What are the classroom logs and why is it important?: The classroom logs tell other teachers what lessons they have taught, and makes sure every teacher teaches a class. I also have noticed that teachers aren't as active as I thought they would so I thought I could pitch in and help.
You want to start a school field trip; how do you do that?: I would make a field-trip application and complete the IC and OOC formats, using the provided formats.
As a teacher, what are the strict rules when being in a class?: The strict rules when in class would be
1. No talking while I'm speaking
2. No phones
3. No food/drink in class
4. Raise your hand.
5. Remain seated unless asked to stand.

Teachers are the main purpose of SchoolRP. They serve a purpose of giving students the education that they need so they can graduate and move onto college. From what I have seen, teachers work very hard and passionately. Teachers can help eliminate problems in school and help keep the peace in education. From what I've seen, in their spare time, teachers mingle with their peers, talk about their day, lesson plans, and what they're planning to do.
Why are teachers important to a SchoolRP server?: Teachers are important to a SchoolRP server because it wouldn't be realistic if there weren't any teachers teaching a class and students wouldn't learning anything. So, what would be the point of calling it SchoolRP if there weren't any teachers?
What lesson planning system does the school work on?: A must have/should have a system.

My character Hana Buraddirōz Kenji has ginger hair with dark brown eyes. I think she is different from other teachers as she is chill, good with students, and does simple lectures/classes so the students could understand what she is teaching and get the concept. Hana's outlook on students is that she wants every single one of her students to succeed in their future. She likes socializing with other teachers and loves watching how they teach their classes. Hana's plan for the future is to wind down from her teenage years of working constantly, make learning fun, and watch her students succeed.

You find a gang of delinquents in the hallway cursing and swearing, what do you do?: I would ask them to not use foul language in school, write their names, and report to the Vice Principal and Principal.
No one in your class is listening to a word you say, what do you do?: I would clear my throat trying to get their attention if I can't, I will raise my voice, telling them to please be quiet.
When in the teacher's lounge, how does your character act?: My character acts kind, chill, and shy once you first meet her. She'd warm up to others and come out of her shell when she's ready.

Backstory
Hana Buraddirōzu Kenji was born in Paris, France. She has always loved sports and being athletic. She always stayed after school to practice her skills at soccer to get better. When Hana was older, she started having a hard time breathing, her parents took her to the ER and she was diagnosed with asthma. Hana had to give up sports, she was devastated. Hana went through a major depression. To get all of her anger and sadness out, she ran away and flew to New York when she was only 12 years old. She fell in love with a gang member. She eventually started doing gang business with her boyfriend. She thought it was fun. All of this changed 2 years later when the police came and took down to the NYPD station. Apparently, her parents filed a Missing Person report. Hana was flown back home to her parents where she has been reunited once again with her parents. She then studied hard for high school. She studied to become a teacher and moved to Karakura, Japan for High School when she was 15. She felt a little homesick at first, but then, she met all these amazing people who influenced her. Hana graduated at age 19 from college and has moved on and got her Bachelor's and Masters Degree in education. Hana has applied to work at the same high school she went to so she can fulfill what she learned to do best, teach students so they can succeed in their futures, and not end up like she did. A couple months later, Hana received an acceptance letter to work at the high school as a Biology NQT. Hana was overjoyed that she got accepted into the job, she called her parents and told them the good news. A couple days after she got accepted, she had a severe asthma attack and had to go the hospital. She made a quick and speedy recovery and is now able to work and start her job at the high school.
