My account has never seemingly been banned from SRP from what I remember, and I hope to never get banned in the near future.

As my job, I do recognize that I am eligible to being fired ICLY from my job.
In as much detail as possible, describe the role of your chosen school employee:
The role of Office Manager is an extremely important role within the school and plays a huge part in the school organization. Office Manager has a lot of tasks that he is required to do daily on a shift, which is when school is open, and some of these tasks could vary from either welcoming a student or such into the principle's office, doing the principle's paperwork while still informing her about her schedule which could potentially be made by me, registering and releasing students to school, maintaining the school attendance record, and so on.
Do you have any past experience in this type of roleplay?:
Past experiences in this type of role-playing would not be extremely valid within my perspective of my old role-plays, as I have never taken over the job of an Office Manager or such. Though, in a server called ForeverPlay, I have tried teaching within their high school grounds, which is still gathering the thought of organization, memorization, planning, and so on.
What experience, in general, do you have in roleplay?:
Experience with role-playing, in general, that I would potentially have in this genre would be the dating very old release date to a server called ForeverPlay. That server is almost like my childhood of what a role-playing experience of what SchoolRP seems like and it has personally grown me into this game genre, also educating me on how this genre works in many ways, as it had almost the same connection with what the server is basically made for, with custom items such as this one. Sadly, the server got merged with some other server that changed the whole name and the whole way the server was set, making me also lose all OG items and hats that were mine in that game. Ever since it has emerged, I found out about SchoolRP later back in 2016-2017 or something close to that, even opening a wider variety of role-plays involved and some set of rules that you had to follow, making it even more understandable on how this server works. Ever since then, I have roleplayed as a high school student once more and enjoyed the company of others around me, teaching me about all that I need to know.
Are you familiar with what your job does? If so, describe it:
The job by the name of Office Manager does more than one thing within school grounds, though the most important task he would be doing is at an office desk or place that could assist him only with his work. Often, the principal or vice-principle could potentially ask of him some specified tasks that they are need of him to execute that other school employees are not capable of doing. On rare occasions, you will also find yourself helping out on the front desk if there are no receptionists or office secretaries working there in that current moment.

During a workshift a student starts cursing at you for being pathetic, how do you react?:
My reaction to a student cursing at me for being what you call a pathetic person in their eyes, I would immediately ask him in a polite manner to stop his nonsense and ask why they are performing such actions on school property. If he happens to continue, I would warn him about the fact that if this continues once more, I will have to send him to the dean, making it extremely clear that I am not going to give him another chance afterward. Still cursing? I would have no other choice but to do what I have stated before and send them to the dean.
You are doing a hazardous job requested by the School Principal, how do you react?:
First off, if there happens to be a hazardous job that I must do, I would first politely ask if there is anyone else who is potentially better suited for this task before I execute what they have told me about. If it happens to be that I am the only eligible person of doing this, personally would go ahead and do the task without any further hesitation and in a quick yet safe pace.
Another school employee is doing something very dangerous on the job or acting out of order, how do you react?:
On school grounds, other school employees are not supposed to be doing any sort of dangerous act on the job or do something out of order, meaning that they should be extremely civilized at all given times on school grounds, though if it happens then I must deal with it by asking them about why and what is causing them to execute such actions. If they happen to continue, I would have to most likely contact a dean in order to fix this chaos from continuing and potentially leading to something worse.

Motivation for Joining KHS:
Everyone has motivations before they proceed to join something, and I sure do. My motivation to becoming an Office Manager here at KHS would be because my character absolutely loves creating a safe and outstandingly fun atmosphere for all that is around him, while also helping all that are in need. He adores helping out in as many ways as he could, giving to the community in hand while forming an exciting bond with other school staff team members.

Why should you be accepted over the other applicants?:
The reason why my acceptance over other applicants should be valid is that I am willing to put time and effort into this job position, acquiring all that is needed from me to be done in a fast yet organized manner, spreading the correct vibes to people, introducing new and exciting boundaries to others, leading those who dream to become an Office Manager in the future in the right direction, and so on. He truly does look at everything on the bright side and is always patient with others, giving off a relaxing surrounding.
