On the Server I try to play as often as I can. Obviously it can be a challenge sometimes due to personal issues and school but whenever I have free time I try to play. On the server I can be on from 1-3 hours daily. On the Forums I try to stay updated with everything that is happening on the server. I also check the discord server everyday for announcements on the Server. I regularly check the Forums (Discord & the website) to stay updated with everything.

What is your motivation for becoming a teacher?:
I'd like to have the opportunity to be a teacher on the server because it makes me able to help people have a great time roleplaying on the server. To me, being a teacher is a big way to influence a lot of role-players in a good way. I love to role-play with people. I also find kids adorable to be around and my character finds this as a great opportunity in her life. I'd appreciate to be able to be a teacher and I would try my hardest to be the best teacher I can be on the server. Being a teacher on the Server can make you be able to role-play with people and influence how their character acts; I would defiantly try to be the best role model I could be. It would be amazing if I had the opportunity to be a Teacher and help influence kids to be the best they can ever be.

Yes, I have role-played on many servers before and have lots of experience on how to role-play. I've read all the rules and guidelines for how to role-play on this server and I try my best to do them all.
Have you read the Faculty Handbook?:
Yes, I took time to read through the book carefully and to understand everything that I need to do as a teacher. I plan to re-read occasionally as a teacher to be sure I don't forget anything.
What are the Classroom logs and why are they important?:
Classroom logs are to keep track of who is attending the classes and how often the teachers are being active. They are important because if a teacher is being in-active then they can easily find out. They are also important because then teachers are able to see which students are and aren't attending school regularly.
You want to start a school field trip; how do you do that?:
I would send a requesting application to the principal a fortnight before the trip on where I want to take the students and why it is beneficial to their learning. The trip would have to be based around learning discussions.
As a teacher, what are the strict rules when being in class?:
1. Students are not to be excused from class unless it is an emergency. To give permission for a student to leave the classroom the teacher must write a written letter to the student that has the teacher name, date, time, and signature of the teacher on it.
2. If a student is late to class then they may not enter because they are disturbing the learning environments. The student will get punished by a 10 minute detention if they are late without a note from their parents with the reason on why they were late.
3. If a student has medication and pills then they will be sent to the school nurse to help the student. Teachers are strictly not to give prescribed medicine to the students.
4. Students are not to have any food or drinks in the Classroom. They will make a mess in the Classroom and they are for lunch and break time early.
5. All Students shall respect their peers and the teacher. They will not be able to be racist or discriminate anyone.
6. No swearing in the Classroom. Swearing is strictly for outside of the School and not to be used in the Classrooms.
7. No phones in the Classroom, they are a distraction to the learning environment and if students are caught using a phone more than twice it will be confiscated until the end of the day.
8. Any physical/verbal fighting will end with serious consequences. I will try my hardest to not allow students to get bullied.
9. All Students in my class are expected to bring the right equipment and attitude to class. If they don't have the correct equipment then they may have a consequence.
10. I will give out 3 warnings to students before giving them detentions. If their behaviour gets out of hand then they will be asked to go to the principals office.

My role-playing experiences are with everyone my character comes in contact with. This may be while serving people at the check-out or just making friends. My character has had a big back ground with her family. My role-playing experiences are being in class, fights, helping the community, and learning.

-QTLS: Qualified Teacher Learning & Skills. They are teachers that are confident with teaching and are able to teach well.

Teachers play a large role in students lives, they help develop their knowledge about a subject and can potentially determine their futures. Most Teacher specialise in one subject each (or two depending on the teacher). The teacher normally teachers their class each day and notify the principal when they need to be away for a certain amount of time (1 day). The subjects teachers specialise in are English, Math, Science, Geography, History, Humanities, Cultural Studies, Social Studies, PS(H)E, I(C)T, Drama, Art, Physical Education (P.E), Religious Education (R.E), Music, D&T, Media Studies, Construction, and more (Those are just the main ones). Teachers in Japan get paid between 200,000 and 600,000 Yen per month (in real life), however the salary can depend on what the teacher is teaching/ how often they work/ where they teach. A teacher should teach by the rules of the school and being fair and respectful to everyone. All Teachers should come prepared to their classes and in their spare time they should prepare for next classes and help more students.
Why are Teachers important to a SchoolRP Server?:
Without Teachers it wouldn't be a very good School Role-playing Server. With the teachers it makes the Server more interesting for people to play role-playing through high school. Teachers can develop the students into being the best people they can be. Teachers are important to the Server to provide a proper role-playing experience that can be realistic and fun. The teachers are supposed to be interesting and help the students learn.

My characters name is Heidi James. She stands 5'4, has long brunette hair and tanned olive skin. Heidi has heterochromia eyes (different coloured eyes) and she wears green contacts to cover them. She's unique because she has DID Disorder (Split/Multiple Personalities) that only affect her when she is trigged by certain things (random changes don't happen very often without a proper reason). Heidi believes that all children should have the proper and correct education they need to be able to succeed in life and be the best they can ever be; so she is determined to be a great teacher to them. She'd love to help them with their fitness health and how to take proper care of themselves. Heidi would be very respectful to the teachers and try not to cause any fights with them. She'd try her hardest to obey all the rules and be the best teacher she can ever be. Her main personality is very innocent, smart, and curious. When she puts her mind to something then she can achieve it. She's generally a very happy person who would help anyone she possibly can, no matter who they are. Her plan for the future is to help as many people as she can and possibly have kids one day. She wants to be a successful adult and help anyone become successful as well.

You find a gang of delinquents in the hallway cursing and swearing, what do you do?:
I would give them 1 warning. If they continue to curse & swear then I will give them a detention. After the detention I would inform the Principal of the students because such behaviour is not acceptable in the School.
No one in your class listens to a word you say, what do you do?:
I would call out for the Students attention. If they continue to ignore me then I would threaten to give them detentions or do extra work (homework or running laps). If they still continue to ignore me then I would blow a whistle or not continue class until they behave (not letting them out until they finish all their work).
When in the Teacher Lounge, how does your character act?:
When in the Teacher Lounge my character acts respectful to all the other Teachers. My character would most likely be preparing for another class or having a break. My character wouldn't cause any fights or be rude to any of the other teachers. She would be social when having a break but she'd behave very maturely on school grounds.

/me She'd hand around the homework to the students, making sure they weren't throwing it away
/me She'd start racing around the track, demonstrating to the students on what to do

BACKSTORY
Heidi was adopted from a young age into the James’ family. Her Mother was involved in a car accident when she was 5 and died. Her Father was into drugs and alcohol and disappeared from the family when she was 6. Her older brother ran away in his late teens so Heidi was left with her older sister Nadia. She grew up with Nadia until she went to jail when she was 18. She struggled with money for a long time in her life and had to work long hours at her work just to get food for herself. Heidi had DID Disorder which didn’t help with a lot of things for a long time until she learnt on how to prevent it happening as much. From a young age, she always tried hard in school because she wanted everyone to know that she was capable of being a great person. She learnt many things and always tried in school. Heidi always acted happy around everyone else because she believed that no one should ever be through what she was. She strongly believed that everyone should be given the opportunity to be the best person they can ever be, so she tried hard in School & College. She decided in high school that she wanted to grow up and be a Teacher so that she was able to influence kids’ lives and hopefully help them develop a future worth living. She still strongly believes that all children should be given the opportunity to be the best they can possibly be which is why she wants to be a teacher, so she can help them. She plans to live the rest of her life being a teacher and helping people, she’d love to be a role model on how people should act. Heidi is determined to show the world that people can do anything if they try. For Heidi, becoming a Teacher is the best way to help children realise that what they do now, will impact their future.
