I am very active on the server I play almost every day. On weekdays I have been typically playing from 5:30 pm to around 21:00 pm with a few breaks in between. On weekends I play from 12:00 pm to 1:00 am with a few breaks in between. I try to be as active as possible on the server discords and forums but I am not as active on the forums as I am on the server- I will try to improve on my forum activity.

What is your motivation for becoming a teacher?:
I want to become a teacher to expand my roleplaying experience. Not only that I have a passion for ICT as I am currently taking the computer science GCSE course. I think that I can expand not only my knowledge but other people's knowledge of ICT.
Do you have any experience in Roleplaying?:
Yes, I have roleplayed on the server for around 2 years in different aspects. I enjoy how intricate the rules are and the different systems and it keeps me coming back for more.

Yes, I have read the Faculty Handbook thoroughly.
What are the classroom logs and why is it important?:
The classroom logs is a place where teachers write down what they did in every lesson. They mainly expand on what they did and how effective it was and sometimes how they felt about the lesson. The logs are important because they show how active the teachers are and also to make sure teachers aren't repeating lessons.
You want to start a school field trip; how do you do that?:
Firstly I would put in an application on the forums under the Teacher section with the format provided in the Faculty Handbook. I would wait until the principal accepted or denied. If the principal accepts I would then follow the rules in the Faculty Handbook to prepare and execute the trip. As the teacher, I would be in charge of making the final decision about the trip; gain permission from parents; collect fees from the students and supervise along with 3 other teachers or teaching assistants.
As a teacher, what are the strict rules when being in a class?:
As a teacher, I would be very clear about my required rules and they are as follows:
1. Disruption of a class is not allowed. This means no disruption of the teacher or other students
2. Violence is strictly prohibited. Hurting someone physically is not allowed and nor is hurting someone's feelings which means no mean comments about anyone should be said.
3. Mobile phones are not allowed in class as they are a distraction to students work
4. Food and drink will not be consumed in the classroom
5. Students must raise their hand if they have a question or want to answer a question
6. Students must complete assignments
7. Being late to class will result in a 10-minute detention.
Summarize your previous RP experience's (both in general and on SchoolRP):
I had no experience of roleplaying before I joined this server around 2 years ago. I have roleplayed different aspects of this server and thoroughly enjoyed it. I have had many characters all in different sections of roleplay such as ShopRP, StudentRP, AdultRP, and mini role plays in between, because of this I think I have great knowledge about roleplaying. When I first started roleplaying I was very shy and didn't really talk to anyone as I played more I started to get involved more and found great comfort in roleplaying. Now, I have been laying low and not doing much roleplay wise but I want to change that hence why I am applying for this role.
Describe the ranking system of teachers:
- HD: This is the Head of Department teacher. They are in charge of making sure the teachers are doing what they are supposed to. They will supervise NQT and sometimes QTLS teachers. They keep the department up and running and often have quite extensive knowledge of how the system works due to experience.
- QTLS: This is the Qualified Teacher of Learning Skills. They are teachers who have had the job for a substantial amount of time gaining experience in teaching. Due to the experience they have gained they are expected to be able to control a classroom and to teach well plus they are able to host a class by themselves. They may still get supervision from the Head of Department.
- NQT: This is the Newly Qualified Teacher. They are teachers who have only got the job recently and haven't spent a great amount of time teaching. They won't have the amount of experience as the HD or QTLS they are still in the learning stage. They are trained by teachers who have a higher role than themselves and they are expected to follow what the Head of Department says. They will have a higher amount of supervision by more experienced teachers.

The purpose of being a teacher is to educate students so that they can take that knowledge and develop it in either college or a career. Teachers generally get paid between 150,000¥-200,000¥ but this can increase or decrease depending on how much work they do. Teachers teach differently depending on the subject things like academic subjects use more logic whereas creative subjects are more practical and creative. In school time when teachers aren't teaching, they will be doing what is known as a Preparation Period and in this time they will be contacting parents, other teachers, call in students about grading, researching planning and more. Lunchtime is the more personal time for teachers but more often than not, we’ll be using this time as another form of a preparation period. After school teachers are just like everybody else they can go out and socialise and shop etc.
Why are teachers important to a SchoolRP server?:
School is the heart of the server. It is the teachers' job to make sure that the school aspect of the server is working to its full potential. Teachers should make the roleplaying experience for students a friendly but fun environment and truly uphold the heart of the server.

Thomas Corbin Knight is a male who stands at 6'3 and weighs about 168lbs. He'd have an odd mix between a deep British and Korean accent with a soothing, yet raspy tone. He'd have a scar on his left temple along with oddly coloured eyes which are always covered by glasses. He'd have brown hair on the sides with, what he calls, a mop of black hair on top. His outlook on students is that they are young people who are developing into great human beings and he loves watching then develop their knowledge and growth as humans. Thomas sees the other teachers as likeminded people who share a love for teaching. He would be sweet, caring and a gentleman who always walks in with a smile on his face. He always is looking for ways to develop himself as a better person and never stops learning and developing. He is a hard worker and will always be one. He hopes for the future to be married and to have children of his own.

You find a gang of delinquents in the hallway cursing and swearing, what do you do?:
I would approach the situation calmly and give them a verbal warning to stop cursing and get to class. If they don't listen and continue to curse I would then give them a detention, if they don't listen and complain again I would then send them to the principal's' office where the situation would be handled from there.
No one in your class is listening to a word you say, what do you do?:
Firstly, I would try to get their attention by making the class more interesting and fun to engage them. If people continue to talk and not listen I would then give the class a verbal warning. If a select few students continue when the rest of the class is getting on with work I would kick them out of class for disruption.
When in the teacher's lounge, how does your character act?:
Thomas is very kind and respectful so he would do different things depending on the situation. If he was relaxing there on his break, for instance, he would be chatting to the other teachers and offering to make coffees. If he was just passing by to collect something he would smile and try not to disturb any conversations that are happening.

/me He would smile whilst welcoming students into his classroom then he'd proceed to scan over the room to make sure that everyone is ready, then he would begin to write on the blackboard

Backstory
Thomas Corbin Knight was born on June 7th, 1994 in South-Korea. His mother was called Betsy June Knight and was born in England. His father was called Do Hyun Knight and was born in South-Korea. His parents were madly in love and Do Hyun left his family to go live with Betsy. His mother died when he was 10 and his father couldn't cope without her so he put Thomas on an aeroplane to England to live with his Aunt. He loved living with his Aunt but she would be in a different relationship every week and sometimes they were bad people- that is how he got the scar on his temple. Thomas grew up and was a genius in technology and computer science he would always be on his computer creating new games and new ideas. He had graduated secondary school at the age of 16 with an A* in Computer Science and all his other subjects except for PE which he got a C in. He then took a gap year to travel the around world and that is where he met the love of his life, her name was Emily Louise Moon. He returned to England with his girlfriend and went to university where he graduated with a Degree in Computer Science at the age of 21. At the age of 23, Thomas proposed to Emily and they got married. At the age of 23, Emily told Thomas she was pregnant they were so excited. The baby came way too early and on December 29th Emily and his baby (who they were going to name Ruby) died. His heart was broken. He decided to move to Karakura in Japan to pursue a career in teaching and that's what he did, when he got there he applied for the job.
