What’s your motivation for applying?:
My motivation that encouraged me to apply to be apart of the SRP Hospital is due to my passion for medical activities and research, as well for the aspects of medicalRP itself. I also tend to come online without much to do this giving me much free time as it is, leading me to be able to get on more often with something to do if given the opportunity to be apart of something. I also really want to help others enjoy their time on the server, by being able to help them ICly.

What do you know about the role you’re applying for?:
The information I know about the role I’m applying for is that Nurses are required to be fairly professional at all times and show the utmost respect to their patients and co-workers, especially when assisting them. Not only treating patients who are sick and injured, but also offering advice and emotional support to patients, and their family members.
Do you know the basic Color Codes for medical emergencies?:
Code Blue - A medical emergency has occurred in the hospital.
Code Red - Fire or smoke is within reach of the hospital.
Code Black - Usually it involves bomb threats.
Code Pink - A child or infant has been abducted.
Code Orange - A hazardous material is in the hospital or a spill incident has occurred.
Code Silver - Reports of an active shooter.
Code Violet - Violent or non-cooperative individual.
Code Yellow - Some sort of disaster has occurred.
Code Brown - Severe weather has been reported.
Code White - An evacuation.
Code Green - Something has happened that causes the emergency activation feature to occur within the hospital.

Yes, I do understand this and will try my best to not be inactive. In any case that I’ll be inactive for a long period of time I’ll always make sure it’s noted and with valid reason as well.
What do you know about basic medical knowledge?:
I personally mostly know some information about basic medical first-aid but not too perfectly, I’ve done short research on the matter for personal gain and projects that I’ve done in the past, but I’m fully willing to learn more along the way to play the role of a nurse on the server the best that I can.

Head Physician - The head-physician is known as Chief-Physician, Senior-Physician or Chief of Medicine. The Head-Physician enforces the Code of Conduct, pays the employees, gives out promotions. They are head of the hospital.
Clinical Manager - The clinical manager is second in-charge of the hospital, basically managers for the Head-Physician. They are in-charge of every role except the Chief of Medicine. If the Head-Physician is not available then report to this role.
Clinical Leads - The Clinical Leads are only in-charge of their set role. Clinical Leads have the power to temporarily suspend people in their set job. They are in charge of managing their role and keeping them in check.
Surgeon - A surgeon is a Physician who treats diseases, injuries, and deformities by invasive, minimally-invasive, or non-invasive surgical methods, such as using instruments, appliances, or by manual manipulation. Examine patients to obtain information on medical condition and surgical risk.
Doctor - Doctors, also known as Physicians, are licensed health professionals who maintain and restore human health through the practice of medicine. They examine patients, review their medical history, diagnose illnesses or injuries, administer treatment and counsel patients on their health and well being.
Veterinarian - Veterinarians use x rays to diagnose animals. Veterinarians care for the health of animals and work to protect public health. They diagnose, treat, and research medical conditions and diseases of pets, livestock, and other animals.

How are you like during and off shift?:
On Duty- Yui while on the shift is very engaged with her work, it’s rare that she’s off task with stuff she shouldn’t be doing. While on duty she tries her best to be as helpful as she can be with her co-workers, as well always being considerate and kind with her patients.
Off Duty- While Yui is off duty she tends to take this time to herself, or to spend time with her adopted daughter Verose to help her with her many complications and mental illnesses that she may have. On some occasions she takes this time to pray at the Shinto shine in Karakura.
How would you describe your personality in summary?:
Yui’s personality is very ambitious and conservative. She's also frequently described as a dependable person who’s very determined to get her work done way before focusing on things deemed as selfish and less important to her job or task at hand. She is a very kind hearted person, but very ignorant when it comes to romance.
How would you describe your appearance?
Yui Sato is a young Japanese Female who stood at 5’5, she would present herself with poise posture. Her face seemed to always rest with a welcoming smile as small dimples formed in the crease of her smile, her hair a light hazelnut color complimented by her soft chestnut colored eyes. She spoke with a light Modulated voice. A small tattoo on the back of her shoulder of Japanese characters 博華, which translated to "wise flower". To compliment her appearance as a whole she would often smell of Honey-Lavender.
Do you have any mental or physical illnesses we should be aware of?
No, Yui doesn't not have any mental or physical illnesses.
Yui H. Sato was born in Tsuwano, Japan. Yui’s mother passed away just minutes after she gave birth to a beautiful baby girl, this leaving Hideyuki to raise their only daughter alone. Yui lived with her father Hideyuki Sato, until she turned 17. She later moved in with her grandparents to help take care of the Inari Shinto Shrine that they had no longer been able to maintain by themselves due to their old age. Yui often found herself praying at this very shrine, till one day she came across a middle aged male who came to visit the shrine, he worked as a surgeon at a nearby hospital. This was on one of the many days in which she had been praying herself, this is what lead the male to ask her why she had come to the shrine so often to pray rather than studying for her classes. This caused the male to come to the shrine more often, leading to the two having more interactions and a closer relationship. Some days this meant him telling her stories about his many patients he had encountered while he was working as a staff at the hospital, this formed Yui’s inspiration for wanting to always help those in need but, one day he had stopped visiting the shrine, this went on for weeks until one day she received a letter that he had taken his own life. Yui had went into a desperate state of depression with lack of motivation to do anything anymore due to the heartbreaking news she had received, until her grandmother suggested her father take over the shrine and encouraged her to go to college studying to become a nurse, or a doctor while keeping that very surgeon that she had met in mind, this motivating her while she studied. Even to this day she carries a photo of the two of them with her to keep him in memory. (his name written on the back with pen that’d read 優斗, “yuuto”.)
