Why do you want to own a shop?:
I want to own a shop because I think It will improve other's, along with my role-play experience. With this comes hard work to develop, keeping the shop alive, and running healthily. Owning this shop, I can use this to manage my own time usefully. As a shop owner, I will have to work to make a profit, hire people, restock, and pay my workers fairly. So along with the other competition, there's a lot going on In terms of a schedule. Bringing people In will be the next step, by making the shop active and friendly It will make people want to come back again. Creating this friendly environment will improve the overall look of my shop, and will keep bringing In regulars. The more people that are brought In, the more money I get, this can help restock, make a profit, as well as helping others make a good salary. As a business, I will work my way up the food chain of shops, and create a common area that people will be around. Almost like 11-7, Happy Pill, and the Nightclub. This shows me that If I work hard enough, I can make the shop Red House, just as popular as the rest.

What do you plan to do with the shop?:

I plan to work hard to make the shop friendly, open most of the time I'm online as Poi, improve other user's role-playing skills, and experience. I'll make the shop relevant and active, restock when needed, become friendly work space, and selling all types of food essentials. Being so close to the high school should cause a lot of attraction to It's popularity. Plenty of sitting areas to eat at, and to socialize with your friends. Of course, Red House will have a strict schedule to follow, so that It can restock If needed.

How will your shop be unique?:
Red House's environment Is unique because of It's item/food choices and where It's located. (Extremely close to the high school) When you come to Red House, you see this huge establishment that's filled with other people. You can see people sitting down, having a laugh, whilst you are making an order. Of course, If I feel the need waiters and waitresses are needed, I will gladly change some people's area of work. But hopefully the line not being that long, for someone to leave after a given amount of time will happen. Having four open spots to take orders, should be enough for the line to not build up too much, since the employees should be trained enough to know their work place, and know where everything Is at when needed. If a bouncer Is needed, I will also add one If needed.

How many employees are you planning to have?:
Red House will plan to have 5-10 employees, just because in order to stay relevant, the shop needs to be active and alive. Having just 5 employees that are active enough would be good; but just to be safe It could use a few more people In It, in case the others aren't online. Once an employee is away or Isn't online for a certain amount of time, I'd say a week of not working, then they will be fired. I will not re-hire them either. Being a shop owner, I will check the activity of each employee, and If they don't meet the requirements of being active. Let's say at least 3 hours of work time, then they will be fired. I will give them a book that will explain this to them so that they know what to expect, when It comes to the minimum. If an employee feels that they want to work even more, then they are allowed to do that as long as there are two or three other employees online, that agree to work alongside you. If an employee acts out, or treats a customer poorly, they will be warned, they have one and only one chance before they are fired, from a second misconduct.
