What is your motivation for becoming a teacher?:
I wish to join this establishment and workforce because I wish to give students the knowledge, care, and respect the staff gave to me when I went here when I was younger. When it comes to education, I believe that it could be one of the most important parts of a student’s life. As I studied more and more, I realized how much I loved music, and, eventually, how much it impacted my life. In my many studies from high school to college, I also came to the realization that I loved to teach others, often working as a mentor and tutor. Combining my love for music, and my love for teaching, I came to the conclusion that this would be a perfect job for me, not only to fulfill my interests and dreams but to also make me a more experienced person in general.
Do you have any experience in Roleplaying?:
I’ve roleplayed on Srp for a good while now (Rounding 7 days playtime) and I casually roleplay on medieval fantasy roleplays. I am familiar with the mechanics and structure of roleplay, as well as combat RP.
Have you read the Faculty Handbook?: Yes.
What are the classroom logs and why is it important?: Classroom logs are what teachers use to mark what they did while they were teaching. They're important because whenever there would be problems with the way someone taught, you could refer to the classroom logs. Also so that you don't repeat the same lesson over and over again.
You want to start a school field trip; how do you do that?: I would first consult a superior (Principal, HD, etc.) And get authorization from them. Then I would consult at least 3 of my classes about the upcoming event and make sure they're all on the same page as me. I would start the field trip at least 2 weeks in advance so that I could give my classes time to prepare.
As a teacher, what are the strict rules when being in a class?:
1. Do not speak while the teacher is speaking.
2. No food or drink.
3. Do not cause disruptions. (throwing things, getting up, etc.)
4. Respect your superiors.

Teachers in-game are mainly in the school during work hours teaching their respective subjects. The teachers serve the purpose of educating students and preparing them for college. They're able to work with the students and eliminate any problems regarding any misbehavior. They are usually passionate about their work.During spare time/breaks I often witness teachers casually interacting with each other, just as any normal relationship, really.
Why are teachers important to a SchoolRP server?:
Teachers are important to SchoolRP servers because they are the fundamentals of school roleplay. Not only do teachers make roleplay easier, but they make roleplay more interesting, deep, and diverse.
What lesson planning system does the school work on?: Securing the teacher's belongings, class/classroom location changes, lesson planning, preparation periods (mainly period 2 or 3), and trainees.

He is also a very calm person who plans things out carefully. Roderic plans to educate for the remainder of his life.

You find a gang of delinquents in the hallway cursing and swearing, what do you do?: I would first kindly ask them to stop and go to class. If they refuse, I will get other teachers to help me remove the students from the premises and go file a report so that they would get proper punishment.
No one in your class is listening to a word you say, what do you do?: I would raise my voice a little so that they could hear me. If they don't listen still then I would get a superior to help me settle the situation.
When in the teacher's lounge, how does your character act?: Roderic would have normal conversations with the other faculty, discussing normal things. He is an overall chill person who wouldn’t mind chatting and relaxing.

Backstory
