My age has been stuck on 17.

I have a lot of game play time and my age is just not going over 17. I'm unsure if I need to request to age up for this or just wait longer?

What do you mean it occurs randomly? Is there a certain chance for it to be given every x hours? Or something else?

It just occurs randomly. In the past, the rank was given out manually to well-known players that had the role for quite awhile, but now it is just a random occurrence. None of us can explain why it happens.
