions of health care facilities. For example, they may be in charge of all nursing in the emergency room. Head nurses are responsible for the performance of their teams, meaning they have to monitor the nurses who work under them and ensure they are fulfilling all their job requirements. The head nurse must allocate resources where they are needed, whether in the form of nurses, medication or equipment. Head nurses are in charge of organizing and carrying out a variety of administrative work. They have to organize and store all the notes on patients taken by the nursing team. Head nurses need to keep in touch and relay information to a variety of parties. First, they issue reports to upper management of the facility. They also need to communicate and give specific instructions to specialty doctors when they are needed. Head nurses are usually also in charge of hiring, screening potential employees, looking over resumes, conducting interviews and making hiring decisions. After this, they are in charge of training the new hires. Head nurses can order or suggest continuing education or remedial training and classes for their staff when needed.

During a workshift a student starts cursing at you for being pathetic, how do you react?:
I would tell them to stop, as they are behaving irational and wasting the time of the parties involved. If they carry on I would proceed to warn them, and tell them to continue their day. If they decide to not stop and to back talk, I would give them a punishment for their actions of detention.
You are doing a hazadrous job requested by the School Principal, how do you react?:
I would ask for details of the job I am being asked to do, and if it would be risking the safety of others. Depending on that, I would either stay calm and carry on to do the job as asked, or request if someone else more capable could take my assigned job.
Another school employee is doing something very dangerous on the job or acting out of order, how do you react?:
I would question the employee and if it is putting safety at risk I would try to stop them. If they are continuing to act and put others in danger, I would contact the police if it reaches that high of concern.

Motivation for Joining YHS: As I have been on the server for many years, I know it would be an honor to organize and direct the nursing system for the students. I want what is best for the students, to do this their health is a prority.
Age: 23
Why should you be accepted over the other applicants?: I should be accepted because with the knowlege I have, I believe I would be the best at this job. I hopefully have the knowlage to help nurse the kids back to health and have a clean and orgnaised work enviroment.
Note: I will be inactive from the 5-9th August as i am going away with my family.
