What is your motivation for applying?:
I am dedicated to improving the quality of life in our city through spirited and quality service. I would be an law enforcement officer who would give his live in the line of duty.

What are the Police ranks? They will uphold the fundamental values of democracy through belief in the Constitution and dedication to liberty and justice. They are also used to establish leadship, and dominence. They go as followed, Cadet, Patrol Officer, Corporal, Sergeant, Lieutenant, Captain, Commisioner.
What knowledge do you have of Police Work?
Their job is to protect their community by fighting and preventing crime, as well as maintaining law and order. Police Officers strive to keep the streets of their community safe, reducing the fear of crime and improving the overall quality of life of the citizens.
Why is Police important to SchoolRP?
The police department is important because without them there would be alot more crimes and nobody would be in school. The police department keeps the streets clean from criminals and they will protect the school what ever it takes.

Tell us about your character, how he looks, what makes him unique?
One of the most unique things about my character is, He knows exactly how to make you smile, even when you're feeling low. It's difficult be angry at him, because he'll give you a certain look, and it'll be impossible to stop giggling. One of the biggest things that make him special is his ability to see the problems immediately and solve them immediately. He cares about people and animals, the most of the time he spends on work. I think he is workoholic.
What he's like on and off the job?

He remembers everything about what he saw, no matter how small. He'll even remember what color the sky had that day, He recognizes anything what smells like crime. He knows what to do when something bad happens, and he will manage to keep his head clear at that moment.
off the job:
He is always alert and will always watch his surroundings, he loves fitness and everything about weights. He likes to go fishing with his mates, so he also likes to be into the nature.
Outlook on his co-workers? Plans for the future?
He looks forward to meet his co-workers and he will treat them with alot of respect. Because at the end you'll always have to trust each other trough thick and thin.

Xavi Cairo was born on January 6th, 1994, he grew up at a barn, His father was never in the picture and his mother left him, so he had to go take care of himself. He always stayed on the right track and never did something stupid. After his senior year in highschool he went to the UW. When he finished his college he wrote an application letter towards the Police Department of Karakura.
