He has blue eyes, and ruffled brown hair. He is extremely fit, and can take quite a few hits. He is also very intelligent.

On job, he would be focused on his job at hand, and not let his personal life affect it.
Not on job, he would appreciate his friends and family, and he wouldn't act reckless (Doesn't get drunk, e.t.c.)

He would appreciate his co-workers, whether or not they hated him, he would work with them. His plans for the future would be to help make Karakura crime free. He would also plan to raise a family of 3. Him, a wife, and a child.
