Trivia

What is your motivation for becoming a teacher?: I want to become a teacher because I want to give the students in SchoolRP a fun time and motivating them to actually go to classes.

Do you have any experience in Roleplaying?: Yes I have a lot of experience with roleplaying. I've gained experience from playing on this server for a long time and other servers.

Have you read the Faculty Handbook?: Yes.

What are the classroom logs and why is it important?: The classroom logs are where you write down what you have done in your classes etc.. It is important because it shows your activity and it's easier for the faction leader to fire some people due to inactivity.

You want to start a school field trip; how do you do that?: I would send a formal letter to the principal/vice principal in good time before the date I want to have the field trip. In the letter I would explain why we should go on the field trip and what we are going to do on the field trip. If the field trip gets accepted I would hand out letters to the students where they parents would have to sign if they are allowed to come with us on the field trip.

As a teacher, what are the strict rules when being in a class?:
1.) No food or drinks in the class.
2.) No violence.
3.) No speaking without raising a hand.
4.) Respect all peers, and teachers.
5.) No misbehavior.
6.) Do your work.
7.) No foul language!

Summarize your previous RP experience's (both in general and on SchoolRP):
I love roleplaying. Roleplaying gives you the chance to create your own personality and do what you would like to do, nearly no barriers. I've gained my experience from roleplaying long ago just with some friends on a private minecraft server, then moving on into other servers before finding SchoolRP. You can say that I've been in the game for a long time.
Describe the ranking system of teachers:

- HD: It is unlikely you will ever reach this stage if there is already a HD of that department in place, however, they can offer you to be Co-HD. But if you have became a HD, lucky you. You must plan what lessons will be taught amongst your department, including lesson plans.

- QTLS: You are finally in the norm for teachers, you now have permission to start a class whenever you want (inside school) but discuss and organize when it will be with other teachers. You should not make as many errors or mistakes now. You are allowed to let Trainees in to watch your classes, but you do not have the skills to trainee them yet.

- NQT: Congratulations, you have been promoted to the NQT. You are now a more advanced teacher and you have the correct qualifications to start a lesson, but before starting a lesson you must still check with your HD and in the roleplay documents check for what you must be teaching. If there are no lesson plans yet, tell the teachers. You do not have to follow the lesson plans by the book, but you must cover some of the key parts mentioned in there. As an NQT you should still be guided by higher peers, and you are allowed to make errors. You are not allowed to take Trainees in to watch you

Teacher Knowledge

Present to us your knowledge about Teachers in-game and out-of-game, what purpose do teachers serve. What salary do they get? Include a paragraph about the way teachers teach, what they do in their spare time in general.
Teachers in-game serve the same purpose of teachers out-of-game, to educate the community. The server wouldn't have meaning without teachers, because it's a SchoolRP. The normal Salary for a teacher is between 200,000 and 600,000 Yen monthly.
In their spare time teachers plan their classes for the next day and set dates for when they think their classes are ready for a test, they also grade tests and live normal lives!

Why are teachers important to a SchoolRP server?: To let the students have someone to look up to, set an example. They are guding these students to a bright future, atleast trying to, and without teachers there wouldn't be much meaning to why it is named SchoolRP as I stated earlier.

What lesson planning system does the school work on?: It works on MoSCo: Must have, Should have, Would have.

Character Knowledge

Tell us everything you know about the character you will be playing in a few paragraphs. How does he look like? What makes him unique and different? What is his outlook on Students? What about the other teachers? What is his personality like? What is his plan for the future?
Shiwoo Park Myeong, a South-Korean male, standing at 5'1 feet with beautiful blue eyes and fluffy pink dyed hair. He is one of those energic people that seem to never lose energy. He is mentally strong but really emotional too. He would often be sarcastic and childish, but not at work of course. His voice is mid toned and soft, some would say it's music to ones airs. He likes to dress in clothes that has a lot of color, he feels bored being dressed in only one color at once.

He loves being a teacher, that's why he went to college for an education to become a teacher. Everything about the social experience you gain, the nice people you meet, the co-workers, he just loves everything. He likes to have control over a group of people, and help them in the right direction. He has big and bright plans for the future. He plans on raising a lot of money to open schools in countries/cities that can't afford to.

Scenarios

You find a gang of delinquents in the hallway cursing and swearing, what do you do?:
I'd confront them and tell them that foul language is prohibited at Taketatsu Highschool, and will not be tolerated by you gang of delinquents, if I catch you using that type of language again I will report you to the principle.
No one in your class is listening to a word you say, what do you do?:
I announce to the class, that there will be a test on Friday so listen up to your directions, and follow instructions as to what I give you, If nobody then listens I will give a test as of that day, to show where everybody is at in the class, and if they need extra help.
When in the teacher's lounge, how does your character act?:
He walks around and talks with everyone, because he is a really social person, he'd maybe grab something to drink or some food.
Provide at least 5 detailed /me's of your character inside a classroom:

/me He'd walk around in the class room seeing if everyone does their job
/me He'd sit by his desk grading some tests, looking up at the students ones every fifth minute to see if anyone are raising their hand
/me He'd write on the black board what they will learn today
/me He'd drink some of his coffee as loud as he can to see if the students will be disturbed
/me He'd tap his finger on the desk waiting for any of the students to raise their hand

Backstory

Shiwoo Park Myeong became a teacher because all his friends said he was fitting for the job, he moved away from Karakura to Kyoto to finish his teacher studies. He focused only on his dream, he wanted to give students a great experience with school, unlike what he had. While at high school Shiwoo wasn't treated very well by the teachers, rather left out by them, they would alway point fingers at him, tell him isn't good enough for their classes, all that just because he had a great fantasy and other ideas of how school could be better. He tried contacting the principal about this issue but he never had time to help him and told him to "listen to what the teachers are saying". This triggered him, he stopeed going to school because of his anger. Thats why he moved to Kyoto. In Kyoto he got in to a fairly expensive college with the highest qualified Professors. While there he learned that he could be a part of the change, turn it around and change the way of how most teachers think. He struggled a long time in college, he just couldn't do it, untill his Professor, Dairoku Yamamoto, gave him the motivation and taught him how to cope with his struggles. After this he realised, he could do anything. He started studying harder than ever, forgetting about his friends, he just stayed inside studying. This helped him to graduate from college being top of his class. After the graduation Shiwoo got a job at a local high school in Kyoto as a drama teacher. One day he talked with his Professor, Dairoku, about this school in Karakura that Shiwoo used to study at, Dairoku told him there was an available job as a drama teacher there. Shiwoo went straight home writing an application and hoping for the best. He still has contact with Dairoku to this day.
