Describe your activity on the server & on the forums?: I'd like to think that my activity on the SchoolRP server is very discernible, I do my best to log onto the server daily, mostly for 1-4 hours. I strive to make as much of a difference in the server to my ability, whether if it's just simply helping a new player out with a question, or full-on roleplaying with many of my friends. On the other hand, I'm more or less quiet on the forums, but that's not to say I'm inactive on them! I mostly read over threads, and occasionally comment on them.

What is your motivation for becoming a teacher?: I've always had immense respect for the teachers here on the server, they are all incredibly passionate in their work and put a lot of time and effort into their classes. They handle all discourteous and ill-mannered students with impeccable grace and maturity, which I believe is incredibly admirable. For this reason, it's almost impossible for me to not be inspired. I wish to show dedication and passion, just like the previously mentioned teachers. I wish to educate the pupils of Karakura to the best of my ability and ensure that they have a pleasurable learning experience here!

Do you have any experience in Roleplaying?:
Yes, I do! I've spent a great amount of time roleplaying here on the SRP server, as I believe it's one of the best Minecraft Roleplay servers out there. Also, I have roleplayed on some other platforms, as well. For example, I spent a considerable amount of time roleplaying on Roblox and Discord.

Have you read the Faculty Handbook?:
If the Faculty Handbook refers to all remaining documents and threads referring through the precautions and rules of a teacher, then I can assure you that I have thoroughly read through them!

What are the classroom logs and why is it important?: Classroom logs are incredibly important and vital to our academic system, as they hold records of events and lessons which can be looked back on, as well as to keep track of everything that happens during the class.

You want to start a school field trip; how do you do that?:
Although I haven't seen anyone apply for a field trip at all in recently, I'm aware that you'd have to apply for it here on the forums, listing details of the field trip and so on.

As a teacher, what are the strict rules when being in a class?:
1. No drinking or eating in the classroom. (Unless absolutely necessary)
2. No cussing or foul language in the classroom (Which also implies being kind to your peers)
3. What the teacher/ School faculty says, goes. No discussion.
4. If you have a question or something to say, raise your hand.
5. You are not to disrupt the flow of the lesson. (e.g yelling in the middle of class, talking to your peers without permission, etc.)
Summarize your previous RP experience's (both in general and on SchoolRP):
As previously mentioned, I've roleplayed a great deal of time on SchoolRP and other platforms! I'd summarize it to be a wonderful experience. I've met plenty of great people and roleplayers, some of which I remain close contact with! Overall, I'd say I'm experienced in Roleplay and many aspects of it.
Describe the ranking system of teachers:

- HD:
Head (of) Department; This rank indicates that whoever holds it has the final word in their division, assuring that the division they lead is in peak-shape and will be run with serenity and diligence.
- QTLS:
Qualified Teacher Learning (and) Skills; These are the teachers who have proven themselves to be efficient in their work, enough to become qualified in what they teach.
- NQT:
Newly Qualified Teacher; This is a newly recruited teacher, which has only recently received their roll. Over time, as long as they persevere in their work, they shall become a QTLS.

Teacher Knowledge

Present to us your knowledge about Teachers in-game and out-of-game, what purpose do teachers serve. What salary do they get? Include a paragraph about the way teachers teach, what they do in their spare time in general.

(I'm not too sure what to format this after, so I'll just answer the questions listed.) Teachers serve the purpose of educating their students to the best of their ability, and should always strive to be as informative and as helpful as possible.
Teachers receive a salary of 250k per 15 classes, and an additional 50k for every 5 extra classes they teach, all within a month.

Why are teachers important to a SchoolRP server?:

This server has a core aspect, being the school in it. Without teachers, there wouldn't be any opportunity to teach any classes, give well-deserving students a proper education, They're fundamental to this school, they're a part of what makes it run so smoothly.

What lesson planning system does the school work on?:

Must have, Should have, Could have.

Character Knowledge

Tell us everything you know about the character you will be playing in a few paragraphs. How does he look like? What makes him unique and different? What is his outlook on Students? What about the other teachers? What is his personality like? What is his plan for the future?

Matthew J. Hamilton is a young male, with dark brown, curly hair. He'd have ocean blue eyes, which radiate an extroverted and vibrant personality. He constantly has a contagious grin on his face, always trying to encourage his students to remain positive. What I believe makes him different is his strong sense of moral compass, standing strongly to what he believes in. He is constantly striving to perform at his best, always determined to deliver. He has a very positive outlook on students, he believes that they all hold unfathomable potential, that each of them is able to leave a large mark in this world, that they are all capable of amazing things. He's an incredibly friendly man, always optimistic when it comes to others. He tries to remain kind and calm at all times, always willing to help someone in need. He plans to remain a teacher for as long as he can and remain diligent in teaching his students.


Scenarios

You find a gang of delinquents in the hallway cursing and swearing, what do you do?:
I would confront the delinquents, notifying them that their actions are not of the school's standards and that a notable punishment, such as detention, will be handed out if they decide to continue being ill-mannered. If they refuse to comply, I will go through with the detention. Should they still misbehave after this, I will inform a superior immediately, so that they can give the students the punishment that my superior deems necessary.

No one in your class is listening to a word you say, what do you do?:
Try to raise my voice and regain their attention, if not try and tap chalk against the blackboard, notifying the students that are not listening to start behaving, or else further action will be taken. Should this continue, they will immediately be kicked out of the class, or taken to detention after school.
When in the teacher's lounge, how does your character act?:
Teachers should act with common sense in mind, which means they should remain a positive and friendly attitude, ensuring that their actions won't have a negative effect on their co-workers.
Provide at least 5 detailed /me's of your character inside a classroom:

Backstory

Large proportions of drug dealers lurking around the corner, gangs ready to start a fight or even murder anyone who dared clash against them, parents unwilling to come to a compromise when it comes to letting their son out after 6 pm;

These were all things that Matthew Josiah Hamilton had to go through when growing up next to an incredibly crime-infested neighborhood in Brooklyn. His parents were undoubtedly strict when it came to his upbringing, never willing to change their school of thought or opinions they believed to be valid. They had decided to raise Matthew and his 6 other brothers competitively, always handsomely rewarding the most submissive child with their love and affection. Through constant bickering and arguing, Matthew was easily perceived as the most unloved of them all. He had taken it upon himself to clash against his parent's views, ensuring an unloved perspective from all of his family members.

After what feels like an eternity of bullying and teasing from his brothers, his father had confronted him, explaining that a numerous amount of loan sharks were hunting him down, looking for their money. He further explained that he needed to get out of the country to Russia, but didn't want to go alone. Matthew Hesitantly agreed, his father hiring a private tutor to teach him, Russian, shortly after.
After a lot of dedicated work, Matthew was fluent in Russian and was finally ready to move with his father.

As they had finally arrived, Matt had gotten a chance to expand his Russian, as well as meet many new friends there. But only a month into moving there, they had received news that Matt's mother had fallen deathly ill, and as far as they could see, she wasn't getting better anytime soon. Every day, one of the Hamiltons would text their father, telling him how she was doing. It seemed that she was getting worse and worse day by day. Until ultimately, they had received the final word that she tragically had passed away.

Through all of this, Matthew's father had refused to visit his mother, still terrified that he would be a dead man walking there. Fed up with his father, he had decided to leave him stranded in Russia and head back to America, where he had decided to serve in the military instead of going to college. He served a single year, before realizing that he wasn't cut out for war and going to college instead.

Deciding he didn't want to remain in America, where nothing but bad memories existed, he decided to move to Japan. A place he's always admired the culture of. Seeing the requirements of becoming a teacher in Japan, he realized that he had the qualifications to become a teacher.
