What’s your motivation for applying?:
I would like to join the EMS team, due to the fact that it has always been a dream of mine to help the citizens of Karakura. I believe becoming a part of this team would help me achieve that and in doing so I could benefit myself with the feeling of ‘I helped them’.
I’d like to become a person everyone feels welcome to go to when they have a problem, like EMS would. In doing so, this job would help me become more social along with meeting more and more people I can help in life.
A friend of mine had passed away, and he wouldn’t have passed if I were able to help him. If I was able to aid him on the spot, he would still be here today.
I do not want that to happen to anyone else, that is why I am applying here today.

I am applying to be a Doctor, as I feel it’d be interesting and I can learn more while helping the citizens of my community.
What do you know about the role you’re applying for?:
I know that doctors have an ‘all’ around type of work. They can help in nursing, but also in surgery. I believe doctors benefit just the same as any role on the EMS team, yet I feel that doctors are a very well working people, as they have many fields they are helpful in.
Do you know the basic Color Codes for medical emergencies?:
Code Blue - A medical emergency has happened in the hospital.
Code Red - Fire or smoke is inside the vicinity
Code Black - Can usually indicate there has been a bomb threat.
Code Pink - A child and/or infant abduction has taken place.
Code Orange - A hazardous material is in the hospital or a spill incident has occurred.
Code Silver - There have been reports of an active shooter.
Code Violet - There is a violent or non-cooperative/combative individual.
Code Yellow - Some sort of disaster has occurred.
Code Brown - Severe weather has been stated.

I do understand that inactivity will cause me to be demoted, I promise to be as active as possible, putting 100 percent effort into the job.
What do you know about basic medical knowledge?:
I do not know much as I am still learning, but joining this team will help me expand my knowledge of the medical field while it will further help me help the citizens of Karakura.
I do know that there are multiple practices of which you can take depending on what you're interested in. The overall group of practices list down from solo, grouped and employed physicians. I also know that medical practice can be a treatment of some sort for the patients. Nurses consist of diagnosis, vaccines, and regular appointments such as blood pressure or other things you usually receive on a checkup. I also know that Nurses will report to the higher ranking members of the EMS team. Psychiatrists are people you can talk to and depend on with diagnosis, usually this will mean they will take a look at your brain activity, along with your emotions, figuring out how they are going to fix that problem. Psychiatrists also take suicide calls- and can basically act as a the******. I know that Psychiatrists can also assign you to medicine according to your diagnosis.

Head Physician - The head physician is the person in power who is in charge of running the hospital.
Clinical Manager - A Clinical Manager is the person who adheres to medical and administrative aspects of a healthcare facility.
Clinical Leads - A Clinical Lead is the male or female who is the head of a particular department or organization on the EMS team.
Surgeon - A Surgeon is the person who performs 'deeper' medical care on the patient. Meaning they check out the organs, the patient's body functions, etc.
Doctor - A Doctor is usually the person who also diagnoses the patients, making sure they are treated with the right care and operation. They are a qualified practitioner of medicine, a physician if you will.
Veterinarian - A Veterinarian is the male or female who treats the animals that are brought to the hospital. This means each animal that has been harmed will be treated by this role as it is their duty to fulfill this job.
Nurse - A Nurse is the EMS worker who helps diagnose and treat patients with prescriptions. They also inform surgeons and doctors on the patients health and aid the surgeons in their work as they contribute to the patient's health and well-being.
Psychiatrist - A Psychiatrist is the person who aids the patients that need either rehab or anything of the sort. They treat their emotional functions and make sure the patients are leaving the hospital the way they were before even coming.

I think of myself as a relaxed person, I am usually outside talking to the children, asking how their day was and all that. I am a teacher so I feel it is a need to make sure the students feel cared for and appreciated.
I also enjoy hanging out with friends of mine.

BACKGROUND
Helios Atari Ivankov, was born February 3, 1999 in Seoul, South Korea. He was born into a poor family, as they could not afford the most luxurious life as they wanted. Helios's father worked two jobs as he needed to, due to barely being able to fund the family. During Helios's time in Seoul, South Korea, he began to attend grade school. Due to the fact that each kid usually spoke Korean, he rarely understood them. Helios began understanding the native tongue as he grew older. By the time Helios turned 3 he could understand the language, while being able to speak some of the language. Helios was a slow learner and due to this fact, his speech was 'impaired' as he could speak some words, but not fully make them. By the time Helios turned the age of four, he could speak correctly, without error, as he now could speak to his peers. Helios had just started turning 5 years of age, when something tragic had happened. Helios's mother had fallen under a sickness that kept her bedridden for part of Helios's life. Due to this tragedy, their house income began to lower, and soon his dad had to work late nights, barely coming home, making Helios's stay home, caring for his mother and himself. Later on, when Helios turned 8 years old, his mother lost to this sickness, losing her life in the process. Now it had just been Helios's and his father, yet his father took this death extremely to the heart. He began drinking, unleashing his sadness and anger on Helios's, hurting Helios's whenever drunk. Soon Helios turned 10, and by that time his father had gotten out of control, he was acting weird, and his temper got the best of him. Helios was then brave enough to tell someone, who then had him placed in foster care, and his father arrested. After years of being in foster care, a man by the name of Yaki Ivankov took pity on the boy, later adopting him, taking him back to Russia with him. Helios did not speak any language other than Korean, while his new siblings and his mother and father spoke Russian. The Ivankov's then enrolled Helios into a Russian school. Helios did not understand the Russian tongue and during his time in Russia he slowly began to understand the Russian tongue. By the age of 11 years old, Helios understood the Russian language, yet could not speak the language. Once Helios turned 12, he could speak and understand the Russian tongue, with a few flaws, but he fixed those over the months. When Helios turned 13, he moved to Karakura, Japan, with his family, so he could further pursue his education. When Helios fully finished his high school classes, he applied for college where he even further pursued his education, when he then decided he'd like to become a Highschool Teacher.
Helios then decided after years of work that he found out his true passion was helping people, he decided he wanted to become a doctor so he could ‘really’ benefit his community in what he loved doing most.
