My motivation for becoming a teacher is to teach students something new every day and make class fun. I am very interested in this field as not only can you teach students something new, but you can also learn from them.

What are the classroom logs and why is it important?:
Classroom logs is basically a database containing all the information that describes the activities done during each class and it is important because it keeps track of which teachers are doing their jobs and which ones aren't.
You want to start a school field trip; how do you do that?:
I would be required to make an application on the Teachers forum using a special format mentioned in the Faculty Handbook. The book also states the rules and directions that should be followed during the trip in which a teacher must follow, and after submitting my application I would wait for authorization and instructions.
As a teacher, what are the strict rules when being in a class?:
As a teacher, I would have the following:
I do not have experience as a teacher, but I have experienced some sort of similar RP as a school employee on the server. I have been on multiple RP servers, and most follow pretty much the same rules that School RP has. I have been playing SRP for quite a couple months now and I have gotten a hang of how things work.

- HD: HD is the head of the department, responsible for making the lesson plans and making the curriculum.
- QTLS: QTL's are qualified teachers in learning skills, being able to host classes without an HD present.
- NQT: NQT's are newly qualified teachers that, who are new to the field and need the HD to host the class.

Teachers are important because they help children to be good citizens and have a good education so that they can be prepared to have jobs in the future. The salaries are 150K Yen. The way teachers teach is very unique, as they each have a different style in helping students remember what they have learned. In their spare time, they are either grading papers or helping students after school with their work.
Why are teachers important to a SchoolRP server?:
As mentioned earlier, teachers are important because they help students become better people in the future. They are their mentors through their entire school career and are responsible for teaching them the required materials so that they can go to college. They are also responsible for their mental health and can help them get better since they notice what is going on with each and every student as they are with them every day. The server also needs teachers, or else it would not be a School RP server.

He is different from most people because he never surrenders, he is willing to fight to the end and fight in what he believes is right. George doesn't think first impressions or first thoughts are important. He believes that actions on what someone does over the course of time are what defines them, this includes everyone for example students and teachers. His personality is described as a patient, kind young man with interesting views on the world. His plans for the future are to educate and help as many students as possible graduate and get a successful job.
Scenarios
You find a gang of delinquents in the hallway cursing and swearing, what do you do?:
Mr. Emerson would march toward the little gang dressed in his millennium clothes and have a chat with those people. Mr. Emerson would tell them not to use any curse words at any time, and he would give them a warning so that they don't do it next time. If they keep cursing and start getting aggressive, Mr. Emerson would report those students to the administrators of the school and give them detention. If the delinquents start causing any more problems, Mr. Emerson would either call the police and office administrators or get back up from other teachers around him.
No one in your class is listening to a word you say, what do you do?:
Mr. Emerson would start to talk louder and louder. If no one caught his attention, he would then proceed to walk towards the people who distracted and tell them to pay attention for their own good. If they continued to not pay attention, Mr. Emerson would give them a demerit and send them outside of class. After school, he would communicate with those students and tell them to pay attention next time in a respectful manner.
When in the teacher's lounge, how does your character act?:
Mr. Emerson would approach his fellow colleges and chat to them about certain topics regarding a student or the school in a professional manner. He would always have gracious professionalism and be formal towards everyone in the room. Mr. Emerson would offer advice when needed and participate in meetings. He would always clean up after himself. He would remain formal, and keep on with his day.

/me He'd clear his throat a bit, and then would excuse himself and start talking again.

Backstory
George Emerson was born in the city of New York City, New York. He would move to Japan at the age of 13 after his siblings moved there to open a Cafe business now known as Heartbucks. He attended Karakura High and graduated. He was interested in majoring in Languages, as he had helped Language teachers at Karakura teach certain topics. Since he was a teen, Emerson would have a passion for the art of studying and writing about Spanish. At the age of 21, he would start to become successful in his publications and it would cause him to become fully interested in Spanish. During his college years, George would always be at the library studying the languages of the world and how it has changed and impacted life in the present. George went on to study at the University of Georgetown after high school and ended up coming back to Japan after earning his Master's Degree. He also ended up minoring in education so that in the future he could apply to become a teacher. His family always supported him through his studies and they encouraged him to go work at Karakura Japan. While trying to find a job after he moved back to Japan and wrote two novels about Spanish, which ended up getting the attention of the citizens in town since they were very successful. People usually tend to enjoy the detailed stories that he tells to others. He has always been an intelligent, thoughtful and dedicated man. His goal is to educate people about the languages of the world, while also pointing out many lessons to be learned and problems that still exist in the present day and ways in which one could solve those problems. One day he hopes to improve the lives of many students throughout his career, and he hopes to teach for as long as he can.
