Describe your activity on the server & on the forums?: I am quite active on the server, I come on when I can and recently been mostly everyday. On the Forums I created an account but I lost the details to the information so I had to make a new one when I decided to apply for being a teacher.

Trivia

What is your motivation for becoming a teacher?: I already enjoy RP and I believe RP'ing as a teacher would be an exciting new thing to try on the server. I also see that many days are full of no classes due to the low number of teachers or when teachers do not have any lesson plans.

Do you have any experience in Roleplaying?: I do have experience, I started fully RP'ing (RP'ing in communities) in 2011 on Garry's Mod.

Have you read the Faculty Handbook?: I have reviewed it and understand the rules and regulations and what is expected from a teacher.

What are the classroom logs and why is it important?: This keeps a log of how active teachers are and if they have contributed themselves to teaching on the server.

You want to start a school field trip; how do you do that?: I'd first make sure all plans would be created before hand, this being location, amount of students and the motive and education of the trip. I'd then contact the HD of the subject (If being me I'd then contact a V.P or the Principal)

As a teacher, what are the strict rules when being in a class?:
1) No messing around in class
2) Respect the teacher
3) Respect the equipment used for the lesson
4) No fighting
5) If sent out you must wait to the side or outside of the class

Summarize your previous RP experience's (both in general and on SchoolRP): I've RP'ed as many characters, some being strict and serious and some being goofy and fun. I only really started RP in 2011 on GM.

Describe the ranking system of teachers:

- HD: Head of Department - This person will be in charge of the subject / department they have been set to. They control the lesson plans for teachers.

- QTLS: Qualified Teacher Learning and Skills - This is a teacher who is qualified fully in their subject. They are able to create / plan a class by themselves if the HD has no planned lessons.

- NQT: Newly Qualified Teacher - This is a teacher who has recently been qualified or hired to become a teacher. They need either a HD or QTLS present when doing a class. (Sometimes let off of doing lessons due to a lack of HD)


Teacher Knowledge

Present to us your knowledge about Teachers in-game and out-of-game, what purpose do teachers serve. What salary do they get? Include a paragraph about the way teachers teach, what they do in their spare time in general.

Why are teachers important to a SchoolRP server?:
The server depends a lot of the school aspect, this obviously needing it to be somewhat interesting and unique, so allowing players to apply to become a teacher and then RP lessons creates not only a realistic server but a close RP relationship to the server and players.

What lesson planning system does the school work on?: MoSCo: Must have / Could have / Should Have

Scenarios

You find a gang of delinquents in the hallway cursing and swearing, what do you do?: I'd first investigate what the group is doing. If seeing they are breaking rules a first verbal warning will be set and if they continue a threat to them will be made (This being going to a V.p). After that a detention may be set for them to re-think what they did.

No one in your class is listening to a word you say, what do you do?: I'd attempt to get their attention in any means possible, my character would personally scare it into them as he would slam something on the floor or shout for the whole class to hear.

When in the teacher's lounge, how does your character act?: He would be calm in the lounge, reading and drinking a cup of joe. He'd be almost always marking papers.

Backstory

John Antoniazzi was born in 1966, Karakura Japan. He was raised in a Christian household, his father being strict he was diciplined this making him reasonable and respectful, although this didn't latch on as now Mr.Antoniazzi has a side of him that is childish and goofy but attempts not to show it. John was always interested in physic sports, when he was 15 he was apart of the Karakura football team, and he was team captain for a short time till he was removed due to bad behaviour. In Karakura John was a respected young man but he was also a rude person as he would bully those who we're odd or different. After highschool John moved in with his girlfriend and began a life with her, they both started to get jobs, John having many at shops and businesses. John then later decided to try to go to college and go into doing a physical degree, seeing that teaching it was a good place to start. He was in education for more years until he finally fully left and began teaching in Karakura High School.
Before John decided to go to Karakura he decided to work at another school in another city, with money being an issue John began taking a train to the school to be able to teach, this making matters worse he finally decided to leave his wife to work in Karakura and begin living in the next city. After getting money and a good image to many education workers around Japan he decided to finally apply for Karakura High. He moved back with his wife and they then had twins in 2015. They moved into a bigger home and lived happily in their new place. John was a strict man at times and decided to be more softer in Karakura, this will probably change
