Question about why it will not let me on?

Hi! I have a question about why it will not let me on the SchoolRP server. I am super confused and I wanted to know if there is any way to solve this matter.

What version are you playing on? This usually happens when you play on a version below 1.13.2, so if you are— I recommend trying out 1.13.2!

I tried playing on 1.13.2 and it still will not let me on. I kind of am concerned and this s my favorite RP server. So, I am kinda upset.

If you haven't already, attempt to logout from your account and log back in, make sure you're running the server with Optifine as it boosts up some resources and graphics.. If you already have Optifine, then . . - I am clueless really. If it's your favorite server, then don't mind deleting Minecraft then reinstalling it, I honestly don't know.
