I have been banned before, a couple of months ago myself and another person were arguing about a topic, we were told to stop by staff but the argument continued, despite not having any warnings i was banned instantly for 14 days.
Can you ensure that you will often come on:
I can ensure i will be online very often.

I recognise that i can be ICLY fired.
In as much detail as possible, describe the role of your chosen school employee:
A teacher's Job is to participate in the school's development and to ensure that children are developed and perform to the best of their ability. A teacher will have classes during periods, and teach these classes in as efficient a manner as possible. Teachers create lesson plans, they track student progress and will present this information to parents in interviews and report cards. In order to maintain discipline and to insure that students are learning to the best of their ability teachers will create and reinforce classroom rules, work with administration and prepare standardised tests for students to take.
Do you have any past experience in this type of roleplay?:
I have experience in this form of role play on other servers, (I am unsure if i am allowed to mention them here so i will keep it anonymous), however on SRP i do not.
What experience, in general, do you have in roleplay?:
I often have a positive experience in roleplay.
Are you familiar with what your job does? If so, describe it:
As stated in latter sections of my application this job requires me to create lesson plans, track student progress, present this information to parents in interviews and report cards, create and reinforce classroom rules, work with administration and prepare standardised tests for students to take.

During a workshift a student starts cursing at you for being pathetic, how do you react?:
If the student is agitated i try to calm the student down, i will explain that if their behaviour continues i will have to get higher authority in order to remove the student from the class. If the student intends to act this way in order to disrupt the class, i will remain calm and explain to the student that their actions are unneeded in the class, i will restate the class room rules to them and ask them to leave if their behaviour continues.
You are doing a hazardous job requested by the School Principal, how do you react?:
If the job is within my ability i will put all my effort in to making sure the job is succeeded, whether it is breaking up a fight between two students or escorting non school personnel out of the area. If the situation seems to be out of hand and seems to be getting increasingly dangerous i will back off and wait for more school staff to arrive and help with the situation. However if this issue is something i am not able to do with my current knowledge like fixing faulty wires or going somewhere high in order to fix something within the school, i will explain my concerns with the task to the principal or an underling who is qualified in dealing with my concerns.
Another school employee is doing something very dangerous on the job or acting out of order, how do you react?:
If the person is qualified to perform the task and/or is asked by the principal to perform this task i will let them continue their work. If the person is uncomfortable performing a task alone i will either help them or ask another staff member to assist. If the task appears to be too hazardous i will caution them to cease, if this action is not in the best interest of the school i will order them to cease and report their actions to the appropriate authority.

Motivation for Joining YHS: I have seen many students who try really hard to succeed in school, i would like to be offer a helping hand in ensuring these students reach their goals in life.

I should be accepted because I am a very intelligent and conscientious person, I am able to create intellectual properties very quickly and I am always helping freshmen and soft mores find their way around school. I enjoy seeing new pupils enter the school because it means the school is growing. i hope to offer my knowledge and personality to the school's effort to enhance it's teaching capabilities.
