Previous warns/kicks/bans:
I have been banned twice (1 and a ½ and a second time) on the server.
The first time was a misunderstanding and permanent ban, as my brother was ERPing and trolling players on the server, leading to him being banned. Then, due to the bypass protection issue, Lofken (currently Labsim) had thought I was the alternate account of my brother, and then I had been banned for sharing the same IP address as my brother. I had then explained that the issue was a misunderstanding, and that I was online the exact timing of my brother being banned to show solid evidence that I was not an alternate account. Labsim had understood this was a mistake and unbanned me.
However, during the period I had been banned for this issue, I had asked a former staff member InhaleMyDuck (Also known as InhaleMyBanter and currently WiffyBanter) to check my ban appeal, and I had gotten no response from him, he deleted my message and I asked again due to me being confused. I was nervous during period and quite impatient, as this was the first ban I had ever taken on a server, in my life. I got banned for nagging/spamming towards the said staff member, and I had made an appeal to apologise for my impatience and anxiety which WiffyBanter had accepted.
afterwards as I was nervous and didn’t know how to react, I then proceeded to act impatiently and continuously asked InhaleMyBanter (WiffyBanter) to unban me. It was taken as nagging and that’s why I got banned.

I had also gotten a temporal ban for attempting to joke with Labsim once more, and he misunderstood the joke and banned me for Staff Disrespect, which lasted two hours. I had apologised to the staff member for my actions and since then, we have had a positive run-through since then.
Notice: I was new during my first three bans on the server (During July my first two and November my last) and I have not been banned since then, and I will continue to refrain getting banned to affect my history.
I have also been kicked before, I don’t recall the reason but that’s the last punishment I recall happening on my account(s).

Why do you want to own a shop?:
I want to own a shop in order to experience a new and diverse way of Role-Playing, it will be a first time for me. I have been motivated by the fact that this shop has had served exclusive items meaning it is already unique and I am planning to make it even better. I already recon the difficulty with owning a shop, and I will attempt to strive with the competition among my shop (if accepted) due to the recent applicants being accepted. I feel as if there will be a certain feeling of success in business and I feel as my customers will be pleased after appealing to their needs.
What do you plan to do with the shop?:
I am planning to continue to current factor of the shop, it being a pharmacy. Meaning that I am planning to run through the services of a regular place for medical items, with also some collection of fruits and a general facility to eat. Probably after a decent period of time I might decide to renovate the shop into a fast food restaurant but I am considering to continue to run it with the idea of it being a pharmacy. I am planning to change up a few things currently to make it more appealing,
How will your shop be unique?:
My shop will be unique compared to other shops knowing the fact that it will be a pharmacy, considerably it will sell different items compared to other shops. It may be selling legal items (medicinal items) and it will also be selling items of rare containing (e.g. canes or inhalers) and I will have an emergency room for any players with minor injuries. This will also improve how unique it is, as other shops wouldn't have such a place to keep their members. I will also continue to run it with prescriptions to allow players to contain inhalers and other item, again other shops would not have this type of detail when running a shop of this calibre. On wards, I might decide to install a uniform or dress code to the employees so that it suits the store's feel and atmosphere. I might also begin running partnerships with other shops that have similar thoughts and ideas as my shop and also having a strong friendship with their regarding Owner.
How many employees are you planning to have?:
I am planning to have 5 employees, the maximum would be 15. As I am planning to have little employees due to the recent rumours of employees stealing/mugging items from the shops, as well applications will be done to decide on who and why a player has been inserted into the employee list. Meetings will happen occasionally to discuss on how the shop can be improved, and we can then discuss on who to demote in terms of inactivity. I will have multiple roles, meaning that players will have to work considerably hard to earn a promotion into a higher rank. I am looking to make the ranks as follows, and it would also be additional to a Discord I will create if I get accepted. It might be similar to other shops but it's the best knowledge and idea I could come up with:
- Trial-Cleaner - Self-explanatory, a player who has been recently accepted for the job, and has the responsibility to clean the shop after it is closed or during a certain event is happening.
- Trial-Worker - A player who has been recently accepted for a regular job, and is new to the working system.
- Trial-Security Guard - A player who has been recently accepted for the job to take out players who are being disrespectful, and are new to the system.
- Cleaner - A player who has been fully accepted after passing their trial, and has the responsibility to clean the shop on a regular basis.
- Worker - A player who has passed the trial and has been fully accepted, also has the responsibility to be working at a regular basis.
- Security Guard - A player who has surpassed their duty to take out and take care of the players who have been disrespectful, and works as their said job on a regular basis.
- Shop Administrator - A player who has been entrusted deeply by the Owner and has the duty to take care of the shop in the absence of either the Shop Manager or Shop Co-Owner or Shop Owner, however they may not have access to take care of the prescriptions.
- Shop Manager - A player who has been tasked to take care of the Shop when the Shop Owner and Shop Co-Owner are absent, they have the duty to task each worker and take care of the prescription area for other players, depending on their knowledge.
- Shop Co-Owner - A player who has now the ability to help in the major ideas of the shop and has to take care of the Shop, also one of the main figures of the Shop in the presence of the Owner and absence of him.
Note: My Councillor rank will be terminated if I am accepted.
