What is your motivation for becoming a teacher?:
Well, I'd like to be a teacher because it's really important to point in SchoolRP, as I really would like to be a teacher teaching others, and I know my turn good becoming a teacher, as my dad works a College-Professor in real life teaches physics, and I like making activity and seeing who did understand, I really would like to be a teacher in RP to see how this turn is going to look, and that can improve my history studying IRL too, and I guess I'm going to be good at this turn, and hopefully I am for real like it's cool job and I feel I can do it, and I'll be hardworking on it.

Yes I do, as I have no FailRping warns, I'm good and I know how to play the teacher turn, teaching and then asking questions, and maybe making activity, I'm experienced and you can trust me in this role

What are the classroom logs and why is it important?:
I won't say that I know a lot but Classroom logs are where you would put the class that you have done. You must provide evidence of doing the class, as well as what you have done. When you are completed with a class for a period, you then log it and it goes to your paycheck.
You want to start a school field trip
how do you do that?:
To start a field trip, you would first have to make an application and send it to either the principal or a higher up. Once it is approved or viewed, you can either bring it into announcements when near done. Informing the students on the done so, you'll then proceed to announce it and do the field trip.

Well, I used to role-play in many servers as Hypixel which was my favorite role-play server
I was playing always roleplays in Hypxiel housing and I built there A SchoolRP but I destroyed it already to make another role-play, and I started role-playing at something like 2011 or 2012 when I was 7 years old or maybe 8, and I'm now 14 and for now playing Roleplays, and when I was role-playing with a girl and she dmed me at discord, I know a SchoolRp server do you want to get on? for sure I said yes, and now SchoolRp took a big turn of me, and for now, I'm playing this server daily, it's like a part of my life, and I used to roleplay in many servers and I was good, nobody complained at my role-playing

Well, my char is respectful, but as he is grade 12 now and 18 years old, when he like swear at a teacher without knowing it's teacher if he knew he is teacher he starts saying sorry and pleasing them scared, my char respects the teacher, as he likes some teachers, and he never was rude to them if he knew that this is a teacher, he sometimes thinks it's just random adult, maybe wants to get his son from school, how can ya know.
And out of game, I really respect teachers, as I said my dad is College Professor, and who would ever be disrespectful and his dad is College Professor, teacher for me is my future, as I'm always respecting them and their rules, never was rude to them or cheated in any answer or, and I'm always quiet and focusing with the lessons they give, they never complained at me, as I'm the best one in my class, and the best to teachers (Nerd) lol.
and about the salary thing, obviously in-game for every 5 classes you give
you get for it 50K Yen and each month you get 250K Yen, but in real life, my dad as College professor gets 7200 SAR, and that's the answer for out of game salary thing, I think out of game they get from 4K to 12K SAR ( 1 USD = 3.75 SAR) that means maybe the 7200 SAR is 1920 USD.
and the purpose of the teachers serve is, well they build the future, as they teach us as students, and we study to get job, and to get true life, without teachers the people weren't going to be good enough for jobs, and everyone was going to be stupid, example Architectural Engineering, how was he going to do his job without math??
and teachers spare time in general, they sit at the chair of their place, and drinks tea, or correct some papers, or being ready for the next class, he can make some jokes and sometimes I see my teachers talking together, or viewing something in the phone, and relax.
Why are teachers important to a SchoolRP server?:
Because it's a SchoolRp it's about school roleplaying, and teachers are an important part of the school
it's a really big part of the school, school is where you go to learn and study, and the teacher is the part
that teaches students, and from the name Schoolrp you can know it's about teachers and students

at 4/24/1991 Charles had got born, and he has grown as a good student when the teachers teach them, he feels that it's cool thing to teach, and when he got 12 years old, he was planning to be a teacher in future and the historical period was his best period, he was really good at it, and he liked to learn about the old things, and he was grown as a good student still and clever one, he was always holding tokens in his hands, when he became 18 years old, some students were calling him nerd every day which made him feel like he gotta work hard to show them what is it to be clever, and while working hard and always teaching about the history, as he learned more than 87 history stories, and he was always talking to his gf about it, he liked to talk about the things he learn, when he grown and became 20 years old, he had got many books about history things, as the history thing became a big part of his life, and he has grown at this thing, getting always books about history, and thinking about if they'd accept him as a history teacher he was scared if he got denied after this teaching, so he thought a little bit to learn about some pharmacy things, so if they denied him, he still can apply as a doctor with some more studying, as when he got 24 years old when he got the PhD and Master Degree and Doctoral degree, and he already studied many things about being doctor, and about history things, as he went to somewhere to submit himself becoming a teacher when he was 26 years old, and he was really clever guy and was with his friendly professional way and ready to everything, and his submit is still pending, and he got a positive energy tells him that he will get the job.
