On the server, I have friends that I role-play with but I kinda keep quiet to myself because I am shy but once I come out of my comfort zone I think I would do well in chatting with people but I don't really talk as much but that will all change tomorrow. On the forums I mostly try applying for things but sometimes they get denied so I try learning from my mistakes and trying again.

What is your motivation for becoming a teacher?:
My motivation are my teachers in real life, because in 5th grade I had an amazing teacher. She would always help me in math, help me in writing. She always says that I write good stories and that one she think that I will because a book writer or something, she was the best teacher I had in my life. She was better than all my other teachers, we would have movie days where we would watch and vote for a movie to watch. We would always have publishing parties like when we were always done writing narratives, memoirs and more, we would always have a party with cookies, crackers and a movie.
Do you have any experience in Roleplaying?:
This is my first time on a role-play server, being a teacher is my dream and if I don't get to be a teacher when I grow up, I would like to become a teacher in the server.

Yes, Ive taken time to read through this and understand properly everything that is stated in it.
What are the classroom logs and why is it important?:
From what I think, teacher logs keep track of what Teachers are being online and which ones aren't. The Teacher logs keep track of how many lessons a teacher does and what they were teaching. They're important because if a Teacher is in-active then they can be fired and re-placed so the students will have the best experience on the server.
You want to start a school field trip; how do you do that?:
I write a letter to the Principal regarding who I am, where I want to take the students, and why it is beneficial to their learning. He will rather accept or deny it and I will be notified on what I am able to do next depending on the response.
As a teacher, what are the strict rules when being in a class?:
-No talking in the class unless you've been asked too
-Be respectful
-No racism or discrimination
-No food or drinks in the class, they are only for break time and lunch ONLY
-No phones in the class
-Fighting will result with serious consequences
-No swearing or yelling

I've had lots of experience working in rp, gangrp, and helping others in the rp.
Describe the ranking system of teachers:
- HD: They are the Head department, they are incontrol of making the curriculm as well as being responsible for the NQT's. Usually the HD's are old but not that old.
- QTLS: QTLS are experienced in the teaching field, they are properly qualified teachers.
- NQT: NQT are newly qualified teachers who are usually new to teaching. They are the lowest of them all and have to follow orders strictly. They usually do the least amount of teaching compared to everyone else

Present to us your knowledge about Teachers in-game and out-of-game, what purpose do teachers serve. What salary do they get? Include a paragraph about the way teachers teach, what they do in their spare time in general.
IN character teachers teaches whatever they do. They help the students with there work too. If you are being rude to a teacher they are going to be rude to the students, but I think thats bad. How I would react I would stay calm and tell them to please sit down or you will be sent out of the class room. Teachers teach students important things like about japan, the students might not know anything about japan so its good for history teachers to teach them about their country. As for Salary a teacher gets paid 5k per every five classes. meaning, if you want to make money as a teacher you need to teach more. This in-courages teachers to be active on server instead of not being demoted.

Teachers are important on the server because it helps people learn about japan and it helps you graduate and go to college.

My character christian is a great kid, he doesn't drink, smoke and or do drugs. What makes him unique is that he is always happy...He doesn't really know why, nothing bad has ever happened in his life. He thinks that being a teacher is good because since he wants to be a p.e. teacher, he can also teach his other language which is filipino but he knows that is not allowed so he teach after school or when people are on breaks. His personality is bright, cool and chill. He likes games like hide n seek and tag but those are like child games, Chris can be mature and immature but he doesn't care what think about him.

You find a gang of delinquents in the hallway cursing and swearing, what do you do?:
I would call the police if there are weapons included, if there was no weapons I would try to calm everyone down. If they are not listening then I would still call the police to get them out of the school or to stop fighting.
No one in your class is listening to a word you say, what do you do?:
I would say " If you aren't listening to what I'm saying, you will be sent to the principle office for being rude and not listening."
When in the teacher's lounge, how does your character act?:
Your character should act like himself, playful and all, but when is teaching he must act mature around the students and be serious. I think that the teachers would love him for being him and would incourage the other teachers to be themselves too.

Backstory
Chris always wanted to become a teacher, but he was stuck working at his fathers cafe. He would always beg is father to let him be a teacher because it was his dream. After begging and begging he finally was allowed to leave his fathers cafe and become a teachers. He went to every website to see how to become a teacher, he did some research and found a website. He has now know how to become a teacher. He applied to the Kakura Highschool, he hasn't heard back yet. He is still waiting for someone to accept or deny it, if its denied he will try re-applying again and make his application better. He has been working with his fathers business until he finds out if he got accepted or not. His father has passed away from a heart attack, that leaves Chris to run the cafe by himself...He has working for a few years at the cafe and has made a lot of money. He is glad that he has a lot of money but would always give to the homeless. He has ran out of money and has re-applied for a teacher. Chris has applied for a security guard somewhere and got accepted, he quit after a few months because it wasn't his dream...His dream was to become a teacher, He has been waiting for his application to be accepted or denied. Chris has been staying home for a while doing nothing but waiting. He has been researching about how long it takes for an app to be accepted but every site says to just be patient so he did. Being patient has been boring to Chris but he still waited. Chris is a champ and he never gives up on anything, his father use to tell him to never stop trying. He followed that for a long time. At this point he has ready to stop trying...but guess what! He never stopped trying. Even if it took weeks or months, he waited.
