What is your motivation for applying?:
I love the server and i have often looked through the mass amount of accepted teachers but when on the server, few are actually online. I want to improve my experience on the server by levelling up to teacher and other peoples experience by teaching when i can.

You want to start a school field trip, what would you do?
I ask permission first with a higher ranked level of staff, preferably the Head Teacher/Principal and then plan on the destination of the trip.

As a teacher, what are the strict rules when being in a class:
Stay seated, raise your hand when asking a question, don't talk over the teacher or fellow students, the teacher must make sure his/her class is organised and planned.

Summarize your previous experience (both in general and teacher wise):
I have no record of myself rping as a teacher, however I know some aspects of how teachers do as they do from some experiences in classes on the server and in real life. I know that the teacher needs to set homework on the correct date and try their hardest to attend school no matter what their state. In real life, while i haven't always enjoyed maths, my current teacher is very helpful and through the topics we have covered this year, i have done particularly well in. We have done things like algebra and area/perimeter in more complicated shapes such as circles.

From your perspective as of right now, identify one thing you would change about the Teacher Group. Why would you change that?

I believe that there is nothing to change as the Teacher group was picked out, which must suggest they are good at their job and from experience in a class i know that the Teachers are very good at their job.


KNOWLEDGE

Present to us your knowledge about Teachers in-game and out-of-game, what purpose to they serve, what salary they get. Include a paragraph about the way teachers teach, what they do in their spare time in general.

Teachers in-game are quite similar to out out-of-game teachers due to the server being quite realistic. The teachers set tasks and teach proper knowledge with the intention of improving and expanding the group of jobs and opportunities for a student. Most teachers out-of-game however are more often around at school compared to in-game teachers because real life will clash in to time to be on game.
A School isn't a school without teachers nor is a school a school without students, they work together to make a school what it is. However, a teachers main role in a school to give knowledge to their pupils and improve their necessary skills so they capable of more/ knowing more for their future.
(High School Math teacher salaries are ranged around $42,000)
In-game teachers will have the door open and let as many students in as can fit and close the door (if there is one.) The teacher then will introduce the class and share some facts and ask students questions on what was said. Most teachers in the server tend to spend their spare time about the Family Store or in their Apartment.


Why are teachers important to a SchoolRP server:
A school isn't a school without its beloved teachers. Also, a SchoolRP server shouldn't have the title it has unless it provides teachers. Teachers are the key things necessary in a school as they are the ones that spread knowledge to the students, which they use for passing tests and Exams that are necessary to get into higher places in life.

Describe the ranking system of teachers:
1. Trainee (Trainee)- These are beginner teachers, they are only given this rank for a few days. You don't have any permission to start a class that you weren't assigned to teach, you have to teach the class the subject you where assigned for.

2. Newly Qualified Teacher (NQT)- You are now more of a higher rank, you are more of an advanced teacher and you have the right to start a lesson but before you do, you should check with the Head of Department (HD) and check in the role-play documents what you are suppose to teach. You don't have to cover everything from the book, only the key parts. You are allowed to make some errors . You are not allowed to let Trainees in to watch you.

3. Qualified Teacher Learning and Skills (QTLS)- You are now the norm for teachers, you now have permission to start a class whenever you want but remember to discuss it and organise it with other teachers. You shouldn't make much errors now. You are allowed to let Trainees in but you aren't allowed to trainee them yet.

4. Head of Department (HD)- You are now at the top of the rank. You must plan what lessons will be taught amongst your department. It is very unlikely you would get this rank if it's already taken but they can offer you Co-Head of Department.

What lesson planning system does the school work on?:
Must: The main objective of the lesson. Students should know and remember this
Should: An important thing that should be done.
Could: Students don't have to do this but it would be great if they did. This is sort of like an extension task.

CHARACTER KNOWLEDGE

Tell us everything you know about the character you will be playing in a few paragraphs. How does he look like? What makes him unique and different? What is his outlook on Students? What about the other teachers? What is his personality like? What is his plan for the future?

My character has dark black, wavy hair and pale skin as well as blue eyes. She wears a dark blue jumper with a black skirt and simple shoes. everyone is unique in their own way and my character is unique in many ways. She is always changing her emotions, how she feels towards some. She is always there for people when they need her but sometimes she cant be because she has things to handle herself.
She looks at students like they are seeds. They start out small and innocent and grow into a beautiful flower over time and after being taken care of. The care and support of teachers given to the students is like the sun giving the flower what it needs to grow. Teachers make the amount of knowledge a student has and the sun makes a flower grow.
Towards the other teachers my character will be how she always is and try get along with everyone. Its easier to work with friends than enemies after all. My character is very friendly and tends to help where she can, even if she has never experienced a situation first hand. She tries her best to always be herself and the best version oh herself too. She will keep a smile on to help people keep smiling too.
She wants to grow old and only stop teaching when she incapable of going on. She wants to watch her flowers bloom and pursue their dreams, no matter what they are. She wants know she has made a positive impact on the students lives and has been very helpful to what they need in the future!


SCENARIOS

You find a gang of delinquents in the hallway cursing and swearing, what do you do?:
I would tell them to stop, some people don't want to hear such words. If the students refuse to stop i will give them a warning and that doesn't stop them i will proceed to giving them a detention.

No one in your class is listening to a word you say, what do you do?
I would raise my voice a bit to get their attention and if they proceed i will give them all a warning and wait for silence. Then, if no one is listening and is continuing to be disturbance i will give everyone a class detention.

When in a teacher lounge, how does your character act?
She is simple and collect. Will probably mark work and plan for future lessons. Maybe start some conversations up with fellow teachers in the room to get to know the people she is working with.

BACKSTORY
My character was born in Britain and continues with her British accent. She wasn’t too fond of Maths at the start of High School but over the course of her High School life she improved and grew attached to the subject and wanted to help others learn to enjoy it too. She would always help fellow students in her class who would be struggling, in fact she never even hesitated to help them. Before High School she wasn’t too good at Maths, which is why it never crossed her mind the thought of perusing it as a career. Even though she had a particular hatred for the subject, almost her whole family had enjoyed it and taken it for things like College and such. My character doesn’t believe that her family’s love for the subject was the thing that made her like it but rather her teachers in Maths that were so helpful and supportive. They would explain the topic’s well making it easier for her to complete tasks. She is ‘iffy’ on harder maths topics but is rather good at the simpler topics. She had decided on being a teacher on Maths for the younger students, the freshman. This is because they would be fresh and more open to learning however she is capable of setting a lesson for the large variation of students at a High School. She follows the rules in the sense she doesn’t befriend her students but because she understands them as she herself was once a student. Being able to understand her students is something that she believes the student will respect.
