New friend command system

I thought that the development team could add a friend system that would kind of go like this:
/addfriend "username"

/removefriend "username"

/friends (shows a list of your friends and if they're online or offline)
RP name (Username): Online/Offline
RP name (Username): Online/Offline
RP name (Username): Online/Offline
RP name (Username): Online/Offline

Username sent you a friend request!
[Accept] [Decline]
(This would show up when some uses the /addfriend to friend you)
