I log onto the server daily, usually for around 12 hours a day. I also started playing in late 2017 and have only taken one break in that time.

Yes, I recognise that I can be fired for various reasons but I can assure you, I will avoid them as much as possible.
In as much detail as possible, describe the role of your chosen school employee:
Private Tutors tend to host personal sessions with students to help them in any areas they have shown struggle in. They help students enhance their abilities when it comes to school work and help get them ready for any exams and tests they may experience. They provide a schedule/plan for individual tutoring sessions for your students. They provide tuition that is tailored around the students individual needs and the level of their studies. They also need to use relevant methods and material to keep the student focused.
Do you have any past experience in this type of roleplay?:
If I am to be honest, I do not have much experience with this kind of role play. I do believe however, that I have the knowledge to be able to do it and there is always a possibility of learning.
What experience, in general, do you have in roleplay?:
I role played initially on a medieval server for a year before joining this server. I joined the server back in 2017 and have only ever had one major break which lasted around three months, other then that I am on the server daily.
Are you familiar with what your job does? If so, describe it:
Private Tutors provide tuition, specialist skills, methods or approaches to support individual learning needs. They offer one-on-one educational assistance to school students or even adults if required. Tutors help children improve their skills in subjects they don't tend to do well in. They don't have to be qualified teachers, but should still provide a service that helps students progress in their studies by applying effective methods of understanding and problem solving and prepare them effectively for exams or tests.

During a workshift a student starts cursing at you for being pathetic, how do you react?:
I would react as calmly as possible, telling them to stop and that they are being irrational. If they do not calm down I would proceed to warn them, and tell them to continue their day. If they decide to not stop and to talk back, I would speak to a higher up member of staff so they get the correct discipline.
You are doing a hazardous job requested by the School Principal, how do you react?:
I would react a bit hesitant at first, asking for details of the job I am being asked to do, and if it would be risking the safety of myself or others. If people were to get injured, I would request to stop doing the job as it is dangerous. If not then I would stay calm and carry on to do the job as asked, or request if someone else more capable could take my assigned job.
Another school employee is doing something very dangerous on the job or acting out of order, how do you react?:
I would try to calm them down and stop them from doing anything dangerous or potentially harming to themselves or anyone else. It is important to keep people safe as they should not be getting hurt in a safe environment like a school.

Motivation for Joining KHS: My motivation for joining the KHS team is to give students the best help I can into passing exams and tests. I also would like to help provide a better future for students and our future generations. I would like to give them all of the knowledge I have, so they can use it for the beginning of their careers.

Why should you be accepted over the other applicants?: I think that I should be accepted over others because I have more knowledge about being a Private tutor and would like to help the students have the best start to their careers.
