What’s your motivation for applying?:
My motivation for applying is simple! I'd wish to help the citizens around town who of course need it. There is not as many doctors as I know so I thought why not apply for doctor and see what comes out of it. Don't get me wrong here, I'm not applying just for fun, I'm interested in medical situations OOCly and take them seriously. Although I'm not quite good with it OOCly, but I learn and will get better. Now if we're talking ICly, I'd definitely do a great job and challenge myself to new things. So if I complete a difficult project and then seeing it through the end, I come to realize it was not that difficult and I can do better which motivates me to work more often and achieve my goals. Developing the skills and knowledge necessary to practice medicine requires a great deal of time and effort, so it is important to do your best at all times as you will learn a lot throughout working.

I don't know a lot about the basic medical knowledge, but I'm open to learning it and going through it in my own time. But what I do know is: Medical Knowledge has an understanding of confirmed and changing (and getting better) (the study of how life and medicine work together), medicine-based, and social-behavioral sciences. Medical industry will better equip you to make improved decisions and will earn you the trust and respect of the people you work with. It is also one skill that is most important to a physician’s practice.

During her shift; Ayumi would act friendly around everyone, her personality is lovely and sweet. You'd rarely see her being a hateful person towards anyone. She seeks deeply into her work and motivates herself to do her job better step-by-step. If she messes up, or simply makes a mistake she would not be disappointed at herself and learn from that mistake which makes her smarter and way more confident. She has always been a hard-working female and always dreamed to work as a Doctor. She looks up to her own sisters and knows that she has to be a role model for both of them.
Off shift; She would simply hang around with friends and family. Nothing much but she tends to go to the club often just to get all the stress that has been inside her, out. She always has control over herself and knows that she can't drink or else she will face consequences for herself. Misbehaving has never been a part of her life, she has clue on what is wrong and what is right. Don't forget that she loves to make new friends which makes her even more happy to be surrounded by such lovely people. Ayumi loves being around other people, you could say she's a social butterfly just that she's addicted to it. Also, if you're in a bad mood or for example just in your feels, Ayumi will support you through it by having a chat with you or hugging you just to make sure everything is alright. She is fast with replying if you need her assistance though she does not like to waste her time as she'd rather do other important things.

Ayumi has always had her innocence locked inside of her, she has always treated everyone with kindness and respect. By this meaning, she is independent and always ready for a challenge. She can sometimes be quite overprotective and bossy over her sisters which is understandable since it is family. Her personality is something everybody would want, she is indeed funny, talkative, sweet and would almost say perfect. She of course has feelings and may get sensitive a bit if we're talking about sadness and such but if we are talking about the opposite like anger, she'd have no problems with calming herself down. Ayumi will of course get anxious throughout times which is completely fine. She knows she will get through it and proceeds to do so. Ayumi is also different from others because in the past, she had verbalizing difficulties- better said; social anxiety. Which made her struggle to make friends. Her long curly brown hair would flow behind her back, it was always orderly and short strands hang in front of her face. Her face is thin and pale along with plumped cherry lips also her cheeks splattered with freckles coalescing with saccharine blush. Her voice would sound rather soft and clear also quite light. She'd smell like green tea and honey.

Ayumi was raised in Osaka, Japan along with her only mother. Her mother was a professional doctor which Ayumi was amazed about and wished to be just like her one day. Although she did struggle with her mom as arguing about school, personal issues with herself and other people- yet she still managed to get through it all. At the age of 15, Ayumi got told that she'd be moving away from her mother, she believed it was better but it was still a very depressing period for her to go through. Knowing that her mother is out of her life, she could focus more on her studies. She has been treated into a new kind-hearted family in Karakura which is a city in Japan. As from we know, she wished to be like her mother, so she studied- grading all the way up to College. She read books, studied for all the exams, paid attention in class, did what she was told to do and got a few friends which were interested in the same thing as her. Ayumi worked every single day to get to work as a Doctor. She wishes for her mother to visit her town one day to let her know what she has achieved.
