Previous warns/kicks/bans:
I have been warned 2 times and that is it.

Shop wanted:
I am applying for Shop 1.

Why do you want to own a shop?:
There are many aspects in which represent the overall concept of what I believe the shop business could be. When you build something successful, it’s a great feeling. You had a vision, were able to execute it and not can reap the benefits of saying "I was able to create this economic business". As an entrepreneur of owning and building your own business empire in the form of a company can impact the way your economic standards and set and the way you learn to make yourself stand out to the public. I wish to own a shop because not only would it fuel things such as food, bills, and so on, it would give me a chance to express the entrepreneurial addons of owning your own set and business. By owning your own business, you have freedom in terms of making decisions for a company, since its your own. You can change standards to the extent where it sets it to be a good impression towards the city as you learn to manage, grow, and thrive as your shop. Most of us are passionate about something. And if we are talented enough to be good at what we’re passionate about, surely we’d want to turn that into a career. This is what sets us off to be what the perception is in terms of how we run our business, because we are inspired by things and certain aspects in society that tell us what we wish to do to contribute in society. Owning a business would fill that spot for many, including myself because you are liberally free when owning a company. One of the things you will learn when starting your own business is learning. Being an employee, you learn about your role and the industry you work for. However, being your own boss, you have to learn everything, things from marketing to accounting, operations, and finance. You will have to keep up-to-date with the company tools, consumer trends, and industry news to make sure your business, in this case, 11/7 is thriving more and more as time goes on. You will learn more knowledge in the industry as you manage your own self in a shop and business. This also contributes to different parts of your personality because by doing so, you will become a lifelong learner who loves the challenge of learning about something new and overachieving in economic, held high standards. You will take life as a progressive journey as you learn new things that will impact your shop, the 11/7 and how the public views your shop adding other points of views that can benefit your business.

What do you plan to do with the shop?:
Whether you start it on your own or with a business partner, you will have to make a decision without a boss or team members who are there for you bounce ideas of. Over and over, you will learn to make decisions independently and become more decisive as I grow with my business, the 11/7. You will learn to trust your gut instinct because no one else knows your business like you do. It is a wonderful feeling to feel that every decision you make is solely dependent on you. You don’t need to compromise with different opinions from your boss and your colleagues anymore. You make your own decision and you are responsible for it, when handling the business. That being said, I would hold the highest of standards to my employees and team because that is one of the most orderly conducts you could show in terms of aspects in your company so the public knows you are a professional shop. To follow the overall extent and standards for owning the 11/7, I would also listen to the city's opinions and their feedback and input among the most critical information and opinions they want to share about the business. By doing so, I am able to make my business better and show the public, that our company continues to thrive and cares about what they have to say. New business owners frequently lack relevant business and management expertise in areas such as finance, purchasing, selling, production, and hiring and managing employees which is a trouble for some, but I believe we can order the 11/7 in better standards of organization to make sure everything runs as flawless as possible. A successful manager is also a good leader who creates a work climate and atmosphere that encourages productivity. I must have a skill at hiring competent people, training them for the better good of the shop. I also must be skilled at strategic thinking, able to make a vision a reality, and able to confront change, make transitions, and envision new possibilities for the future. By visions, what I would start off with the business is following the basic procedures in the industry of Karakura. I would start putting up applications for those dedicated and hard working employees who would wish to work at the shop. I would read them carefully making sure that we would have the best aspects for those good people who wish to work here. I would then progress as a business, opening regularly for everyone in town so they would be able to buy their fare share of items. Moving on to the actual state of financial addons towards the way restock and manage our money.

Managing Shop Money

After our business gets the right amount of people and employees for our shop which will be very very very fast as we have a procedure of how we do it correctly and correspondingly. We would open as fast as time would let us make money. Now the way we manage it, we have an exact procedure when doing this. We open, we let the community come in and buy, and then, we list all employees in one room, in one line. Then, we count how much each person made, then, we subtract 40% of that and we order it as one, putting it into savings of the large restock. As time goes on, and we keep selling, this procedure will help us in the long run of restocking for more and more packages to come in. We would also have one chart and one graph for the exact rate that we will be selling specific items and how the outcome of money we make by a certain time period would let us know if we have enough for the restock or not.

How will your shop be unique?:
11/7 as is, plays a fundamental role in the business industry of Karakura. There are many aspects of how our team represent how it stands out and is unique from others. We sell one of the largest stocks in the entire town, as we represent an icon in economic standards for Karakura as we sell everything from lightsabers to technology such as phones, hats, food, drinks, and just in general, an atmosphere that expresses hard work in our team. We aspire as a shop to give the community what they wish, need a quick snack? 11/7 can sell you it, need a new phone cause your other one broke? We also have you covered. 11/7 is more than just a shop, it plays a key role in the economic extent of prowess towards the public. Many normal shops have to ask questions such as "Can you offer a product that is so unique or even trendy that your business is associated with that offering?" This question means extend a product and offer a valuable service to make the product more useful to the customer and general public. 11/7 offers everything possible to the community, from technology to food to toys to basic necessities. This is why it stands out overall as a whole because of what they sell and how they sell it. 11/7 has some of the best staff team and cashiers that would be able to contribute to the shop opening on a regular basis, so the public wouldn't need to worry about not getting what they need in terms of shopping. To get the best out of your business in society's point of view, it's important to keep the 11/7 community motivated and engaged. There are a number ways to go about this, but the first is to get them involved. For example, ask guests that come often to your shop to contribute their opinions occasionally so your business knows what aspects it could improve. When this happens and the business begins to thrive even more to the guests' points of view, it becomes something great, your community will build trust in you and your shop. You can will have better standing points.

How many employees are you planning to have?:
I would have exactly a maximum of 11 workers, divided into 3 groups. The groups are as follow:

* 1 Cashier Leader: 3 workers

* 1 Security Leader: 3 workers

* 1 Co Owner

*
2 Managers: 1 manages the rate of money and finance, 1 manages the overall state of the working team

The team would be organized as is, and would all have their own procedures of how to run their own specific areas of work on the team. A basic piece of effectively dealing with your eatery is dealing with your staff and encouraging their own and expert improvement. Having all around prepared and conferred staff who see the likelihood to improvement in the business and build up their aptitudes with just help you and your eatery. Ensure there are general instructional courses and urge your representatives to search out outer preparing openings, thusly, this takes into account a balanced climate with diligent employees and great administration. Having a solid common regard and trust is critical to dealing with a shop such as 11/7 that can run easily without you checking each seemingly insignificant detail about the shop, only focusing on what's more important since you know there is control in your shop. As we monitor the individual conditions of the 11/7 staff and thoughtful to their requirements can go a far towards working up common regard and an upbeat, submitted team for the public showing that 11/7 does stand out. A basic component of keeping up a gainful business and shop is ensuring you have an all around loaded and looked after stock. Since sustenance is useful for so long, your stock should be checked and observed much of the time with consistent modifications made. In order to do this, its crucial to have a procedure list for the 11/7, which we do have as we learn to manage.

Additional Note: If I get accepted, I would lose ownership of the MacFromage, shop 9.
