In as much detail as possible, describe the role of your chosen school employee:
A Teaching Assistants role is to be able to help teachers prepare for lessons by preparing resources, or putting out equipment at the start of a lesson. Teaching assistants are not qualified teachers, and so are led and guided by teachers.They also can help the Teachers by giving Assistants to students who may have question about the lesson that is being taught.
Do you have any past experience in this type of roleplay?:As of right now I currently do not have any experience in this type of roleplay. As a result of this I will not let that stop me from learning from experience and from others that know quite a bit about this type of roleplay.
What experience, in general, do you have in roleplay?:This is the first time for me roleplaying but since I have started I have learned quite a bit and have learned from others who have more experience than me.
Are you familiar with what your job does? If so, describe it:The job of a Teaching Assistant is to be able to help Teachers with anything that they need witch may include helping make lessons,making copies of worksheets or even being another source of help for students if the Teacher is not available.
[Situations]
During a workshift a student starts cursing at you for being pathetic, how do you react?:I would remind him that I am still a School employee and have the rights to report him to the Vice Principal.If he continued to curse at me I would give him detention and report him to either the Vice Principal or the Principal.
You are doing a hazadrous job requested by the School Principal, how do you react?:
I would make sure that the job is reasonable and what harm it could cause me or if another student was around what harm it could do to them before doing the job.
Another school employee is doing something very dangerous on the job or acting out of order, how do you react?: I would first make sure if there where any students around if so I would have them move away from the employee.After doing so I would make sure that the employee is ok and see if what he is doing is safe for him If it looked like it was reasonable I would stand back and be there to support the employee if help was needed.If the job looked unsafe I would ask him to stop and if he continued I would resort to reporting him to the Vice Principal or even the Principal.
