Newspeak's Shop Application

Previous warns/kicks/bans: - [Bypassing] x2 - Permanent (The reason behind this ban was I got banned on one of my accounts while it was offline, and I was playing on my main account before the ban happened, up until the time of occurrence, leading to a ban for bypassing. I was unbanned from this offence shortly after.) [Surpassed Warning Limit] - 24h (There is no reason behind this ban despite the fact that I deserved it.)
Shop wanted: Any open building for the shop possible, whether it be one in the main district or in the general city area near "The Luxe". This could also be Midnight Tokers if it is required to specify a mainstream shop, yet I'd prefer to go for another building. 
Why do you want to own a shop?: I've personally had the interest in owning a shop for quite a while. This particular interest spans all the way back to the point of when I was just a new player to the server. I always was very intrigued by the idea of owning a shop and how they work, with an active thought about what shop I would like to own in the future upon applying for the position. The shop owner profession is really something that I would like to be, just as much as I did back then, so here I am currently applying, and that is my reason for doing so.
What do you plan to do with the shop?: Now, I've had a lot of ideas for a shop, depending on what seems to work out the best in my head. I have thought of possibly creating a tech store, that focuses on the market of technology or electrical devices. As specifically for what it would sell, I was thinking maybe Apple Watches, phones, laptops, headphones, earpods, etc. If this shop would not work out in the right direction, my second choice would to make a multi-purpose restaurant alike a establishment known as "Dave and Busters" this establishment would sell many souvenirs and gifts, that you could either pay for, or earn by playing the games in the establishment. There would be casino-like games that involve gambling, just as well as games suited for a younger age group, like carnival type games. This could be as broad ranging as from a spin the wheel game to a dart game. As for the gambling type games I would really enjoy having a spin the wheel game, a rolling game, a sort of blackjack, as well as maybe virtual poker. There are plenty of ideas that I have been thinking of relating to this, as well as many ways that this shop could attract a wide range of people. On the other side of this establishment there could also be a restaurant type area as well as a bar, like in the real-world location mentioned previously in the application. The food that this place would sell could span from some sort of seafood all the way to fast-food as sustenance. So, with all this mentioned I have decided to create a mix of these ideas and make it into the following shop:The shop will have:
- A small bar, for alcoholic beverages and drinks alike.
- A small dining area for families to go to for simple dining and eating.
- A prize or souvenir counter where prizes and other products will be sold, ranging from electronics to simple plushies or toys.
- Casino-like gambling games as well as other fun games for everyone.
- Overall, this establishment is just going for the friend hangout aesthetic.
I know that this shop seems like it would be complicated, but I'm willing to stretch or make changes to this plan to be more comfortable for everyone.
This shop is intended to be fun for all age groups, whether you're an adult, kid, or teenager! Note: There will be uniforms in the future!

Info: These are done for prizes of 'tokens' based on how well you perform in each game. Essentially, I have set up a system with games involving rolls to hopefully make it work out.
How will your shop be unique?: I do believe that there are many similarities between my planned shop and many other shops such as the casino aspect of "The Luxe" as well as a typical bar, and eatery. Yet I still believe that this leaves room for the unique aspects of the shop such as the prize counter, and token system, the games, the electronics, and the fact that all of these aspects are mixed together to create one store. I don't believe a shop based off of this idea has been created yet and I am excited to get to work on it. 
How many employees are you planning to have?: I would expect to have a decent amount of employees working at the shop, most likely around 20, this is because there will need to be a lot of work put into this establishment. However, it is likely that I will make some changes to the plan for the shop, making it require less employees at the target goal of around 10. The specific positions I am planning to have are:
CEO/Owner - The leader of the shop, the creator/owner. (Limit: 1)
Head Manager - The second in command of the shop that helps manage and own the shop alike the CEO. (Limit: 1)
Manager - The third in command to the store, they assist the other two positions in their management jobs. (Limit: 2)
Security Guard - A guard for the establishment that keeps the place safely protected and assures that no crime is committed within the shop grounds. (Limit: 5)
Cashier/Bartender - This position will collect the money and make over-the-counter transactions with the customers. (Limit: 5)
Waiter/Waitress - These employees will constantly wander the shop, keeping an eye out for everything as well as take orders from the tables and deliver their money to the cashier. (Limit: 7)

Information on my Character : Age: 25 years of age.
Appearance: He'd be a taller male standing around 6'1" weighing in at 185lbs. As for his build, he'd have a fairly muscular 'mesomorph' build that was also quite toned. His ocean blue eyes would heavily complement his wavy blonde hair, and he'd carry the subtle scent of a luxury cologne. As for his clothing style, he'd often wear a nice suit on the job, as well as other types of formal wear. However, off the job he wore luxury, more elaborate designer outfits that he often switched out. This combination of clothing would display a wealthy person's clothing style.
Personality: Matteo is a hard-worker, often always interested in what lies ahead and how much progress he can make. On the job, he is very determined and organized, yet attempts to be nicer to his employees despite his higher level of stress. Often times he has mood changes, as well as other mental health issues such as ADHD. He does not let this get in the way of his work however. His personality changes from a confident, well-planned male, to a sad, undetermined, and hopeless one at times. Matteo enjoys spending time with friends and family, as well as taking vacations, hunting, and other sports as a past-time.

Other Notes: As said I plan to make several adjustments to this shop plan, such as removing some of the aspects of the shop, or possibly replacing them. I would also like to say thank you for reading my application and I appreciate it. I greatly hope you consider accepting my application as I am very committed to this position and am very excited for it. Also, despite my past in GangRP, I will most likely have my Shop-Owner account on an account that I do not participate in GangRP. In general, I have mostly halted my activity in gangrp, and mostly just help manage the G.H.O.S.T gang and help people out there/moderate it and assist host things. But, there will be occasions where I do participate in these acts, just it is quite rare.
