What is your motivation for applying?:
As you know, lawyer jobs were removed from this server, and that was a great job and opportunity I had to play this game. Currently, I am an Adult and I feel that as a player of this server, I must have a role in the community. In real life, I am trying to become a nurse as I have a passion on assisting others in medical needs. I also know people who are nurses so not only would I be able to do my job well, but I also would be motivated to enjoy and go through my job passionately.
What do you know about medical practice?:
In real life, I took a class to learn the Heimlich Maneuver and CPR as I got my babysitting license. I also have taken many classes of health and am currently taking biology. I am aware how the body works and what it needs to be able to process through its whole day. I know most terms and ways to prevent a death or injury and I do not feel that I need to go into full detail about all of them, but I understand about blood loss, different between broken bones and fractures, etc. If there is anything that I am unaware of currently, then I am able to learn from a higher class.
What are the basic color codes in a medical emergency and hospital?:
Code Green means an emergency has been activated
Code blue means a medical emergency that happens
Code Yellow means a disaster in a hospital
Code Brown means severe weather or a natural disaster
Code orange means an exposure to a hazardous spill.
Code black means a bomb threat.
Code grey means a person in combat. ( a person who is fighting like abusive parents but not with a weapon)
Code silver means an active shooter or hostile with a weapon.
Code clear means the emergency is over.
Code pink means child/infant abduction or emergency.
Code red means a fire.
Code white means an evacuation.
Do you acknowledge that if you are inactive you will be demoted?:
Yes, I fully understand and agree with the fact if I am inactive from the server I WILL be demoted from my nurse rank, and to prevent I shall stay active on the server with the rank and will continue to do my job successfully.

How is your character during and off the job?
Ryan Yamazaki, my character, on the job is very hard working is will not be distracted at all. If he is working then he will be sure to not stop until he has completed his job successfully or unfortunately a failure. He will be sure to work very professionally and to work great with coworkers. While on the job, he will still maintain a positive attitude to make sure that the patient is well not only physically but also mentally. Off the job, Ryan is a very funny guy to hang out with and is also able to quickly change moods and objectives. If needed, Ryan can swiftly respond to a surprise call in for work but is usually socializing with friends from work or just friends in general.
What do they look like?
Ryan is a 6'1 tall young Spanish male who has red/orange hair with sharp blue eyes. In his informal attire he usually wears black and white checkered shoes, black paints with flames on sides, and a black sweatshirt. Many of the times, he also wears a Russian Ushanka because he is embarrassed of his hair color.
Do they have any mental or physical illnesses?
Ryan does have a slight case of PTSD whenever he comes in counter of alcohol but not so much that he has a stroke or seizure just a possible gasp.
What makes your character unique?
Ryan is unique because he has traveled all over the world and is able to speak many languages. If a visitor comes by that is only able to speak Spanish than Ryan could translate what is wrong, what he needs, etc. Ryan has also been in his own dangerous moments, so he knows how to remove those risks and hopefully become safe again. Ryan has seen many gangs before so he knows the type of violence that happens in Karakura so he knows the worst to prepare for.
