I have been pretty active on this server and on the forum. I usually play for about three hours on the weekdays, but on weekends I usually play for about five hours.

Trivia

What is your motivation for becoming a teacher?:

I see many teachers online and not much happens, and when things do happen, it's not the best. I want students to be able to learn useful things in the class they go to but also enjoy it. This would make the class system more intriguing to students, hopefully increasing the number of players to be interested in attending. I would love to be able teach students and help them enjoy their time on the server. I also enjoy the server and becoming a teacher will probably boost that enjoyment.
Do you have any experience in Roleplaying?:
I've had past experience in all types of role-plays, especially this type of roleplay. I was already a Teacher and a Secretary on this server and I have lots of experiences as these roles but I feel like I should try out teaching again and now I feel like I should become a teacher on this server again. I've seen many teachers at work and I think I’m up for the test. I understand how it works. I have tried role playing for about a year now and I enjoy it here and there. I’ve played on a lot of roleplay games and servers and I’ve been part of a few roleplays before such as city roleplay and school roleplay.

What are the classroom logs and why is it important?:
The classroom logs are for Teachers to log when they are teaching and what they taught the students that period. They are important for staff so they can see if a teacher has been in-active for too long. If there is an issue with a teacher then they are able to sort it out so the students have as little inconvenience as possible. Generally a teacher will log what they taught the students and proof of the period. The logs also keep track of how many classes a teacher has taught, which helps staff with the pay for the teachers. They are important to keep the School running properly for the best role-play experience for everyone.
You want to start a school field trip; how do you do that?:
I would have a meeting with the Principal regarding where I want to take the students and how it benefit their learning. If the Principal accepts the trip plan, I would have permission slips set up for all the students, letting them know all the information and if they want to go. I will ask the Principal to set up transportation. I will also make sure I have chaperones to help me take care of the students on the trip.
As a teacher, what are the strict rules when being in a class?:
1. Make sure you come to my class fully prepared and ready to learn.
2. Always bring your supplies to class.
3. Treat others how you want to be treated, respect all your peers.
4. Food and Drinks are not permitted in my classroom.
5. All electronics are not allowed to be used in my classroom.
6. No swearing will be tolerated in my class.
7. Don't interrupt others when they're speaking.
8. Violence is not tolerated in my classroom.

Summarize your previous RP experience's (both in general and on SchoolRP):
I have already experienced being a Teacher, so I know how it is. I have been playing on this server for a while and I have a lot any experience in teaching. Also, I have played many school roleplay servers. I have experience in taking initiative when dealing with student breaking rules and disrupting role playing.
Describe the ranking system of teachers:
- HD: You plan all the lessons for that department and train the new incoming teachers. HD is the highest teaching rank.
- QTLS: You are a real teacher and can have class when you like in a school day, but you must discuss and organize with the other teachers.
- NQT: You have the skills to run a classroom, but still need permission from the HD. You also need to get the lesson plans from the HD.


Teacher Knowledge

Present to us your knowledge about Teachers in-game and out-of-game, what purpose do teachers serve. What salary do they get? Include a paragraph about the way teachers teach, what they do in their spare time in general.

A teacher educates his/her students by implementing information based off the grade level and subject that they are attending. Teachers are suppose to make their students enjoy their time at school and prepare them for the future. A teachers monthly salary can consist of 200,000 - 260,000 yen in Japan. The teachers job doesn't end at the end of school, they have to grade papers and other assignments. They have to make sure they have a lesson plan for the next class they perform. In their spare time is depending on what kind of teacher they are. They are no different from other people. They can go shopping, read, have fun with their friends, chill out and much more. Teachers can do whatever they want.
Why are teachers important to a SchoolRP server?:
The teachers are important because the server is based around school and you can't have a school without teachers. Without them, their would be no purpose for the school. They give out guidance to students and set them on to the correct pass of success. Teachers teach the students so they get prepared for the world.
What lesson planning system does the school work on?:
The lesson planning system the school works on is MoSCo. (Must have, Should Have, Could Have)

Andrew was born in the Peru with a rich family. Andrew's last name is Moreno. He has light blondish, well-brushed short hair, but loves changing it up once in a while. He has dark brown eyes and smooth silky tan skin, but sometimes uses contacts to change it up once in a while. Andrew is 5'10" and weights 160 lbs. He is 27 years old, but looks like he's 21. He has a tattoo on his right arm, but usually doesn't show it off. He is able to speak English, Spanish and Japanese. He is able to speak incredibly quickly. He has a modern type of style and typically wears sneakers or dressing shoes, sunglasses, a suit or something casual and when he's cold he'll usually wear a sweater. Andrew is a kind, helpful and caring man. He is unbothered and tries to stay as positive as he can. He likes to communicate with others. He feels that people should be loving to each others and the power of communication helps the loving aspect. He likes to be relaxed and not disturbed. He likes to hang out at the beach due to how relaxing the beach is. He plans on traveling the world in the future. He enjoys kids and plans on having a lot in the future. His love for kids boosted his love for teaching. He wants students to have a future in life and just enjoy life. He thinks that the other teachers are very nice and very entertaining. He would love to be friend with them.

Scenarios

You find a gang of delinquents in the hallway cursing and swearing, what do you do?:

I will warn them to stop cursing and swearing. If they continue, I will warn them once more and if they ignore me I'll give them detention and report it to the principal.
No one in your class is listening to a word you say, what do you do?:
I would slam my hand on the desk to get my class' attention and yell "If you keep talking, I will hand you all a quiz!" and if they continue, I'll give the ones that are talking the quiz and the ones paying attention will enjoy the class.
When in the teacher's lounge, how does your character act?:
Andrew would be relaxed, talking to all the teachers in the teacher lounge, drinking his coffee. If he ever says he is busy, he's probably grading papers, looking through documents or making assignments his students. When he isn't busy, he'll probably be on his phone or just communicating with the teachers.

Backstory:
Andrew was born in Lima, Peru. He had a simple life. He had high-class parents that worked there hardest to take care of him and his siblings. He had 3 siblings, two girls and one boy. He was the second oldest. He always tried to stay positive in life, always thought that was the way to a good life. His parents soon divorced and his mom, Marissa was scared about what would happen in the future. She decided that Andrew, his siblings and her should move to America, hoping for a better life. We ended up staying with Marissa's brother for a while. It was a small house and not much space. It wasn't something we were used to. Andrew started going to school. He was in middle school and he didn't know much English. He was different from all the kids there. Andrew struggled in class due to not knowing any English, until he met the technology teacher. The technology teacher, Mr. Garcia was able to speak Spanish fluently. He knew that Andrew wasn't able to speak English and couldn't understand what was being taught. He came up to Andrew and offered to join the ESL class. He also offered to help me during my classes and Andrew accepted the offer. He helped Andrew immediately. Mr. Garcia helped him everyday, whenever he needed it. He would help Andrew with his English, Math and even getting friends. Andrew felt comfortable with Mr. Garcia and he was inspired to become a teacher just like him. Andrew had always had a love for kids. He always enjoyed taking care of his siblings. Andrew started getting good grades, getting some new friends, and it boosted his confidence. Andrew ended up becoming one of the smartest students in high school. He ended up having the highest grade in Technology. Andrew graduated from high school and started college. He learned how to become a teacher and got even better at technology. He also had an enjoyment in Designs. Andrew soon graduated from college and moved to Japan to start his teaching career. He took Japanese classes. He ended learning Japanese just to teach at a school. He started looking up schools, searching for a school to start at. He was very intrigued to Taketatsu Highschool. He went to take a look at the school and he loved everything about it. Andrew plans to start his teaching career at Taketatsu Highschool, hoping he can help all students, just like Mr. Garcia helped him.
