Have 2 roles in total.

Previous warns/kicks/bans:
I was previously banned for bypassing a ban on an alt and not knowing it. Before that, I believe I may have been warned for Minor ERP (hitting someone with a pan) when I was extremely new and dumb. I may have more even before that I may have forgotten.

However, I believe I have thrived as a person since then and learned from my mistakes since that was a while ago. As I said, I believe I have thrived and I have not gotten myself warned since then. I am a mature, formal, and civil person on the server.

Shop wanted:
Shop #2, Happy Pills

Why do you want to own a shop?:
I previously owned my own, personally-made Aquarium on the server that I loved and enjoyed a lot. However, it only lasted a little over a month and a half, maybe even two months before we had to shut it down due to the major lag from so many people touching the signs. I’ve missed owning my own business, something I can stand by and say I own. HappyPills has always interested me as a shop, even before I owner the Aquarium. I loved the concept of what it was made for, medical help. This is the center of health in Karakura where people can get help if they need it. Pharmacies in general give me such an interest. It often surprises me that the perception of the pharmacist among some is still that of a person who stands behind a counter, looking grim, performing unseen and quite mysterious tasks that result in delivery of a labelled box of medicines. In reality, the practice of pharmacy today is one of the most important in the delivery of health services, and pharmacists are the health professionals who have the most detailed knowledge of drugs and how they work. A pharmacist’s duty is not simply preparing the drugs which are prescribed by a general practitioner or other health professional. It is to deliver optimal pharmaceutical care, by assessing the suitability of the medication for a particular patient, taking into account their medical history, as well as possible side effects and interactions with other drugs that are being used. Importantly, pharmaceutical care also includes engagement and communication with patients, so they are given a clear understanding of the medication, its purposes, effects and the dosage regime. Within the community, local pharmacists also undertake health promotions, such as providing education sessions on specific areas of health and disease prevention. Some pharmacy practices even specialise in, for example, asthma or diabetes care and provide specific assistance, advice, and services. From conversations with a patient, a pharmacist must be able to identify and evaluate important health aspects which may need addressing. Overall, I would just love to have connections with citizens in town who come to me for help. I wish to provide good medical attention toward each person who needs it.

What do you plan to do with the shop?:
I plan to make sure HappyPills flourishes and thrives as a business more than it already has in Karakura. An important first step before opening at all is preparing a business plan to define your business, products and services, and outline your goals, operating procedures and competition.

To start off, if the business does not yet have a tactical plan for restocking, a business plan will be required. It is crucial to make sure the plan includes a marketing approach, so people are aware of what you're selling and how to find you in the city. You must have a very welcoming and vibrant standpoint when advertising your business, where it is located, etc. To be successful with your business you need to be organized. Organization will help you complete tasks and stay on top of things to be done. The things that follow are some of the many things I will do for the well-being and organized state of the shop at all times. A good way to do this is to create a to-do list each day. As you complete each item, check it off your list. This will ensure that you're not forgetting anything and you're completing all the tasks that are essential to the survival of your business. I will announce in the shop’s discord what is on agenda for the day and what needs to be done. You must also keep records of everything to make sure you don’t end up lost. By keeping detailed records, you'll know where the business stands financially and what potential challenges you could be facing. Just knowing this gives you time to create strategies to overcome those challenges. I will record what my workers sell, making sure they log everything they do sell in our shop’s discord in a nice format. HappyPills has a very calm atmosphere due to it being where everyone goes when they need help whether it be physical, emotional, or mental. We must have some creative ideas that represent the shop’s happy atmosphere. We will hold gatherings each week for the people of Karakura to be able to get out of their bubble more. Meaning for people being able to have an active circle they can speak to and express themselves. We will always be a business that takes the city’s ideas into consideration in order to keep our shop’s atmosphere as modernized and fresh as possible to the public eye. We must provide the best of service to our people because we are known for that. We are to assist the people when they need it and that is what we will do and advance on, strategically, every day.

After we finally have the basis of it all. We come to the most important part of owning a shop, consistency. You have to consistently keep doing what is necessary to be successful day in and day out. Consistency does not only mean being on everyday, which is what I will do, but as well as continuing to make more plans for the business to evolve and thrive as. This will create long-term positive habits that will help you make money in the long run.

How will your shop be unique?:
HappyPills as is, is considered to be very unique looking at the fact that it’s the only pharmacy in all of Karakura. My shop will focus on the main point of it all, which is helping the people. We will have gatherings regularly for people who wish to express themselves and talk about their issues in a safe circle. We will also do regular check-ups for people or patients and prescribing them the needed medication. I think previous owners of HappyPills have been shying away from the true possibilities of what HappyPills can be. This shop can be open to so many more ideas that I have. For example, I hope to have events that educate the people on things like Breast Cancer, Diabetes, etc. We could hold events like these for the public to come and gain more knowledge of these things. HappyPills is made for the purpose of health and educating the community of Karakura on things that need attention. What our shop stands for is what we will build off our ideas from. My vision of it all- the way I see it as, HappyPills is the tree, we have the root in the ground with plenty of soil, with a few branches. However, I feel if I own the shop, I can make sure other branches grow on the tree, new fresh ideas that will capture the eyes of citizens in town.

Paracetamol - Treats minor aches and pains, and reduces fever, specifically can reduce a high temperature.

Aspirin - Treats pain, fever, headache, and inflammation. It can also reduce the risk of heart attack, especially to elders.

Hydrocodone - Treats normal pain.

Amoxicillin - Treats infections and stomach ulcers.

Cymbalta - Treats depression, anxiety, diabetic peripheral neuropathy, fibromyalgia, and chronic muscle or bone pain.

Lactulose - Treats constipation. It can also treat liver disease.

Vyvanse - Treats ADHD and binge-eating disorder.

Januvia - Treats type 2 Diabetes.

Parnate - Mainly treats depression

We do perform Surgery on patients who happen to need that medical attention. Prices vary a lot, however, seniors over the age of 65 to get a discount.

HappyPills is no ordinary Pharmacy, we strive for the purpose of medicine and health meaning we have some events that revolve around these concepts.

Blood Drives - Occasionally we will have blood drives at the pharmacy- for the patients who need them but as well as donating them over to a foundation. We believe there is always hope which is why we hold these events regularly.

Free Flu Shots - To prevent epidemics from spreading, we advise that everyone in town gets their flu shots- as well as the needed vaccinations. We do this for free in order to live in a clean community with one another. We also remind you to wash your hands every time you touch something that may have germs.

Therapy / Group Gatherings - Health does not only focus on the physical aspect of it all. The HappyPills crew provides the needed mental and emotional attention for everyone in town. We hold therapy sessions for everyone who needs them. You can have a private consultation with the the****** for a small, monthly fee. However, you can also join us in our group gatherings where we check in with everyone- and it's free!

Charities for Diseases such as Breast Cancer - At Happy Pills, we educate our customers and aware them on cases and diseases such as that of, cancer. We hold charities and inform our guests of the true troubles people face. We accept donations into hopefully finding cures for these diseases.

Relaxation Sessions / Breath in joy, Breath out stress - We do meditation sessions for our customers and visitors in order to calm our social states of mind. It is important to take care of our mental health.

Hike the Trail - We must keep our bones active in order to be healthy! We take some of our patients on the safe path of the Karakura Mountain trail and we hike up, taking some great steps into our health. We do this about once every month in order for our patients to get fresh air and stay healthy.

How many employees are you planning to have?:

I plan on having 8-15 employees that can help me out when running the shop smoothly. We will have 2 people who give prescriptions, 3 pharmacists at the counter, 3 the******s, 2 active paramedics, and 1 Event Manager. This is the point of view or my “vision” of the shop that I believe would happen to work.

How I will manage the finances of the shop:

In order to have a successful shop that makes an adequate amount of money, we need a detailed finance plan that ensures us will work when needing a restock. To begin with this, I will make sure every single one of my workers logs whatever they sell. This is crucial to know in order for me, as the owner, to know how much of a percent I will taking out of their paycheck in order to pay for restocks and other finances the shop needs. It is extremely important to have a plan. Every worker is to pay me, the owner, 25% of everything they made that day. As the shop opens more and workers sell more things, we can have a system that does pay the restocks and other finances- while still making income from the business, personally.

How I will manage the events of my shop that I plan:

Holding events for businesses is not hard with preparation, in fact, it benefits the shop a lot considering it makes more income than rather just being boring and only selling items. You can engage with your audience as well as have another source or money from the shop. Events that HappyPills catch people’s attention and make them intrigued. The soul purpose of HappyPills is health- if we can teach our customers about diseases and these issues, as well as getting the resources for the shop to keep running, it is a rather great strategy.

Other notes: Currently, the only other roles I have on the server are BMD and College Professor (on my alt, theyloveMisoki). Thank you to @aallii for the nice pictures with shaders!
