The school employee role I am applying for currently is a Janitor.
How often do you log onto the server?:
At the moment (Summer break) I am active on the server from Roughly 7.00 A.M-9.00 PM, then again at 4 P.M-8P.M. I am usually active for 7 hours a day on this server, but as school is starting again I will only be active for 1-2 and a half hours. On weekends I will once again be very active.

Have you ever been banned, If yes when and why?:
I have not been banned, and don't plan on making that happen
Can you ensure that you will often come on:
I can ensure I will stay active, and will take responsibility for my mistakes. I understand I can be demoted.
Do you recognise that you can be ICly fired?:
Yes, but I don't plan on having it happen. I will give my utmost attention and work to the role.
In as much detail as possible, describe the role of your chosen school employee:
Janitors and building cleaners keep many types of buildings clean, orderly, and in good condition. ... Some have a range of duties beyond cleaning. They may work outdoors mowing lawns, sweeping walkways, and removing snow and monitor a building's heating and cooling systems to ensure they work properly.
Do you have any past experience in this type of roleplay?:
I do have experience with the same role on one other server for 2 months, and have gotten to help out on multiple real janitorial shifts from a family friend in real life.(I have been "shown the ropes")
What experience, in general, do you have in roleplay?:
I have been roleplaying for 3 years on school Role-plays (Including this server) and hope to better my peers experience and help people have fun and follow rules.
Are you familiar with what your job does? If so, describe it:

During a workshift a student starts cursing at you for being pathetic, how do you react?:
I will try to defuse the situation and calm the student, and contact administration to have the student dealt with. I will not engage in the argument, and would try not to heat the situation. Then, I would tell the office what had happened, and get back to work.
TLDR: Defuse situation, contact office, Resolve Problem.
You are doing a hazadrous job requested by the School Principal, how do you react?:
I would get as much info as possible. Though I wouldn't refuse the job, I am not ready to risk my wellbeing for a job that I cannot do. I would ask him if there is someone better suited for the job, and if not I would complete the task. This should not be a regular occurrence, though.
Another school employee is doing something very dangerous on the job or acting out of order, how do you react?:
I would try to refrain from letting him get hurt, and direct him to a better way to complete his task.
If he is acting out of order, I would calmly try to put him in check, then contact staff off things get out of hand.

Motivation for Joining YHS: I want to help the students and school in any way possible, and feel it needs more school staff available. I have experience in my field and believe I can make a positive impact on this school. This is an important role that not many will apply to do. I can commit to this role. In addition, I need money to support myself and my friends.

I have experience in this field of work, and truly care about the school and its students. I am willing to work long hours and can be counted on to complete tasks not many people would be willing to do. I have a hard working personality, and am determined to make the school a better learning environment with less distractions. I will be a friend to students, and an outgoing co-worker.
