I would like to be a P.E (Physical Education) Teacher. My motiviation for applying for the P.E teacher is that. Yes, I am aware that there is already a P.E teacher but, I have rarely ever seen a P.E class being held. As I am very active, I would be able to hold P.E classes oftenly. I would be absolutely delighted to be able to hold active classes that I could make enjoyable. Every (IC) day, I would hold a P.E class (if that is OK.) I would also like to hold P.E clubs at Breaktime or Lunchtime or even after-school. (If that's OK.) As, there is quite a few Cheerleaders and other sports people who don't seem to get the privilege of being able to attend their sporting activity clubs. Plus, ever since I had joined this server, I really wanted to one day become a Teacher as it just looks so fun & it'd be great to be able to give other players a fun roleplaying experience during my realistic lessons that I will provide (If accepted.) I have also noticed that when I'm usually online, not many lessons are being held. When my character was in High School there was barely ever classes. I understand there is a lot of Teachers however, it just doesn't seem that there is a lot of classes and I hope to change that and be able to make the School realistic with the lesson I will present.

I have SO much experience in Roleplaying as I have played Minecraft since 2003. I have played on creative servers which have roleplays on alot. I have played other RP servers suchas: Medieval, Cities & Schools. I have played on RP servers for many years & I would say I'm pretty good at it. Being a Student at the High School for a long while, I have watched how the Teacher's teach and how they present their lessons which have made me feel self-assured and makes me believe that I could do the same. I believe that I'm also good with the grammar and my literature when Roleplaying. **I used to be a PE teacher before so I know what to expect!**
Have you read the Faculty Handbook?:
I have read the Faculty Handbook several times to get it in my head and now I am extremely well prepared with all the knowledge I need to know about Teaching and being actually successful at it.
What are the classroom logs and why is it important?:
Classroom logs is a system in which other Teacher's keep track of & montior activites that have occured in previous classes. This exists because as Teacher's they need to make sure that the students are getting the education that is supposed to be required. It isn't only to keep track of the Student's activites, it is also to keep track if the Teacher's are doing their job and providing good lessons.

As a teacher, what are the strict rules when being in a class?:
- Students must raise their hands to be noticed when asking a question or asking for something.
- They must not in anyway verbally or physically harass another pier or a Teacher.
- Must participate unless given permission.
- No speaking when the Teacher is speaking or another student is speaking to the class.
- Students must not disrupt the lesson. Eg. Speaking over, calling out, copying another students work, being disrespectful, backchatting the Teacher, etc...
- No swearing, inappropriate language, etc..
- No physical violence.
- No eating or drinking unless given permission by Doctor. (Bring a Doctor's note).
- No phones or laptops or any other technology.
- Come to class with the appropriate equipment.
Summarize your previous RP experience's (both in general and on SchoolRP):
As I said, I am an experienced roleplayer. Although I am a Student, I know what to expect from being a Teacher. I have observed other Teachers and the ways in how they teach and I just generally know how Teacher's are supposed to act and teach. In general, I would say I'm 'good' at Roleplaying. I do not roleplay 'simply' I roleplay with the correct grammar & I use good description when Roleplaying.
Describe the ranking system of teachers:
- HD: Head of Department. HD Teachers are prescribed to be in charge of the QTLS and the NQT. They particulary organize and create plans for classes. They are also the Head of the Subject that they are in.
- QTLS: QTLS teachers are 'Qualified Teacher Learning and Skills'. They are above the NQT but below the HD.
- NQT: NQT are usually 'stand-in' teachers. They are 'Newly Qualified Teachers' - They can teach a class but aren't as 'high up' as the QTLS.
Teacher Knowledge

OOC: Teachers in Japan earn from 44,000-250,000 Yen a year. Other countries are different on how much they earn. Teacher's is a very important part of a Student's life. Teacher's develop a Students future. Subjects in the majority of schools are: English, Math, Science, Geography, History, Humanities, Cultral Studies, Social Studies, PS(H)E, I(C)T, Drama, Art, Physical Education (P.E), Religious Education (R.E), Music, D&T, Media Studies, Construction, etc.. In most schools (that I'm aware of), Teacher's teach their specific subject. Some Teacher's have the privilege to teach more than 1 subject, but most of the time Teacher's only teach one subject. Teacher's are required to give their students the best education that they can possibly provide. Teacher's should not be absent unless there is an important and major reason. In RP, I understand very well that you must not take a day-off unless you get permission by the Prinicipal and it must be a very important reason. During RP, under no circumstances can you act immature. You must stay mature.Teachers must be aware if a Student is: failing to cooperate, confused during the subject, not bringing the correct equipment to class, failing to do provided homework or classwork, misbehaving, etc.. If a student is failing to follow a Teacher's rules, they must pay the concequences and the Teacher should assign them a detention or another form of punishment.
Why are teachers important to a SchoolRP server?:
Teachers are very important as, without Teachers it wouldn't really be a School Roleplay... or at least, it wouldn't be realistic.Teachers make the School realistic and enjoyable when playing this server as it feels practical.

The lesson planning system is a MoSCo system (Must have, Should Have, Could Have).

Kayla Ana Loon (Ms. Loon) is a fairly small, young female woman. She stands around 5'6 with a passion for sports (suchas: Cheerleading, Volleyball, Netball, Soccer, etc...) She is an attractive 28 year old, who always wears her blonde, silky hair straighten or wavy down, which sways about when she walks. When mentioning P.E, her face lights up. When she smiles, her peach lips lighten up the whole room. Her light blue-grey eyes glisten in the sunlight and her eyes beam even more lighter when being around sports. She is ALWAYS seen in athletic type clothing.She tends to be an ambitious character. She is very outgoing and is pretty loud. When teaching sports she is very competitive and enthusiastic and always includes every student as much as possible. Kayla Loon is extremely passionate when it comes to sports and all she thinks & talks about is sports. She enjoys Students company and deals with them very well. She is quite strict & does not let a student ‘insult’ her. Her plan for the future is to proceed her Sports dreams. She wants to be a P.E Teacher for a very long while and hopefully be a Sports Star too. (Netball or Volleyball to be specific).Kayla idolizes the other Teachers and enjoys speaking to them alot. She has no problem with any of the Teachers at Taketatsu High School. She aspiries to be as dedicating and hard-working as them. (And so she shall be!)

You find a gang of delinquents in the hallway cursing and swearing, what do you do?:
I would inform the Prinicipal and other Teacher's immediately as I am very aware that this kind of behaviour is not accepted at all. I would also 'tell them off' and even set detentions if I have too.
No one in your class is listening to a word you say, what do you do?:
Yell and blow my whistle, enthusiastically and threaten setting detentions (long ones). Or threaten to make them run around the entire field 3 times.
When in the teacher's lounge, how does your character act?:
Maturally. My character wouldn't be 'Over The Top' and would respectfully sit there and chat, calmy with the other Teachers. She would probably socialize, with a coffee in her hand.

Backstory
Kayla Loon, an attractive, outgoing young woman was born in the area of Downtown Los Angeles. She was born in April of 1993. Her childhood was around Skateparks and Basketball courts on the beach. Her parents sadly passed away when she was a young toddler and was adopted by the Japanese family, named ‘The Loons’. Werev good at Math as she was so comitted and into it. Kayla attended a good school as her adopted-parents have/had a lot of money. She was always quite popular as she was extremely good at Math the other Teachers adored her so much as she was so committed to Her work and always went to Sport Clubs after school. Leaving High School, Wynter knew immediately what she wanted to be and that was... a math Teacher. So, during College she studies mathematics Kayla' s parents supported the fact that she wanted to be a Math Teacher and just wanted the best for their daughter. Before becoming that, she worked at a At for a while in Japan. She worked with disabled children who can’t see. She was there for a couple of years but later wanted to proceed to do better things.
After helping out the local Math she moved to a top Math Class in Japan and helped the Alebrgaand high classes and did extremely well there. Now, at the age of 28, she wants to finally accomplish and achieve her biggest dream from since she was a little girl, roaming the streets, drawing at the beach.. and become a art Teacher in Karakura, Japan.
