Yes, and I have taken a look at the Teacher Roster thread to get an idea of what will be expected of me if I am chosen.
Describe your activity on the server & on the forums?: Unfortunately, I could not remember my previous log in information on the forums so I created a new account but I tend to be active at least an hour every day on both the forums and the server. As I am going into year 11 and need to be revising for my upcoming exams, I will probably be on for half an hour or an hour every other day but I am adamant that I can uphold my current pattern and continue being as active as possible.

What is your motivation for becoming a teacher?: As I am multilingual in real life, I was determined to put that talent to good use and teach languages in the real life. I think it will be fun to test how good of a teacher I am in this role-play. I one day hope to teach languages in other countries, too. I also am a dance and music prefect in school and I believe I could also teach those subjects. I think it's important to be able to educate well and I have always wanted to help students unlock their full potential.

Do you have any experience in Roleplaying?: Yes, I role-play whenever I get the chance. I am also currently taking drama GCSE and that gives me the chance to role-play in real life as well as on Minecraft in my spare time.

Have you read the Faculty Handbook?: Yes I have. I am also contemplating giving myself a printed copy to make things easier.

What are the classroom logs and why is it important?: Correct me if I am wrong since we do not have these where I am from, but classroom logs are used to make sure that the class was indeed taught and that students were present and accounted for. It is important to keep track of such things because if a teacher logged a lesson but had no students in the lesson, an issue would arise. Another example of why classroom logs are important is because it shows which teachers are teaching lessons in abundance and which teachers could perhaps need a push to teach more. Classroom logs are also important in the sense that they help create a strong sense of organisation.

You want to start a school field trip; how do you do that?: You must go and find the Field Trip Form thread in the forums and fill it out and wait for authentication and permission to go through with the trip.

As a teacher, what are the strict rules when being in a class?: As a teacher, you must not improvise unless it is strictly urgent. You must act like a role model and not influence the children in any negative way (e.g encouraging the use and distribution of contraband). Additionally, you must never become physical with the students (violently or sexually of course) and it is forbidden to engage in any romantic or sexual relations with a student. Private activities can wait until the lesson is over (for example, conversations with other personnel). The teacher must have an adequate amount of work already planned out for the lesson - including both written for the students and perhaps a presentation for them to watch and listen to. There are many more rules which could be stated, which I have read over in great detail.

Summarize your previous RP experience's (both in general and on SchoolRP): I have role-played as a detective in another minecraft server which unfortunately has been discontinued, I previously was a dance captain too, and in the early years of school RP, I was a regular student that attended the classes and assemblies. I had the opportunity to become a teacher but unfortunately I moved to Korea for a year and left my laptop with my sister who stayed in England for university. I got it back upon my return and now I am back for good.

- HD: Head of Department - A teacher in charge of a said subject who is the most experienced.

- QTLS: Qualified Teacher Learning and Skills - A teacher who is accustomed to the job.

- NQT: Newly Qualified Teacher - A teacher who has just graduated and is testing the waters.


Teacher Knowledge

Present to us your knowledge about Teachers in-game and out-of-game, what purpose do teachers serve. What salary do they get? Include a paragraph about the way teachers teach, what they do in their spare time in general. A teacher's purpose is to pass on their knowledge to youths so that when they send their students out into the world, they are prepared and ready. Teachers take joy in watching their students grow and change to become the people that society need. Each teacher has their own stylised way of teaching. Some like to always be hands on, some like to talk until students understand, some like to make the students take notes while they teach. My lessons, if I were to be accepted, would include an equilibrium of hands on, written work for the students and presentations and listening time from me.Teachers, much like students, have to work from home too. They must plan their lessons, the homeworks, and create the material they need for their lessons. There is more to a teacher than the instruction "Stand in front of this class and teach". Teachers earn about £28,700 or about seven million Yen.

Why are teachers important to a SchoolRP server?:
Because a school cannot function without educators to lead the students. If there were no teachers, it would just be a student simulator. With teachers in SchoolRP, we can actually educate the members of the server while they're having fun. Teachers in the server could help with their studies in real life too and I think that's important.

What lesson planning system does the school work on?: Lesson planning is compulsory.


Character Knowledge

Tell us everything you know about the character you will be playing in a few paragraphs. How does he look like? What makes him unique and different? What is his outlook on Students? What about the other teachers? What is his personality like? What is his plan for the future? Yuna is about 5'8 and she is packed full of fun, curiosity and intelligence. She knows exactly how to act when and she knows to save the fun for out of work. She has long, dark brown curly hair that has never been damaged from dye or chemicals. She has a matching eye colour that seems to turn into a more rusty bronze when faced with direct light. Her smile is adorned with straight, pearly teeth and she keeps her skin nice and well kept. She has asian shaped eyes, which she shares with her korean mum's side and she is unique in the sense that she has two moles on her neck that she calls her vampire bite. This is the side of her that she does not show at the workplace. She is quirky and fun and inquisitive. Her outlook on students is that she sees each of them as a candle. The teachers ignite the flame, giving them the potential to burn bright through the darkness! She works well with anyone, even if they look upon her negatively. She relates to them well and is very caring and kind. Sometimes she feels intimidated by competition but she would never let that affect their relationship or job. For the future she plans to teach five years each in five different countries. Then, she will feel a sense of achievement.



Scenarios

You find a gang of delinquents in the hallway cursing and swearing, what do you do?: I would ask them to politely leave and if they do not obey, get a superior to assist me or get a superior to take the responsbility off of my hands.

No one in your class is listening to a word you say, what do you do?: Try and get their attention. I would either clap, countdown or try and quiet them down by raising my voice slightly - not to a shout.

When in the teacher's lounge, how does your character act?: Kind and collected towards other teachers. Quiet because some teachers might be trying to get work done. I would also be generous and offer them a drink if they need it. However, I hope they would do the same if I were to act productive and get some work done.

Backstory

Yuna Bird was exceptionally talented from a young age. Excelling in subjects at school and wowing crowds at her dance and music recitals. The expectations that she felt she had began to weigh her down greatly, meaning she had to let go of her creative side. During this period of time, her family encouraged her to learn Korean, for part of her family lives just outside of Daegu. As years go on, she begins to sound like a local but it isn't enough for her parents. They keep encouraging her to learn languages such as French, Japanese and Swedish. As time flies, Yuna finds herself entering high school. Her friends convince her to rediscover her love for dance and music and once again, she astounds spectators. She finds a part-time job as a waitress at a local cafe but Yuna can't wait to leave and go further than her hometown. She finds great joy in tutoring her friends in the languages and by the time she even thought about tutoring professionally, she graduated high school. She graduated as a valedictorian. She went to college studying psychology, modern foreign languages and health and social care. By her second year of college she was offered a scholarship in a nearby university, which she took with great gratitude. Before she could actually finish college, however, her family moved for a year to Incheon, South Korea. Here, she had the opportunity to volunteer at a nearby secondary school. She earned herself a T.A job at the school for the year until it was time to return home to start University. She studied secondary and higher education in university and also studied music. In her spare time during university, she often painted and wrote songs. Once she graduated she made a promise she was going to travel - preferably to a country she knew the language of - and she sent off an application to Karakura, Japan. She hoped it would be better than the NQT year she completed in England.
